Regarding my refund awaited for INR 4970 since last 100 days against their cancellation.it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated 30/12/2020 for my flight booking from Hyderabad – bagdogra dt 30/12/2020 . Rs. 4970/- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' ICICI Credit card. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolookn this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even Three month. I have already sent 50 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 4970/- only,

I think this Travolook agency should be blacklisted by the Govt and penalty should be also.
