I tried to book flight from Travolook ( Vijayawada to delhi ) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I booked a ticket on travolook with referrence number ref[protected] and made payment of 6066 INR. The confirmation was in progress for 30mins they ask to wait according to their policy. But than after that i recieve a call regarding price increased in fare which was not visible on any other travel site. They asked me to make more payment of 2600 INR. I denied and also received a mail from them stating that the ticket has been cancelled. The company should refund the fare price immediately as they cancelled from there side but one of there customer service executive was saying the amount will be refunded within 10-15 day and other was saying from the same company that the payment will be refunded within 20-25 days. I want money back.

I haven't received any response from you and my money didn't receive till now I'm waiting for my refund

I am Pavan agarwal from hyderabad booked 23 tickets from hyderabad to mysore travelling on[protected] and was confirmed yesterday from both the sides travolook and indigo air lines and today we got all tickets canceled, when i called in the company on their given no [protected] but they are all refusing for the payments and confirming the tickets too.

So, please this is my request you to repayment my amount or again confirm the tickets.

I have booked flight tickets from Hyderabad to Bagdogra for around
20, 000 from Trvolook.in. I received SMS saying the flight ticket is canceled and When I have enquired in Indigo, Indigo said they have refunded the amount to travolook. I have written so many emails and tried to call the number is invalid. This is a fraud company. It's a huge amount which I can not leave. Please look into this issue.

There are total of Four tickets, travolook canceled two of them have canceled till now.

I booked a ticket through travolook and it got cancelled immediately. I was told that I will get the refund in 14 days but it's been more than 50 days that I haven't received the refund.
I called customer care but they keep disconnecting the call as soon as I tell the issue

I Booked my air ticket from Gorakhpur to Kolkata on 24 Nov 2020. My ticket got cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected] due to fare expiration as said by Travolook. Also they drop me a mail that they will refund my Rs.6937 in my account within 7-10 working days. I have to wait till 7 to 10 working days. I called them after that waiting period for the status of my refunded. They started lying. They told me that they initiate my refund but my bank reverse my amount in their account. They again told me to wait till 7-10 working days. I again called them for my refund and they again given me a another 7 - 10 working days for refund. They were telling that we are raising your complaint wait for some more 7-10 working days. I called them several time for my refund and they are saying the same thing to wait for 7-10 days. I think this company travolook is a FRAUD. They are BIG SCAMMER in the market. First they cancel the tickets then they make interest from the same amount by holding it as more as possible. There five star ratings are either paid off or from their employees only. Please Help me out to get my refund amount.

I booked 9november 2020 Bangalore to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore .Flight got cancelled (GO AIR) and even after two months I didn't get my refund.

From flight side they already gave refund to travolook and travolook they are not providing refund to me.

I GOT ALL THE CONFIMRATION AND REFERNCES FROM FLIGHT SIDE REGRADING THE REFUND THEY PROVIDED TO TRAVOLOOK. TRAVOLOOK FOOLING ME SAYING THAT THEY DIDNT GET ANY REFUND FROM FLIGHT SIDE. DECEMBER 2ND ITSELF FLIGHT SLIDE INITIATED THE REFUND NOW IT IS JAN 19 IT MORE THAN 35 DAYS WE STILLL DIDNT GET ANY REFUND FROM TAVOLOOK. NORMALLY EVERYWHERE IT WILL TAKE ONLY 5 DAYS TO GET THE REFUND.

I had booked the tickets from Delhi to bangalore on 9th dec the money got deducted and till now the refund isn't done, when ever I call them they give reasons telling 7 - 10 more days

Mene ticket book Kiya lekin vo cancelled ho gya lekin travolook ne money refund nhi Kiya plz refund my money

I book my flight from Chandigarh to Hyderabad but they cancelled my flight and not even refunding my money.As I'm student and I need my money back urgently.

I had booked my Indigo airline ticket through travolook online on 13th Dec and once amount was debited from my account I got a call from their landline mentioning that booking has been cancelled due to fare increase and they would refund the amount to my account.
Even after nearly a month there's has been no refund and there's been no reply for my mails as I am unable to connect to their toll free number provided on site and in mails.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest for the refund.

I booked my ticket on 21nov to travolook after sucessfull payment I got massaged from travolook that my booking has been cancelled due to fare increase, and money will be refunded within 15 to 20 days I called them after 20 days but I didn't got any satisfactory answer

Hi there this is a severe problem which I am facing since last month the money is not refunded to my bank account till yet it is already been 15 days crossed and again today I booked a flight your booking is canceled with travolook.In: ref[protected] and still saying 15 days to refund and for my previous amount saying again 7 to 10 days what the ### you are doing with your site this is rediculous i need my refund asap at any cost this is ### I need to talk to senior management the CEO of your company I need a response asap. I have booked a ticket for my destination i made paymet i only got the ref no. But i then i didn't get my boarding pass or ticket tomorrow morning is my flight how shall i reach my destination please take strict measures against travolook and issue my boarding pass or i should get refund of it right now. I booked tickets from travolook in October since i booked it got cancelled by them saying it was a technical glitches. I took.multiple follow ups they asked me to wait again for 4 days and every time they asked me the same still didn't received any amount of refund. They have kept customer care so that anyone can trust and also they are running various ads. Please take action against them there are many of them like me who are suffering due to this type of companies. Reference number 3

I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to Kochi on dated 27th Nov 2020 and the amount is ₹8852.00 they cancelled my booking due to fare expiration and they did not refund my money till now today is 8th Jan 2021, Sir plz refund my money.
