I tried to book flight tickets via Travolook, the money was debited from my account. I got a call from Travolook after half an hour saying the ticket was cancelled and i will be refunded. But later whenever i tried to contact them, the customer care number does not work, nor the support emails are replied . I looked into it and found out the company is a fraud and a lot of customers have gone through the same. I need my money back.

I had booked tickets on Travolook.in in SEPT 22 and tickets cancelled by Travolook.in. After 10 to 15 days asking for refund and companies customer care is giving reason technical error.
So may mail and so many calls to call support but no response. This is big scam going on in travelling lobby. I had read so many complaints against Travolook.in.

I am sharing mail screenshot with this complaint.

We Have Book Ticket on 02 JULY 2021 FROM Bangalore TO Udaipur Amount is Debited From my account.After That Immediately They Called Flight Is Not Operational So We Will Refund Your Amount In Your account With in 14 Working days.After That Many Time Called Them Every Time They Saying Wait For 1 Week Your Amount is under process it will reflect in your a/c with in 7 working days. Till that we have not received the amount.please check on this issue.

Message: Hi Team, I have been sending mails and even calling support team but i am not at all satisfied with the answers provided by the support team regarding refund of my amount for REF[protected] which is 4808Rs. This happened on 4th Sept'21 and today is 25th Oct and still dint received the amount.

When i called support services everytime se response is given to my that i will get my amount within 7-10working days.

How much time it will take to cross check and refund my money??

And on my last call to support services they dint even spoke to me properly and disconnected the call. That's how you support your customers by just making them waiting and make them beg for their own amount?

I have been calling to customer support and even sending mails but no response or call back from support group and it seems i am literally Begging for my own amount. This is so nonsense going around. Just saying same automated ans as 7-10 working days or we are looking into it and not escalating to senior back about it.

Never expected such cheap service being provided by some reputated company making their customers beg for their amount for flights which not getting booked.

Its easy to deduct amount within 5-6mins but to refund back it takes 5-6weeks? Really do you want me to believe it will take so much time to just check with finance team and refund my amount?

Then when that person should pay his CC emi? And who will bare the interest of EMi amount as i will be getting just the refund amount and not the interest amount along with that? I have even shared my bank account 1 month transaction of not receiving the amount. What else do you expect me to do apart from waiting for next 7-10 working days?

I would seriously like to raise concern to consumer forum and inform that to take strict action towards such companies who are not even bothered to be on their words and making their customers beg for their own amount.

I had booked a flight from hyderabad to baglalote on 16 th oct After paying they called me and said the ticket fare is increase and cancelled ticket
the money will be refunded in 48 to 72hrs
But later i got mail stating it will be done in 15 days
this looks a fraud site and wish to take it
as any time i call neither they pick up the call nor reply properly disconnecting abruptly

I had booked a flight ticket from Trivandrum to Pune on 22nd September 2021 via Travolook. Due to some operational issues at their end, the ticket was cancelled by them( snap of mail attached). The booking reference number is REF[protected]. I have also attached proof of payment. I would like to get the refund as soon as possible. The address of Travolook office is mentioned below:

I am still awaiting the refund since one month. And every time they are giving excuses in regards to delay.

They don't reply to email which is becoming frustaring.

I have tried to book a ticket under travolook from coimbatore to hyderabad on Oct 2nd. The money has been debited from my account and ticket got cancelled. They said money will be get refunded in 7-10 working days. but still money has not been credited in my account. I was repeatedly trying to call them but no-one is responding. Still I have sent few mails to where i am not getting any response from them. Ref ID for my ticket:REF[protected]

I booked a flight from banglore to vijayawada on 27 th August. the amount rupees 4668 has been debited, but the ticket has not been booked. I got a call saying that the booking has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. It is nearly 2 months, I have sent mails and called customer care but same response as always, " we will refund within 7-10 working days". How many 7-10 working days they need to refund the amount ? Untill now my money has not been refunded..

I have booked ticket on travolook on 30 july and it got cancelled from their end and they promise me for full refund but they are not refuding my money.

Booked ticket from bangalore to bhubaneshwar with reference number REF[protected] but it got cancelled from travolook itself on 16 th september.

Its been more that 1 month and still refund is not credited.

I have booked three tickets from pune to srinagar on 3rd oct ..they cancelled my tickets and said ..since pnr is not generated your tickets got cancelled.. now almost 20 days passed they dint return my money and saying ...by mistake your refund got stuck ..it will take 20 days more to refund..they are not replying to my mail and cutting my call

Had booked a ticket but got cancelled by them but my payment got through. They have not refunded the deducted amount yet and they seem to fraudsters as they have done the same to many others as well.

Its been more than 40 days i havent received the refund. i have called the customer care several times but still the problem is not resolved. each time i call the executive tells only 1 thing wait for 5-7 days. i have called upto 4 times but still the same dialouge. if i question more and asks to connect to higher autority they dont have access to connect to higher autority they say. customer support poeple says u have to wait no other option. wwait till u gett kind. imfed upp of this people. the worst company. itz a fraud company. i have seen many comlains against this company after me getting into trouble. please check with the website and resolve the problem.

Booked a flight on 1st sept, 2021. The company has still not refunded the money as on 21st oct, 2021.

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount of Rs. 3925 deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

Iam tausil afzal.my booking reference no REF[protected]. I had made a flight booking on 3rd October from travolook.in my booking was cancelled after successful payment, reasoning technical issues. Got a callback from website support team regarding refund of amount. It's been 18 days and my account doesn't reflect refunded money. The same incident took place with my friend also. I feel this website has some agenda to attract customers.

I have booked my flight tickets on 11 Oct 2021 from Online website of travolook after that they dedeucted the flight fare and later just 2 min I got cancellation email stating I will get refund with 7 working days but they did not refund the amount also not picking up my calls from the support channel or reverting my mail

I booked a flight from Bangalore to Durgapur on 30th Sept, 2021. They cancelled the ticket from their end and said it was due to operational reasons. They also said it will be refunded within 7-10 days. It has almost been a month but my money isn't credited yet. There's no response in mails. And when I'm calling them, they're giving excuse of bank issues. Please help

Mobile no. [protected] on Travolook.in. The flight ticket was booked for date 13th Oct 2021 from Bagdogra to Goa. I paid an amount of 13766 through online payment from my Yes Bank Master Card [protected]

The amount got deducted from my account. However in 5mins I got an auto generated mail saying that my flight booking is cancelled and will get the money refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
However I have been calling their customer care number on [protected] and have sent several mails on [protected]@travolook.in. Every time they send auto generated mail reply. I have not received my refund till date. When I call customer care number they say that money will be refunded by next Monday and cut the call.
Kindly request you to look into it.
