The ordered has not arrived yet...

Hi, it has already been almost a month since I ordered kurtis of size 5XL for my mother for which I made an online payment with order no: TW11556 but till now I have not received this order and didn't even hear back from the company itself. I have already emailed to them twice and written on their complaint box as well but till now Noone has reverted back to me. It does seem that it is a fake website on not honoring their customer orders...

I Purchased a red designer kurti with pant but they shipped me a single yellow sub standard kurti of low size...

I had purchased a dress from trendy western and for this I had done my payment also but till now there is no response and mail i had received from them no tracking details nothing else I mailed them several times but there is no response ....

I've placed order amounting Rs.2196 vide trendywestern ORDER #TW15747 on 31 oct 20. It has been two weeks and I didnt receive any shipment, though it is showing the order was fullfilled....

I placed an order for a top with trendy western on Oct 19th, 2020 and I have not heard back from them.

They are frauds....

I had ordered fro trendy western worth Rs 2600, there is no update neither there is sny contact number available on website. They are not even replying back to sny of my mail. There has been total nil response after my payment since more than 2 weeks. This website must be brought down n seized....

I had ordered from Trendy Western site on 1st Nov.
I paid online.
Never received any update regarding the order after that.

The customer care email is not responding to my mails...

I bought 2 dresses from trendywestern.com. it's a prepaid order and they said order would be shipped in 4-5 days of placing it. But when I did not hear back for more than a week I wrote to their support team. Now, there is no phone number in the site. They are not replying to any mails. And no update on my order....

This is the most distressing experience with Trendy Western. I have placed order on 1st November 2020 worth Rs. 499/-, payment status showing as fulfilled. On 2nd November 2020, received an email from trendy western that my order has been shipped. On tracking order from 3rd November it is showing "Pending to Pickup" till today. Neither getting response on my emails from them nor have received order yet and it's more than 2 weeks. Hence No...

I had ordered a saree with order ID TW 17841 on 08.11.2020. However, the status is showing unfulfilled. I have paid amount online.
No reply after sending mail to thie customer care also

I purchased clothes from Trendy Western. Order no:15253 on 2nd Nov. When I checked the tracking, it reflects as peding pickup since 3rd Nov.
I dont understand the delay. I have written mails to customer care and I dont get any response. I tried calling the numbers of customer care, but not able to reach any of them.
I need to know when i would receive the product....
