I have booked a flight ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai on 04th of November 2021 through https://www.travolook.in/. after the successful payment. i got a email saying that you ticket has been cancelled and it will be refund in 7 days. i wait for 7 days and i did a multiple follow up's but no response from them.

I'm Manish Meena. I booked a flight ticket for Bhibhneshwar to New Delhi from A Travolook site on 25oct. 2021 but when I paid for ticket then after few minutes I received a mail by travolook for pay more amount then I called travolook helpline no .[protected] and cancelled my ticket and told for refund my amount then they said that I will receive my amount with in 6 to 7 working days and after 8 days I contact to customer care then he again said me same thing that our marchent site does not working properly so you have to wait for 6 to 7 days I have tired to contact this fraud company plz sir solve this dispute as soon as possible.

I have booked my flight ticket via travelook today money got deducted from my account den I received a call where she said booking has been cancelled and I have to wait 30 minutes for refund... It's been 2 hours I haven't received my refund.. I've been calling the customer care number they are not responding

Have booked tickets but within few minutes they cancelled the tickets by themselves and it's been 17 days past they have not refunded the money.

Booked a ticket on 8th June 2021 from Delhi to Kochi, the ticket was cancelled by the agency and I've been running from pillar to post waiting for refund. They have the most pathetic customer support and no one should ever book tickets using this portal

Booked a flight from GOA to BLR on September 7 on Travolook.
Travolook deducted amount Rs 3746 while doing the booking. Then after 5 minutes Travolook said booking is cancelled and i would be getting amount refund in 7-10 days.
It's more than 2 months now and still i have not received amount back. I had tried calling to customer care as well but till now haven't got refund back.

I send reminder mail on 14.10.21 and then on 31.10.21 and then on 16.11.21 .
Only promises by mail and customer care no[protected] .
Its a very systematic online fraud by the website / company

I booked my ticket from Delhi to Maldives (Rs. 24008/-) on 5th October 2021 and I received a mail immediately saying "Your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF[protected]" [capture 1 image]. But then after 1 minute i received a call from their support team stating that your ticked could not be booked as the prices of flight have increased, so either i can pay additional amount to confirm my booking or cancel the ticket. I asked them to cancel my ticket my ticket and received another mail [capture2 image] which said " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed."

On same day I inquired till when i will get refund and they responded on same day through email saying 10 to 15 working days.
When i did not received the refund till 31st October i again contacted them through both phone and mail, i received another response stating, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated."
Today is 16 November 2021 and I have not received the refund yet.

Now there is no response from their side. Kindly help me as it is a huge amount.

I booked my ticket on 23rd of september, from mumbai to prayagaraj, my ticket got cancelled auromatically, and i was assured that I'll be provided with refund with 7-10 business days, its been more than 2 months and i have still not recieved my refund. My reference id is REF[protected]

I have booked my flight ticket on 21 sept 2021 from bangalore to jaipur which generated my ref id : REF[protected]. Immediately after that i received call from travolook saying my flight cannot be booked and money will be refunded in 7 days. I waited for said time and then i started following up with them every week and they told me very good stories that mam we had techincal reason, second time they told mam merchant has change wait another 7 days, third reason mam payment bounced from merchant end, fourth reason mam we have sent request to send to you wallet, fifth reason mam we have changed account details, money will be back in 7 days, sixth reason mam i have processed funds you will get in three days wait for tuesday. Today is 13 November 2021 m still waiting for my money to he returned from these scammers. They put me on hold for 15 min saying we are verifying your identity and i wait until automatically call cut down. If you be little strict then customer care cut down the call on your face. This behaviour clearly tells that these are hired for scam purpose and company is cheat. But i would like to get my refund from these people. I have been very polite to them and maintained my patience but now its getting frustated. Please help me!

Booked a flight from Mumbai to Coimbatore and back on 21st September 2021 and booking did not go through and credit card charges. Running from pillar to post for refund but all I get is your refund has been processed but some technical error. Today is 13th November 2021. Please help. Amount is Rs 8667/-

Hi, i have booked ticket on 31st September from Ahmedabad to Lucknow . Once i have successfully booked ticket and amount got debited . I received email from Travolook that flight is cancelled due to technical issue and amount will get refund with in 15 days. But it has been more than 45 days and after taking multiple follow up i have not received my refund . Please help my ticket reference number[protected]

Used https://www.travolook.in/ to book the air ticket.
Booking reference number : REF[protected], REF[protected] and paid ~ 10871 .the booking was made on Sept 14th 2021 around 8:45 PM IST.
After the booking is done, the amount got debited from my account . after some time the booking got cancelled automatically and got a call from Travolook that due to technical fault the booking is canceled but still not received the cancellation money back.
Its been 40 working days get over but still not received my money back.
23 times sent mail to support travolook but there no proper rely from team.
Even the support number provided in the website, even can't give any response.
This is really annoying me.Please help me on getting my money back.
If anything i have missed her, please let me know, will share the details.

Had booked flight from Mumbai to hubli on travolook.in but was canceled from their end due to some technical problem on their end and was told that you will get refund within 10 days but after niot getting refund after 10 days also was following up with them continously on call and mail but they are delaying it by giving different responses like they had initiated the refund you will get in another 10 days and after that days also not get any refund so called again but this time they told that their transaction was declined and will take another 10 days. So I can't tolerate this again and again due to which I had to write against the company.

I have been complaining about this issue where my amount (INR 5748) has been pending with Traveook since 17th September 2021. Every week I am told there are 'technical issues' with the refund and I need to wait for another week.

This is a common problem with this site. Its a fraud site as they cancel tickets booked by travelers and then hold on to our money citing technical issues.

I Had A Booked A Ticket On 28th September 2021 For A Round Trip From Jaipur To Pune Via Travolook Website. The Next Day I Got Notified That My Tickets Had Been Cancelled Due To Operational Reasons And The Refund Will Be Initiated Within 5-7 Business Days. After A Considerable Amount Of Time Elapsed, I Began Calling The Customer Care And Everytime They Would Stall The Refund By Giving Fake Assurances. I Won't Forget To Mention How Rude And Unhelpful Most Of The Employees Were.

I booked my flight ticket from Pune to Delhi on Travolook on 6th of September. Subsequently, I received an email from Travolook stating that I must wait for 30 more mins for getting my tickets. After some time, they sent me an email mentioning "reservation cancelled due to operational reasons."

On warning their customer care executive, I somehow managed to fetch my tickets from the company. Unfortunately, due to Pune airport runway construction, my flight got cancelled and I opted for a money refund from Spicejet.
Within a few days, received SMS from Spicejet about the credit of the money to Travolook account (The details shown are of TripJack company).
Its been over a month since I am trying to get my money back from this Fraud company.
