This is sunny kumar, booked ticket thru Travolook company after booking after deduction the money my ticket has cancel. REF[protected] booking date 10.03.2021 for date 31march2022 from Ranchi to Delhi.with in 20 min ticket cancel automatically but refund money still not return back.

I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 19th Feb 2021. Travolook representative called back and said the ticket has been cancelled due to some fare expiration. According to him the amount should be refunded with in 10-15 working days but I am following since that days they are not refunding the amount and not replying to mails as well. This company is fraud and doing this to so many customers

I booked the flight ticket from coimbatore to chennai on Jan 26, 2021. Ticket got cancelled due to raise in fair within few minutes itself. They also promised to refund the amount in 10 days. Now, it is almost 3 months, i have ben following, but still no refund initiation happened. I have sent many mails (no proper reply), called them(they will cut the call if you ask for refund). I have booked ticket from this website two times, both the times they said due to price increase ticket is cancelled you will get your refund within 10-15 working days

I booked an airline ticket for a round trip from Delhi to Varanasi at around 12pm on 18th March 2021. For a sum amount of Rs7, 483, the amount got deducted but the ticket was not confirmed. I received call from customer support and he explained that there was a price rise and hence my ticket is getting canceled and that the refund will be provided within 10-15 days.
But when I checked the price again on the website at around 7:00 pm the price was still the same and it didn't reflect any price rise. I read reviews about the company later and found a lot of people have suffered the same issue and have not received the refund. I have. to book a ticket and I don't have money to book any ticket and they are making me wait for 10-15 days within the period I have to travel. Please look into the matter, because the company is fraudulent and taking advantage of middle-class people by offering a cheaper price.

I have booked a ticket from Lucknow to Chandigarh on 18/01/2021 and travelling date was 18/01/2121. Travolok cancelled the booking and asked me that amount will be refunded in 15 working days. I have called many times and everytime they asked that the payment refunded in one week. Its about two months and i am frustrated now. Kindly help.

I purchased a air ticket for air India ( flight no AI-716, for 24.03.2021 for 4 passengers) through Tavolook on 15.03.2021. Immediately I booked I got a call that the fare fare is increased by about Rs. 5000/-, if not paid the ticket will be cancelled. I disagreed to pay the same and they have sent me cancelled ticket immediately. After that I was to check the refund status and by mail, no response from them and even the customer care no is always busy even in midnight. It seems it is a fake number. and the company itself is fake.

Please help.

I had booked ticket from Travolook for Mumbai to Kochi from Travolook on 28 Jan 2021, it is been more than 3 months no refund received yet

I had booked a ticket on Jan 2021 from Varanasi to mumbai but it got cancelled due to surge in fares. I received mail saying ticket got cancelled and refunded would be initiated. At first they mentioned you will receive refund in 15-21 working days. Then said 7-10 days as there is some operational issue. Now they are saying its processed from our end you need to reach out to your bank but they are not sharing transaction reference even after making several calls and emails. They make excuses like our email team is not available, supervisor is not available. Such a fraud company fooling people. Please do something about this fraud company.

I have book ticket of flight Surat to Bangalore. Flight ticket booked time travolook company call me on mobile and told me sudden increase rent of flight 900 rs. So u will pay 3600rs +900 rs. I[censored] not pay this increasing 900 rs. Your ticket will be cancel and your refund will 15-20 day . I have ticket booked at 08/02/2021 and company again and again floolish me. Tcavolook custome care say your money refund 5 day or 10 days . And one month above at that time my money is not refund .

I have book my ticket Delhi to Pune on 5-Dec-2020. After I booked the ticket, they put the status in processing, Next day I got call from there agent that fare has been increased. So I asked them to cancel the ticket. After so many calls and follow up I have not received my amount till date.

I had booked my tickets form sxr to del in the month of may but I m in lurch still awaiting for the refund.the airlines has already refunded the tickets and tha agent is not reluctant to give the refund and trying to put me off every time and not responding to my emails as well.

I have booked air ticket from this website, from Delhi to Goa, after making payment I received a message that Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]. That's it. No reply from company after that, I tried to call with customer care they don't reply . Like me lots of people have lost there hard earned money and I want you to please take strict action against this company

Hi Team, pls note that I booked an airline ticket from Hyd to Kolkata today afternoon for my family member for INR 3756 however it got cancelled owing to fare expiration however refund they are saying it would take 10-15 days...it's dubious...pls help...REF[protected]

This fraudulent are not giving me my money

Hi, I booked a flight ticket from Kozhikode to Ahmedabad to travel on April 15th via 'travolook.in' website.

My Booking Ref is REF[protected].
Flight booked on 9th March 2021.

Indigo Flight 6E-6448 from Kozhikode connects at Mumbai, and from Mumbai Indigo Flight 6E-5376 reaches Ahmedabad. Right after making payment, I got a mail that the ticket is being processed and after a few minutes received an email that the ticket fare got expired and so the reservation got cancelled. Immediately I got a call from a Travolook representative and the person told me that my flight booking got cancelled and that I will get a refund within 10 days. Seeing all the reviews on Google and complaints lodged on 'Consumer Complaints, ' Travolook seems to me like a fraudulent website with the same modus operandi with which they deceive all the consumers. I tried calling their customer care number, waited for 15min. to talk to a representative. He told me that I will receive the refund within 10-15 days. But I am very much skeptical about Travolook.
I request you to kindly help me get my refund.

Vide reference given above, my flight booking has been cancelled. I contacted several times the Customer care since then to get the refund. So far, the amount has not been refunded. I booked my ticket in December 2020. Even after four months, the refund has not been received. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible, failing which I will have no other option but to approach Consumer Court or Court of Civil and Criminal Court for suitable compensation/ action.

I booked ticket on 20th February 2021.
They didn't issue it and cancelled the ticket.
Till date no refund issued. Amount pending for refund is 3352 Rs.

After initial 10to15 days now they request 7 to 10 more working days telling technical error.

Such websites should be immediately stopped to avoid more such frauds.

Please get me my refund

On 17/12/2020, I booked tickets two seats two times.Then it was cancelled first time by Travelook and second time by Indigo. Refund amounting to Rs 15, 209.50 has not yet been done by Travelook, even though Indigo refunded its portion on 31/12/2020 itself. Several times I contacted TRAVELOOK, but there is no response at all. Kindly help to get refund.
