I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to Kochi on dated 27th Nov 2020 and the amount is ₹8852.00 they cancelled my booking due to fare expiration and they did not refund my money till now today is 8th Jan 2021, Sir plz refund my money.

I booked an air ticket on 25th November from Travolook.com (REF[protected], the amount i.e Rs11967 got deducted within a few minutes and then got the call from their operator that the booking has been canceled and the amount will be refunded in 10-15days. Now it has been more than a month and they have constantly said that you have to wait for 7-10days more. Till today, I tried talking to them, when I asked them to write in a written confirmation mentioning that the refund will be made within the time they are saying, they just refused. They were not ready to even write an email assuring the refund. It has been the worst experience so far with booking tickets online. I never knew they operate in such a manner until I opened this page and saw the complaints filed here. They are fraud and need to be punished for taking away the hard-earned money from so many people that too during this pandemic situation.

We have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore and back on 8th November, 2020 and paid Rs.5097/. Subsequently tickets not generated due to the reason pin not generated. They called me and informed that refund action will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days. But so far it has not happened inspire of several reminders. Please resolve the issue immediately by taking some punitive action against them.

My reference Id is REF[protected]. I booked flight ticket from bombay to banglore. They cancel the ticket without any notice. My tucket amount is Rs. 3110. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

I was booking my ticket from mumbai to delhi 28 of october 2020, the booking was cancelled due to pnr not generated, and a refund will be initiated in 15 - 20 working days, its more than 2 months, no reply of mails even if you send them, no service from customer care . no any details of high official of the company .
i request a strict look and verification in this company as they are doing open scam in name of booking tickets and making profit out of people hard earned money . Government of inida and airline ministry please ban this website and save people money .

Travolook is FRAUD just FRAUD and nothing else. They deducted money and then instead of ticket they sent cancellation e mail and then your money is gone. They will sometimes respond to your call and FRADULENTLY make you believe to refund your money but you will never receive it. There is only one landline no. and same person will pick up phone and tell you to wait for some time to get refund.
I am a recent victim of this ONLINE FRAUD. I had to witness great loss of my career due to their ticket fraud in addition of losing about 4000 rupees.
PLEASE NEVER EVER BOOK TICKET ON THIS SITE.
I request government agencies and govt IT and cyber cell to kindly get active and to bust this scam as soon as possible so that other people are not victimised by these inhuman beings.

I Booked my too and fro tickets from Raipur to Delhi on 2nd Nov 2020. My tickets got cancelled due to fare expiration as said by Travolook. Also they drop me a mail that they will refund my Rs.7059 in my account within 15-20 working days. I have to wait till 2nd Dec 2020 and when i call them about the status of my refunded. They started lying. They told me that they initiate my refund but my bank reverse my amount in their account. They again told me to wait till 7-10 working days till 16 Dec 2020. Today i call them about the same, now they are telling that we are raising your complaint wait for some more 7-10 working days. This company travolook is a FRAUD. They are BIG SCAMMER in the market. First they cancel the tickets then they make interest from the same amount by holding it as more as possible. There five star ratings are either paid off or from their employees only. Please Help me out to get my refund amount. Many others like me facing the same issue.

My Booking reference number : REF[protected]my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration as on 26.11.20.but still now my cash not credited in my account, kindly as soon as possible.

Had booked ticket from Jharsuguda to Bhubaneshwar on December 6th 2020 from Travolook's desktop website. Amount of RS. 1802 got debited as ticket booking charges with Booking ref number "REF[protected]". Got call from their customer service executive stating that ticket got cancelled and will take 15-20 days for refund. This is such a fraud website making customer's hard earned money vanish from their account in the name of booking ticket charges. The government of India should shut down this company.

If anyone from Travolook is checking these complaints, then

I booked two flight tickets (One from Hyderabad to Kolkata and another from Kolkata to Hyderabad) for myself on 5th November from the website https://travolook.in. The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. 6899. Just after the booking I received a call from the company which said that due to technical issues, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancel my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days which would be by the end of November 2020. During this period I called them one to two times to understand the situation and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing that was to wait for the period of time pre intimated that is by the end of November. I waited a few days till 5th December to see if it would take a few more days for the refund amount to reflect in my bank account. After seeing that nothings changed I called them again on 5th December and this time I recorded the phone conversation. The assigned support executive is now saying that due to some technical issues the auto refund got cancelled and they will initiate the refund again and it will take another 15 days to give back my money. I am trapped Sir. I need my money back as it has lead me to a financial crunch. I have bills to be paid and now I have borrowed money to pay my bills. I am very worried as they seem to eat up my money and never going to give me the money back. Please assist me. I will be very grateful. Thank you.

I booked a ticket from Jaipur to guwahati with reference number REF[protected] on 5th November from travolook. After some time on the same day I got a call from customer care that your ticket got cancelled due to some technical error in airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book ticket again from their website. But it's been a month now and I did not get my refund back. I tried to contact customer care on phone and emails both but didn't get any response from them. There are lot of people facing the same issue with this site and this site is a fraud. Please resolve that issue as soon as possible

I have booked a flight ticket on Travolook.com on the 23rd of october 2020 with a reference number of REF[protected].

The site said that there was some technical issue and cancelled my ticket and promised that they would refund within 15-20 days. I called them again on the 25th November 2020 and they say that they have initiated a refund and are asking me to check with my bank.

However, there no detail whatsoever of the transaction being made, neither was I informed about the refund.

When I call them back, they ask me to wait for another 7-10 days which is really not something do-able.

I have booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on

I have selected the flight and stared the booking process and i have done the payment through my debit card and the amount got debited but i did not received any confirmation of the booking, After an hour or half I got a call from the customer care of travolook that the ticket got cancelled due to some technical reason and the amount we will refunded in 7 working days. Its been 2 months now I have not received my refund from the company and their just making some other excuse but not refunding the amount. I have send emails regarding the refund to there support team but there is no single reply for the mail. Kindly please take some action against this company because i am not only the person who is facing this issue there are many like this who have not received there refunds and its a regular practice of the company its seems like fraud one.

I have booked a ticket today and the booking didn't get confirmed and later I received a call from TRAVOLOOK that I need to pay more additional amount by saying airline increased the fares which is totally irrelevant.

When I refused to pay the amount I received another email that my third-fourth is returned in my account back. But I have not received a single penny yet in my bank account.

Payment debited my account not book flight ticket, no one, no reference number, only show payment id, not refund amount my account
