I have booked an ticket from travolook in the month of may 2021
and they have cancel the ticket on there own and till date they have not intiated the refund yet

All the time they only send this message

Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..

Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.
The refund shall be as per the policy.

The worst service that they are giving.
They are cancelling the ticket by there own and not refunding any money.
Its been close to 2 month i haven't received any refund every time i am given the next date and the cycle is continuing but no refund is initiated . it's been a harrasment and i request you to take a strict against this

Dear Sir/Mam
I booked a flight ticket from Darbhanga to Ahmedabad on 21 Aug 2021 & tickets is cancelled due to fare expiration (written in received mail). I didn't receive my refund amount yet. I write a lots of of mail & calls but every time he is saying it will credited in next 5-7 working days. But it already crossed more than 1.5 month & didn't receive my refund amount.
Please support to resolve my problem.

They cancelled my booking & it's been a month but I've not received my refund

I used their website to book a flight from Mumbai to Jammu On 1st September REF NO:[protected]. As soon as the money was deducted, I received a call from them stating that the booking has been cancelled due to fare expiration and I would receive the refund within 7 to 8 working days. Since, then I have been following up with these guys but haven't received any refund. Apparently, I realized that this is a Fake website and similar issue has been faced with many consumers. They do not reply to emails. Please help me get my refund back.

I booked a ticket from bhubneshwar to delhi on 12 august 2021 and after amount deduction my ticket got cancelled.
i got a call from travolook and they said you will get refund within 7 days but its been more than two months and still i have not got back my money.
I have mailed, called them many times but got no response.

I booked a ticket from cochin to bhubaneswar on 02 Oct 21 by travolook. My amount got deducted but the ticket didn't confirm. Travolook sent me a message regarding cancelation of my ticket due to pnr number not generating. They sent me a message for refund the fund within 7 days. But I didn't get refund till yet. The reference number sent by travolook is REF[protected]. The screenshot has been attached with the mail for your kind reference.

I didn't get my refund till date for the refernece number REF[protected]. i followed all the rules of travolook, they are just showing different types useless excuses .initially they told me to wait for 5 to 7 working days, then 10 to 15 working days .then after completion of 23 days they again told me to wait for 48 to 72 hours.then i tried calling on4th oct 2021, they didnt respond.they told me to wait for till weekend for refund on 12.10.2021. I know i will not get my money back after completion of of time limit also. what a harassing website is this ? i also suit a case in public grievances portal with Grievance number -2973109, however no refund till date ? why Govt. not banning this useless, fraud company. People from different corner wasting their energy and time by calling travolook customer care. ..i request Modi Govt to ban this company at earlist.else after someday they will take crores of customer money and company will be closed like vijay mallya, nirav modi case.. i have all the recordings they did the false commitment again and again. Very much harassing, frustrating experience ever.

I booked a flight ticket from Travolook on 17th of August and it got cancelled from their side but my amount was deducted and status was showing as processing. I called the customer care agent and she just arrogantly said that my booking wasn’t confirmed and if I need the refund they will put it in my wallet and just hung up the call. They refunded it in my wallet of Travolook but as that money is waste I asked them to revert the amount back into my debit card. It’s been a month and everytime I call them they say that the request is processing. Total Scam!!!

I have book flight on 28th August 2021 from Hyderabad to Jaipur which was scheduled in September. Soon after the confirmation and transaction I received an email stating that my flight has been cancelled and my refund shall be initiated in coming 7 bussiness days. Its been more than a month since the company has not been able to initiate my refund for cancelled tickets, which was due to their side of issues. The ticket which cost 2000 rupees was cancelled on 28th of August. Its mid october now and still their business days have not completed it seems! I have wrote multiple emails and talked to their customer services employees endlessly but with no outcome. They have now stopped replying to my email. I have not accepted to face this kind of behavior from their side. Its highly frustrating and disappointing services they offer. Am strating to belive it was a fake website created to scam innocent people!

My round trip from Bangalore to Kolkata air tickets booked online on 5th September 2021 by paying Rs 7780/-.but without booking due to technical reason it is cancelled same informed from them and assured that refund will be issued and it will reflect to the source account within 10 to 15 days but it is already 30days over refund not received so many mail sent to the support team but there response is not good.every time I received same reply saying within 10 to 15 days it will reflect into the source.I am really fed up and I am senior citizen this amount is very important for me please help me to get my amount at the earliest sir.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Mumbai to Belgaum) on 03.09.2021 for the scheduled on 08.09.2021 and amount was deducted but booking was not confirmed. I received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 8 to 10 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. They kept on repeatedly stating that your refund will be done within 8 to 10 working days. even today the same thing was conveyed to me. when I asked for the written commitment through email. the customer care representative insisted me to disconnect the call and stated that after disconnecting the call I will recieve the confirmation but so far I have not received any communication. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Pune on 28-august-2021 through travolook. They canceled my ticket and informed that I will get the refund within 10-15 working days. It has been 40 days, I haven't got any update about the refund status. I have contacted the customer care multiple times. It is of no use. This website looks like a scam. They are cheating customers in the name of cheap flight tickets. Please look into it and help to get the refund.

I have booked airticket (GoAir G8 2604) by Travolook Agency on 1st June 2021 from Coimbatore (CJB – Peelamedu Airport) to Mumbai(Bom – Chatrapati Shivaji International airport) & travel date was on 13th June 2021, Reference No. REF[protected] & PNR F978TW booking amount is Rs. 4467.
On 11th June 12.00AM at midnight, I got a call from Airlines-GoAir, they informed that flight has cancellation.
Later I call to Travolook and informed that flight has cancelled request you to refund the amount they accepted & they informed me that they will refund the amount within 45 days, now almost 4 months have completed, if I call the Travolook executive they are not responding properly and they are saying the same thing ie. refund is in progress within 2 to 3 day you will get the amount.

I booked a flight ticket with booking REF[protected] using travolook on 12th September 2021 and the payment was successful.

However, the ticket has been cancelled from travolook side. Details enclosed.

Immediately I received email about cancellation followed with call that due to operational issue it was rejected from airline company and you are entitled to get full refund of 4418 INR within 7-10 working days.
However, no refund has been received, I was mailing then frequently taking over phone call to their customer care representative but not reachable.

For my email on 30th September 2021, they replied once again stating as below;
they replied that please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 05-07 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.

But, no action has been initiated even after so much of call and email and going to be a month.

From last couple of days I’m trying to contact customer care, after waiting for 3 min and when i am getting my turn the call is automatically being disconnected this happened more than 10 times from past 2 days. This is being continuously repeated.
You know very well how this pandemic hit us all very hard. And this kind of fraud tear our pocket more subjected I’m being jobless for whole year.

I pray you to take necessary action against the firm and refund my amount along with bank interest as it is clear negligence on part of Travolook.

I used this website called Travolook to book my air ticket. Just after the payment was done, they called me saying that the airline booked price was expired and I have to pay 1500 Rs extra for booking the ticket. I told them that I do not wish to pay the hiked amount. So they said that they will initiate a refund in my bank account. I have received a mail of my ticket cancellation, but the amount has not been refunded back. It has been more than10 days since I have been chasing him.The customer care no is also not responding to calls and mail. They haven’t sent me any confirmation on my refund process.

Dear Sir,
I have booked my flight ticket from Vizag to Trivandrum. After payment M/s Travolook replied via email that the booking is pending and will take half an hour for confirmation. But later got reply that due to fare expiration, ticket was not booked. They informed that amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 days excluding holidays which is too long period. After reading reviews about their website, such cases are numerous. Kindly help me by taking suitable action for getting refund of my moneymoney Rs. 7430/-. Ticket booking reference no: REF[protected] and date of transaction: 30.09.2021.

I booked a return flight Dharamsala Del and back with travlook. The moment I booked in half an hour I get a mail that your ticket has not been booked as PNR not generated by airline.The mail further said as per refund policy we will refund complete amount. This is on 28 Aug. Till date many emails phone calls no refund
