I booked one flight tickets (From Delhi to Udaipur) for my friend Rishi Mathur on 26th December from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on 05.01.2021 with reference no. REF[[protected]]. The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. 2504. Just after the booking I received a call from the company which said that due to sudden increase in fares by airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancelled my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days and I can retry booking ticket after 3-4 hours. Surprisingly after 1 hour, I booked the same ticket at the same price with other website. During past one and a half month period, I called them seven times to know the status and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing, "due to some technical issues the auto refund got cancelled. The case is escalated and they have initiated the refund again, manually, and it will take another five working days for money to be refunded in my account. After completing another 13 working days as matter escalated" Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. It always take 15-30 minutes before any executive will assist the call. From last two days executive is not responding the call from my number. I am very worried as they seem to never going to give me the money back. Please assist me how the matter can be taken up with correct authority. I will be very grateful.
