I booked a flight ticket from travolook.in on 16/03/2021 for HYDERABAD to KOLKATA. However, though the payment was processed from travolook, they informed about cancellation of ticket afterwards. The flight booking amount was 3566/-.
However, to this date i.e. 15 days, i have not received the refund from TRAVOLOOK even after repeated mails & calls at my end.

This website works as a way to book flight tickets. When we book everything works fine. As soon as the payment is done, we get a mail saying that the ticket is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 10 days. But no money will be refunded, and there is no was of contacting any one in the company. This way they are scamming the money for a long time....

I made 17 calls and multiple conversation and multiple mails to the company but they are not refunding my money. It is creating financial and mental disturbance to me. I have booked flight ticket from vijayawada to new delhi on 3rd November 2020. My PNR is C1SFWO of Airindia flight. On 3rd November Airindia had changed schedule time of flight. I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 19th Feb 2021. Travolook representative called back and said the ticket has been cancelled due to some fare expiration. According to him the amount should be refunded with in 10-15 working days but I am following since that days they are not refunding the amount and not replying to mails as well.
