Booked an airline ticket via the Travolook website from Bangalore to vijayawada for rs 4988. they asked for additional 1500rs stating there is a sudden increase in fares. I felt fishy and asked for a refund. it's been 40 days and there is no refund. calls are not reachable to speak to support specialist. cheaters company

The ticket was cancel the moment I booked it on 22 oct, 2021 and till date I. e. 9/11/2021 I haven't received the refund. Every time I call their customer care no.new reason is given for delay in refund and the executives say it will take another 10 days. Dropping a mail is also of no use.

Hi I had booked a Air ticket on travolook from Bangalore to Pune on 25 th September 2021 from travolook itself I have been calling the customer care frequently for the cancellation refund which has been taken place due to some system error from their side but till date no refund. Also sent them mails they are saying will receive refund within 7-10 days. Don't know why such casual approach by these operators

I booked a ticket between bengaluru to mumbai dated 01/08/2021 on 28/07/2021 which was rejected dude to technical reason. Its been 100 days now still i have not received any refund. I spoke to their customer care no. Several times but every time i was assured that its gonna refunded in 2 working days like this they dragged this for almost 100 days now.

I booked the flight on 25th Sep 2021 and they cancelled my booking and did not return my amount till now i.e more than one and half month.
I send so many mail but no any result.

I have booked an airline ticket in the name of avinesh kumar on June 10 2021
from delhi to kannur vide booking ref no REF[protected] for travelling on 12th june 2021. by paying Rs.6756/-
they have cancelled the ticket informing that the airlines company cancelled the flight. upon checking with the airlines company GO AIR they have informed that they already refuned the amount to the travel agency on 20th june 2021 itself.
last 5 months i am following up with this travel company for getting the refund always they says that within 4-5 days will get the amount.
I feel that it is a fraud company and donot book any tickets through them.

I Have booked flight from Delhi to Bangalore 2 months back, they took the money and then cancel the flight.And after 2 months still I didn't get refund from the company and I had called der support department for more than 5 times in last 40 days and everytime dey say money will get refunded in 2-4 days...
Such a dishonest company.

I Will Surely Take An Action On This If I Didnt Get My Refund Within 2 Working Days . I Already Took All The Printouts Of Transaction, Mails And Reply From Travolook ! If My Refund Isnt Initiated Then Surely I Will File A Complaint In Cybercrime . Hope You Understand Nd Stop Playing Cheap Tricks With Peoples Hard Earning.

I didn't receive refund of air ticket cancellation..travo look is fraud company... They didn't give back refund.

I had booked 2 tickets worth Rs. 10800 from travolook last month (HYD to RANCHI) but got an email and a call too from travolook customer care support team saying that the booking has been cancelled due to fare changes and I will get the refund in next 10 working days. I have mails and voice call recordings with me, if its needed please do let me know I will forward that also.

Its been more than a month now and I am still waiting for my money. I called the representative multiple times but they are trained to delay the things. Please help me in getting my money back at the earliest.

Please take strict actions against this company. They have torched mentally and financially. I have been begging and following up for my own money which is unfair. Company like this should be banned and the one running these company should be behind the bars. This company is doing fraud after fraud. While searching for a page to fill a complaint saw multiple complaints against this company. Company like this should be banned. They are using customers money by fraud, please take against this company. Just because of these companies the customer have trust issues.

The ticket from Prayagraj to Pune was booked from Travolook web site on 30-Sept-21. The amount of Rs.3374/- deducted but ticket didn't book. Travolook support team called and sent a mail that ticked could not booked due to technical issue and the refund of deducted amount Rs. 3374/- is processed and would receive within 7-10 days but till today (3-Nov-21), the money is not refunded. We had contacted to customer support no and sent 8 reminders for refund follow up. Then they sent a another mail that refund will be made in 15-20 days. But after 35 days the refund is not received.
Travolook is fraud company and they have cheated so many customers. How the government is allowing such fraud and cheater company to do business.

Their service need to be stopped. They are carrying out fraud at a very high level. I had booked a flight ticket where immediately after deducting the payment, I received a call from their end about the refund of the amount with reference ID- REF[protected]. Over the call the executive committed that the turn around time for the refund is 7 working days. Later on I received the mail that the refund will be initiated after 10 working days. And it had been more than 15 working days I am continuously writing to them and they are not even bothered to reply to the mail. I have already started escalating the concern to all the social media platforms and consumer forum as well. I would request everyone not to fall into the trap of this unauthorised and unprofessional application. They are fraud.

This was the first time I have used this fake website which is just for money laundering.
They have designed their website in a way that booking gets cancelled from their side once the payment is done.

Now game is on.. they will ask you to wait and you will wait for months with no action.

Everytime you will call, they will ask you to wait for 2-3 working days.. and next time call same response.

This is the way of their working.

Please stop these fake people by banning their website to save other innocent people from their trap.

I have booked few tickets from hyderabad and goa and those were cancelled by flight department due to fare changes. But still didnt recieved amount to my account. When i try to call customer number it is disconnecting. Please find below reference numbers.

I have booked a ticket by INDIGO 6E-758 of 19.10.21 through Travolook on 26.09.21. The firm has cancelled the ticket on technical reasons and informed that the ticket charges of 11636.00 will be refunded within 7 working days. Reference No. :
REF[protected]. Till now the money has not been refunded even after contacting Travolook several times over phone and e-mail.

While booking flight ticket from two from Delhi to Patna on 1.11.21, evening, they were showing discount of 1100, and so completed the ticket booking with amount for two= tickets as 12340, and mail was received by me with booking reference no and stating that ticketing is under process. When enquired on phone about the booking, I received a call that I have to pay another 1900, as ticket price increased and since there was urgency for me, I paid another 1900 rs by link sent for payment. Latter when I received email from flight Go first the tiicket price was only 12540. I sent reminder emails to support team of the company for surplus payment charged and called them. However no response was received from them.

I have booked flight from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar on 6th Oct 2021 with a price Rs 23632 having Booking Ref : REF[protected]. I got confirmation page and email but after sometime I got a call from travolook support saying ticket price has been revised and they asked me to pay another Rs 3000 over a payment link. I denied the payment of Rs 3000 because i could see there is no change in the flight fares over different Airlines sites. I asked to cancel the ticket and the support team assured my Refund money to be processed in 10-15 working days, Even after repeated emails asking about the refund of Rs 23632 there is no response from travolook... I tried calling the customer care number[protected] but there is no response. It just had a auto response recording.

After 22 days again i got an email saying again wait for 7-10 days. Now its almost 1 month i have not received my refund from TRAVOLOOK. My credit card company is following up with me for the payment.

It looks completely a fake booking site. Very pathetic experience. Looks like i have been cheated, please help.

I booked an airline ticket on August 4, 2021 through Travolook .But the airline AirAsia got cancelled due to some operational reasons on 22 September 2021.Soon after i received the message i contacted to Air Asia and the informed that the money has refunded to the travel agency and I contacted travollok accordingly.travolook asked me 30 days excuse for refund and they have not been refunded any amount until today(. 01/11/2021).Please interfere any adovocates or social well wishers in this issue and do not allow the Travolook to cheat people again.please consider this message and do needful... Travolpol are totally fraud and 100% fake agency .
