I booked my ticket on 1 April and immediately got the email it's cancelled. I called the customer service they said it usually takes 7-15 days for refund but I still have not received it.
I called them again and yet they replied the same you will surely receive it soon....

Sir ji mne 8 ko pahele ticket book kiya to ticket nhi hua fail ho gaya 3488 rs .and than try fir bhi ticket 5100 lekin ticket confirm show raha hai lekin pnr se dekh rahe ticekt not show .and please sar payment raefumd kar diya .aap ko hum 50% dege ....

As you can see the screenshot i booked ticket for my friend it got cancelled due to fare expiration on 15th of March and i contacted their customer care as soon i got the mail and they replied they have initiated the refund and will be providing the refund in 10-15 working days, But now its been 1 month and still i haven't got any response from them no mail no text indicating refund process, plz take necessary actions against them bcoz am...

I booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Jaipur on March 14, 2021 via travolook.in. Ticket received showed the booking is cancelled and refund will be done in 10-12days. I have not gotten refund of inr 3920/- till date. Customer call number is not in service....

I have ticket booked on 26 FEB the Ticket amount is debited but ticket not confirmed reason told fare higher so ticket cancelled their automated, refund not credit still now.. customer service response worst they told 5 to 7 working days but not true and again call same answer told.

I booked an airlines ticket from Ahmedabad to Kannur. Immediately my ticket got canceled and money devotees. The amount is 6011. They said they would return it within 10 to 15 days. It did not happen. Then only I understood the fraudulence...

I booked a ticket from HYD to KOLKATTA on march 9 2021 REF[protected] and ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration I got a call from travolook that refund will be used with in 10 to 15 days but till today I didn't receive any money I'm not able to contact them. Please do needful....

This is totly fraud company I booked ticket on date 17/3/21 from surat to bangalore...amt was debited...immediately mail or message com..that boking was canceled and amt refunded u...but still I cal 4 to 5 times call centre no...they are replying same answer...refund prosese will take time...after that I search website reviews at Google...I realized I m not only single person...this company has so many complains about refund matter... plz...

I have booked 24th Jan HYD to MAA ticket that has been canceled by travolook. Ref no REF[protected]. I have wrote 100 mails and no of times called but the response is we are working for your concer. Exactly I don't know what type of concern travolook have.
I need my refund immediately.
This is not a way to do business guys. How many months you peoples are enjoying my money....

I booked ticket from travolook on 06 march 2021 . and then ticket cancelled due to fair difference and refund will be credited to 10 to 15 days.. i send may mails for refund amount . still not recived my refund money...

Hi, I have booked a air ticked with booking reference "REF[protected]” on 10-Mar-2021 and the ticket got cancelled stating fare change. When contacted support, i was told that the refund will be completed with in 10 -15 days. When ever i contact the support desk, they inform that the refund is initiated and will be credited into the bank. Till date i have not got any refund nor the transaction details are shared by Travolook. I hope this...

I had booked a ticket with this travel company Tavolook but they cancelled the booking after payment. The ticket sector was Mumbai -Delhi-Mumbai. Now they deny for a reefund...

I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Vishakapatnam on 04/04/2021 and reference number : REF[protected]. The money was deducted but ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration. When i boked the ticket and the fare amount showed RS 4128/- and after the coupon applied got the price of RS 3748/-. I spoke to the customer care, there not properly answered and cut the call.

I have book my flight from delhi to mumbai on 5 april 21 worth Rs 4315. But the same has been cancelled due to increase in fare of airline from your side so i want my refund within 2 to 3 days, failing which i will go to higher authority or file a case against you in consumer court for overcharging me in a inappropriate...

Money was deducted for booking flight tickets...however they cancelled the ticket & money never got refund...
