I booked airline tickets with the Travolook ("Agency") on their web-portal as on 28.01.2020 at 6:45 PM having reference number REF[protected] on payment of ₹ 10298.50 via my SBI Credit Card.
At 7:19 PM on the same day my booking got cancelled by the agency themselves cancelled my ticket for the price of the airlines being hiked.
Since after I have called their toll-free number at[protected] several times and have mailed them on their email address at [protected]@travolook.in. I emailed them on 07.02.2021; 10.02.2021 & 13.02.2021.
The Agency has only responded once on 10.02.2021 stating that the refund will take 10 working days. on a calculation on the same date the working days since my booking had surpassed 10 days, therefore my email response of 10.02.2021 to them.
Today i.e., 18.02.2021 I called them on the toll-free number to speak with Mr. Anubhav Singh from their centre, who stated that it will take 15-days for refund to happen on which I informed him that today is the 16th day of such refund not being provided.
Since I am not getting my refund or a clear cut answer I would like to claim the full amount as is liable and acknowledged by the Agency to be refunded along with penal interests @12% P.A. along with damages due to harassment and agony valued at 15, 000/-.
I have all emails as ready proof with me to be submitted as and when required.
