I book tickets on Dec 3, 2020 from hyderabad mumbai. Ticket was cancelled automatically and money detected. Up to now my refund not processed in spite of giving so many mails, customer care calling. Please help on this.. This travolook cheated me......

I booked one flight tickets (From Pune to Delhi) for myself on 27th December from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on 04.01.2021 with reference no. REF[protected]. The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. 3289. Just after the booking I received a call from the company which said that due to sudden increase in fares by airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancelled my booking....

I have been book a ticket on date[protected]. Ref no-ref[protected]. By travvolook.In. Patna to mumbai. After 69 days my amount not refunded. I send three time email message about this matter. This company customer support care will not resonce about this metter. Customer support care no-[protected]. Always speak 07-10 days you payment refunded. They always speak falls.

I have booked tickets in Travolook on Dec as per ref number REF[protected] and same got cancelled by airlines. Now i am chasing for the refund they are not responding properly. Its very annoying and cheating customers. Please help on the refund its 15, 000....

My name is Janakiraman Rangarajalu, booked flight ticket Ref[protected] from Chennai to Mumbai on 2nd February 2021 and it was cancelled by Travolook on same day without genuine reason.An amount of Rs.5636 credited to Travolook. Till now they have not refund this amount.No response from their customer care and no reply to mail....

I booked an airline ticket on 2 Dec 2020 from Travolook, I haven't received ticket and neither the refund amount. I have been calling and sending emails to customer care representatives and they always say that amount would be refunded in 14 working days. It's been more than 2 months, I had never received my refund....

Still not received back 48days have passed. Hopeless company. Every time we call they give absurd reasons and ask to wait 7 to 10 working days

They don’t refund the amount only which they take, My flight was booked after that I got the msg that it’s cancelled. I called customer care for more information they told 10-15 days max it will get refunded to the account.
I did 6 booking out of for 3 ticket this happened.
After the completion of the date I called again then customer care told me that it’s 15-20 days, I told I was Informed for 10-15 days but they denied....

I have booked 1 round trip tickets in www.travolook.in/ website yesterday. Money got deducted from my account and I got a mail with Reference ID, but when I try to check the status of my booking in the concern website nothing is reflecting. Haven't received any message on my mobile till now. Requesting you to please take this up immediately and help in providing ticket or refunding my money back with in today....

I booked the ticket Online from Travolook on Dec 8th, 2020 from Kochi To Bangalore. after 4 mins of confirmation, I got the cancellation mail with a reason of fair expiration. I was asked to wait for 15 to 20 working days. When contacted them on Jan 11 2021 I got the reply "Refund got reversed, Reinitiation will take another 10 days. I contacted them on Feb 4th and I am getting the same reply.

Amount Deducted towards booking, but cancelled due to price expiry... now Travolook needs to refund the amount which they say will take 10 days......

I have booked a ticket from travolook.com on 22/12/2020, for delhi to goa which got automatically cancelled due to increase in fare.
They have said amount will be refunded in 15 working days which is still pending i.e. 01/02/2021.
On contacting customer care they are informing me it will take 10 more working days to refund the amount.

I have booked for flight from delhi to hyderabad nd it is cancelled by travolook without any reason nd money deducted from my account. But they r not giving my money back. Kindly look into this matter....

I booked a flight from Travalook and it cancelled my flight due to fare expiration and did not refund my money.After that i read reviews on google about Travalook, it is a fraud company and never refund the amount. Reference No. : REF[protected]......

Flight ticket booked through TRAVOLOOK ON DATED 30.112020. journey date was 13.12.2020 from IXD to CCU and CCU to BBI.Ticket was cancelled by Travolook and assured to refund the booking amount RS 5609/- even after several repeated reminders, booking amount is not refunded so far.

Flight was cancelled due to fare expiration from their side
But i didnt get refund till now....

I tried to book flight from Travolook ( Vijayawada to delhi ) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.
