I book 2 flights from www.travolook.com but flight was not confirmed by travolook which was srinagar to Amritsar for 18 February but they said we will refund your full amount in 10-15 days, but it has been now almost 40 days but yet i didn't receive my amount in my account, when I call to the customer service they said we have put your complaint against high priority, but they don't refund my amount.

I have booked a Flight ticket from Calicut to Delhi on 15/02/2021 through Travolook for Rupees 9520/-. I got a mail from this company saying that my booking was in progress with ref no:REF[protected].A supporting staff from this company called me and said that the airline fare is fluctuating so you must either pay another 1000 rupees or cancel the ticket.then I decided to cancel the ticket and asked them to refund the amount.then they send an Email saying that my booking is cancelled and an amount of 9520 will be refunded to your account within 10-15 days. but the amount is not credited to my account till the date...so please do the needful

I booked air tickets from Travolook and made the payment online. After booking the tickets I got an email from Travolook saying that it will take 30 minutes to confirm the booking and after 30 mins they sent me an email saying that my booking was cancelled.
I haven't received the refund as of yet.

It has been 64 days till date I dint got any refund back nor I'm able to contact that people

I made two bookings from travolook on around 12 january and recieved a mails that yours tickets are cancelled but i didn’t got my money back till now (5march)

I booked a flight from Bombay to Dehradun, and completed the payment. After 5 mins i received a mail stating that my flight booking has been cancelled and the booking amount would be refunded within 15-20 days, Still its been around 30+ days and whenever i call the customer services they reply stating that refund is in process, kindly wait for 5-7 working days.
They are trying to cheat the customers with these unethical tactics.
Kindly help.

We have booked a flight ticket from travolook.com as on 13th Feb 21 but every time they are saving you will receive in 7 to 10 working days and most of time they even don't respond to call. We would request you to please look in this matter.

I booked my ticket from DELHI to JAIPUR on 03 JAN 2021.And then after sometime they cancelled my ticket. I am not able to book my ticket again .How can people built such fraud sites. First they called me and told me that they will give my refund after 7 WORKING days .Please take a quick action and resoved it.

I booked a ticket on 31st January 2021(round trip-delhi to Bangalore) and it got cancelled within 5 mins.I recieved a mail from them that they will refund the amount within 7-10 working days .But it has been more than a month and they have not refunded the amount.Whenever I call on customer care or mail them they have a standard reply that "within 5-7 working days, it will be refunded". Never book from them. 😠😠

Travolook entices people with extremely low fares which are not achievable. It takes the money and then reports that the tickets are not available due to "Fare expiry" or some such bogus reason.
Then it says it will refund by 20 working days which is one month basically.
I waited patiently and now their helpline number is not active and mailing them is producing no result (obviously)
Not only should strict action be taken so they must refund the money they have fudged from people, but their website should also be shut down so they can't scam more people.

I have booked the ticket from mangalore to bombay on 20th feb 2021 . total amount Rs, 7550/- was deducted from my account. now when we asked for the flights PNR and seat no, they told that the ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration and they that amount would be refunded with 7 days and now it has been nearly 11 days i have not got the refund back. Please refund the said amount as early as possible.

I booked a flight ticket but travolook cancelled it and said they will refund my money of 4500₹. It is more than a month and I have not received it. Customer care is not picking up the call and they robbed my money.

I booked 8 flight tickets from CCU TO DEL. However, only 2 were confirmed and i have not received the money for rest back.
Also, I booked a second time from the website and paid via net banking and the money was transfered to ibibo web pvt ltd but the website is showing the the payment was failed.

Message: Hello My reference number is REF[protected] I have made a booking from Hyderabad to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad on 4/2/2021, which got canceled from travolook end. I want my refund but they are denying it from past 1 month and whenever I call their customer care firstly they make us wait for 10-15 mins and when the call is connected the guy at the other end are highly unprofessional. It’s my suggestion to all the folks who are planning to book their tickets from this site is to never ever book from TRAVOLOOK they are a big loot company.

On 4th Feb, 2021, I happened to book an Airasia flight from Srinagar to New Delhi (dated 21st Feb) on Travolook website. The Reference of the booking is REF[protected]. Then in a few minutes they sent in a cancellation call and email, and said that the refund of the entire amount, ie, Rs. 11361 will be processed in 10-15 working days. Even after calling them multiple times asking for reasons and faster refund process, I was met with callous and dismissive attitude of the customer care. On 27th February, they sent another mail, asking for 7-10 more days for processing the refund. This however, is very inconvenient and has put me in grave circumstances. The customer care is appalling and this site seems like Fraud. Not me, but several other customers have had similar and worse experience and thus I want to take action against them.

Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 5655 since last 30 days against their cancellation REF[protected] dt 28 Jan '21 . Sir, In reference to above, it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated 28/01/2021 for my flight booking from Bengalure – Pune - Bengaluru dt 28/01/2021 . Rs. 5655/- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' SBI Net banking. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF[protected]. In this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent 13 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 5655/- only. Ticket REF[protected]. I did not get refund till time and I will never book tickets on this site. I booked ticket on 03.01.2021 but my ticket was cancelled. I was assured that I will get refund within 15-20 working days. It was almost 1 months they didn't refund the amount. I called their customer care multiple times but they were not refunding the amount. I am going to file a complaint on consumer forum."
