    Hi, it has already been almost a month since I ordered kurtis of size 5XL for my mother for which I made an online payment with order no: TW11556 but till now I have not received this order and didn't even hear back from the company itself. I have already emailed to them twice and written on their complaint box as well but till now Noone has reverted back to me. It does seem that it is a fake website on not honoring their customer orders so request you to take a strict action against them and resolve my issue asap.
    Trendy Western customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But when I did not hear back for more than a week I wrote to their support team. Now, there is no phone number in the site. They are not replying to any mails. And no update on my order.

                    This is the most distressing experience with Trendy Western. I have placed order on 1st November 2020 worth Rs. 499/-, payment status showing as fulfilled. On 2nd November 2020, received an email from trendy western that my order has been shipped. On tracking order from 3rd November it is showing "Pending to Pickup" till today. Neither getting response on my emails from them nor have received order yet and it's more than 2 weeks. Hence No update on orders, no response to emails. No contact number given.
