ORDER #TW16939
I had ordered a palazo set on the 5th of november, no uodates since them... Have mailed them as well but no reply from them yet. Please escalate the issue

Hi Team,

I placed an order with Trendy Western on 20th October 2020 for 1, 497.00 INR with order no #TW12402.
I placed an order for 3 dress (3 different sizes of same color and pattern) each costing 499 INR. (499.00 * 3 = 1, 497.00).
I received a message saying I will get the order delivered by 11th November 2020. However, I have not received it yet.
Even on repeated mails to [protected]@trendywestern.com, I have not received a single response yet.

Please help me refund my money.

I ordered from 2 products in oct 2020, I haven't received any item.I had done prepaid payment. I have put up a mail several times. But no response. This is not acceptable behaviour.

We place order dated 6/11/2020 quantity of 2 saree till date we not yet recived any mail not replying my mail..we attach here my order details.

I am order no TWCOD9304 received wrong product. I am already email this id [protected]@trendywestern.com but not respond

Still I have not received any products and no reply from this company. Please do the needful.

An order for Rs.500 was placed on 26th October but no delivery details have been received by us. In spite of n number of mails and complaints. No update on order has been received. Order No. #TW14297 .

It is mostly a fraud putting up a genuine website and there is no contact detail or a way you can contact them in any manner, but just wait to receive a revert.

I had ordered two dresses on trendywestern on 7th Nov 20, Order No. TW17638 and also made online payment of INR 998. There are no shipping details available nor are they updating me about order shipment or refund status since then. I have been continueously following up with the only communication source made available by the website which which is [protected]@trendywestern.com. They have responded to me yet about my order nor are they refunding back my money. I think this is a fraud website company and a strict action should be taken against this company. I have also googled and found a contact no. [protected] who does not respond and keeps asking my personal bank details such as PIN etc for refund. Attaching the complete communication on followups I made with Trendywestern.

Please take strict action and assist me getting my money back.

I ordered one plazo set and paid also before 15 days ago.Still I m not getting any information from them.I mailed several times but not getting any response also.So don't buy anything from this site.

My order number is TW16063 placed on 3 November 2020. I have not received the order till now neither have I received any updates about the product. I have sent an email to customer care as well and yet haven't received any intimation. This is absolutely unacceptable to have such a service. Very disappointed. I wish to receive my order as soon as possible.

Above 2 sarees were purchased on 5th november. Not yet received and no further communication.

I ordered 2 Mustard Kurta With Sharara and made payment by card on 31st Oct. On 2nd Nov received sms saying your order from trandy western has been shipped vide shipdelight tracking number but till date not received order.

Tried reaching them through mail, online form on their website and phone number shared on website but no response.

I have ordered a kurta from trendy western and paid for it on 27 October. I got confirmation mail too. But it has been 25 days since then and there is no update of the order. Neither I have received any order nor I got any reply of mails sent by me.

I had ordered a black and white top-Skirt Set and a multicolored Kurta. I had paid ₹1298 via ola money postpaid. I ordered on 22nd October 2020. Have not received any confirmation mail, no updates as of yet! I had sent emails and messages on their Facebook, instagram as well. Have received no response. My money is gone. I need a way to get my money back, dont care about the order now

I had ordered for two kurtis on the 4th of Nov 2020. Been chasing them via mail for the same. However till date no response form them neither has the delivery been done. Seems to be a money making racket and nothing else. They seem to be fooling people around.

I have ordered 2 different products worth Rs.998 on 4th of november @ trendywestern.com. I didn't receive any confirmation mail, but I got a message to my Number stating the confirmed order. I have made my payment through google pay.
I have attached the order summary when I made the payment and payment was done via Google pay.
I didnt recieve any tracking details or shipping details. I mailed them several times but there is no response. Because of this i have faced a lot of stress and mental torture and it was ordered for my relative .Hence I request the company to pay me the refund as soon as possible.
