I booked ticket on20/03/21.but ticket is cancelled for fare increase.i did not get back refund amount.

I booked a flight ticket from BLR TO DEL but ticket cancelled nad money dedicated I don't get refund this is chor company this company make froud people

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

Mam we are in a very critical situation my Moms health is in very critical situation we have no money we booked a flight from bom to bbsr and now the booking is cancelled we feel like cursing but we know we wont please refund our money please please please

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Dubai on 18th April from travolook and the ticket amount of 7544/-
was deducted ..In 5 min I got a call from the customer care I will get my refund in 10-15 working days...
I still didn''t received my money... Kindly look in to this and please refund my money ...

The amount is deducted from my bank and still waiting for the refund.

I booked a flight from travolook (23rd May 2021). After booking flight, money deducted from my account and I received a mail that your booking will be confirmed in 30 minutes, if not then call on[protected]... I got scared and immediately called, some lady picked up and I told her that my booking is not yet confirmed.why? She told me let me check and then said your booking is cancelled due to indigo operational issue and we will refund you within 72 hours or it may take 10-15 days. By the time I read the reviews of travolook and I asked her that what if you don't return my money because there is no guarantee. She said that we'll be available here and for sure your money will be refunded. You will get a cancellation mail and then in 72 hour's you will receive your refund. And they never gave my money back.

I booked my ticket on 20th April 2020 from Patna to Ahmedabad in the flight SpiceJet. Ticked was cancelled due to Travolook operational fault but money was not refunded. I called Travolook customer care number several times and also emailed ( 6th, 8th, 27th May, 9th June) several times, His reply was always refund initiated and you have to wait for 5-7 days. His 5-7 days waiting period is never finished from 20th April 2020 to 16th June 2020 ( 58 days ). He never returned my money. This is a fraud group. Need strict action against Travolook.

I booked the ticket from Varanasi to Delhi and return as usual got cancel still looking for refund keep calling them keep sending them message. Money has still not come.

I have booked ticket from Patna to Mumbai on 13 Nov from travolook but my ticket was not confirmed and amount of 6916 was deducted and they said they will refund within 10-15 working days but it's more than 1 month I have not received my refund I have written several emails and called so many times but still not received my refund

I am facing the same issue. Not getting my refund back since long. Just keep getting the answer that it would be in my account by next Monday, and its 2 months since then.

Travolook is a such a pathetic fake company, I have booked tickets today and amount has been deducted already, it says booking in process, later I received a call saying fare has been increased, and asking me to pay pay another 1000 INR for each passenger if ticket has to be booked, when I asked them to I dont want to pay, they are asking me cancellation charges as well. Why would I pay the cancellation ? When I checked other websites, the fare is still same. Later I received a mail my booking has been cancelled, but payment has been been refunded yet. Request your help to get the refund from this fake website.

Travolook is a 100% FRAUD COMPANY and they deduct your money but never book a ticket. THEY NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY, YOU DO WHATEVER! I wrote to DGCA too, they say it is not their field. Rest assured within 6 months this company will be declared a SCAM COMPANY amounting to approx Rs. 100 CR scam in shortest time. Can write to PMO or Finance Ministry, if they listen to you. Pathetic experience from this website. I think this is a fraud company.. i have booked 2 tickets on 2nd Jan 2022 with Rs16934. After the payment i got a call from coustomer care that my booking has not done as the fare price increased. The booking has been canceled and they send a mail that i will got the refund within 7 to 15 working days. Although i had no fault but i have to wait for 15 days. But i after 15 days when i have not received any regund i called the customer service and they told me my refund has been initiated and i will get my money within 3 to 5 working days... after several calls i have not recieved my money.. yesterday i have written a mail with strong words and they initiated the payment immediately and now the amount has been credited in my account... i[censored] want to know more you can whatsapp me on [protected]. I can share my experience.

Fake website..they cheat people. I booked my ticket in October 2021. Money got deducted and ticket didn't generated. I called and mailed to customer care so many times but I am not getting refund.plz don't book with this website in future.

They are not going to refund easily just file a complaint share that ticket of complaint to them and mention RBI rule payment there is a RBI rule you can’t refund money on different payments mode if i paid you through credit card you have to refund on my card
Or else they will make you fool, they refunded in Travolook wallet but there is no wallet

After that I contacted the customer executive team and I got a response that my deducted amount will be credited to my account within one working week. I contacted the customer executive thrice, they promised i will get my refund within the promised date, But it has been more than 2 weeks.

Sins it has been almost a year I have not received my refunded of two tickets which was booked from sxr to del I m in lurch as the the travel agency travolook has cheated on me kindly look into the mater and enable me to get the refund asap
