I booked my ticket from delhi to bhubaneswar on 27 feb 2021.And then after sometime they cancelled my ticket. I am not able to book my ticket again .How can people built such fraud sites. First they called me and told me that they will give my refund after 10 days now they are telling after 15 days.Please take a quick action....

Booked ticket from travollook on 4-2-21 from pryg to mumbai for 13-2-21. Ticket not booked but rs 3582/- was deducted from my account. After several inquiries a message received from travolook vide ref no[protected]that the amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days. No amount refunded till date .
Coustomer care exectutives only reply that your querry has been forwarded to to the refund team. No reply to my several mails also.br...

Sir i booked a flight ticket from a travolook app whose pnr no. GN5S6N which was canceled later, then came in the option that you can take another flight or refund, so I clicked on the refund, which should have arrived in 7 working dates but you have not yet received your check. Please and please refund the money as soon as possible. Thank you...

I booked a flight(Feb 1st, 2021) round trip from HYD-DELHI and DELHI-HYD. And immediately travolook customer support called saying that flight booking was canceled because of fare expiry and my amount deducted will be refunded in 10-15 days. Its been more than 25 days and yet I haven’t received any refund. These guys have many bad reviews. Please take action against this website.

It's been a month since this company cancelled the ticket after hike in the amount...The amount was deducted and then they sent a cancellation mail but it's been a month of calling them and everytime they have some excuse like the server is down ...once they cut the call from their end also which takes a long time to connect in the first place ...the ticket booked was from Mumbai to Srinagar on 31st January.

I have booked 1 ticket in www.travolook.in/ website on 9th Jan2021. Money got deducted from my account and I got a mail with Reference ID[protected], but when I try to check the status of my booking in the concern website nothing is reflecting. i called travolook customer care they said ticket was not booked refunded winthn 10 days but till date no refund . Requesting you to please take this up immediately and help in refunding my money back...

Am mayur udan . I had booked 2 flight ticket on ur site . Pnr no is 1) R1NYPR . 2) KCG3WN . Both my flight cancelled . I had complaint 40 day before for refund amount bt I couldn't received till date.
I request u to solve my problem as soon as and refund my money...

I booked airline tickets with the Travolook ("Agency") on their web-portal as on 28.01.2020 at 6:45 PM having reference number REF[protected] on payment of ₹ 10298.50 via my SBI Credit Card.
At 7:19 PM on the same day my booking got cancelled by the agency themselves cancelled my ticket for the price of the airlines being hiked.

I have booked a ticket on 4th of feb 2021 from Kolkata to Bangalore and post payment it has been cancelled by travolook stating operational issue but the amount has not been refunded yet. I booked a ticket from travolook on December 24th but after sometime they send me the cancellation of ticket mail and promise to refund within 10-15 days but its been one and a half month i have not recieved my refund and whenever i talk to them about refund they started making excuses....
