My order from trendy western with order number TW11728 was placed on Oct 17th and I paid rupees 699 and still not received it. I need my refund or my order. These ppl should be taught a lesson .

Trendy western is fake site and making fool of people. I have ordered suits and it is more than a month and not recieved anything, payment.has been done in advance.
There is no call centre no neither tracking mechanism.
These peple are bloody fake and making fool, action should be taken against them and should be put in jail

Not received any mail or phone from these people. Request to take strict action against them .so many other people are being suffered .why no actions are being taken

Hello, My complain has not be resolved. How you can mention that it is resolved. I got only debited information in my bank account with transaction number. other than that no message or email sent to me. really we are not satisfied with your website. After putting order and while complaint, i have seen many complaints that amount deducted but product did not received. If i know this before really i didn't order in this website. Expecting your response!

I logged the following complaint here on 7th Nov 2020.

Hi, I placed an order on 6th Oct 2020 and made a payment of Rs 1198. Since then I have sent several emails to the support email id enquiring about my order. The items were meant to be delivered within 3-5 days of order placement but so far I have not received it. After I threatened legal action, today I received an email 'confirming' my order again..

I have asked for a refund or item delivery but this company seems to be fake. Pls report and take appropriate action.

My order number is #TW16464 which was placed on 3 Nov 2020 at 04:58pm. It was a prepaid order of 499/- and the estimated delivery date was 18th Nov but it is not yet delivered and even after raising multiple complaints on their customer support id "[protected]@trendywestern.com" I am not getting any response from their side and I can't even track my order as no tracking details or calling number are there on their website. I want to raise a complaint against them and request a refund. Please help.
