            I have ordered 4 kurtis in trendy western website on Oct 6th 2020 and I have received a mail regarding confirmation of order and order ID is #TW8328. Later I didn't receive any mail from Trendy Western regarding the order updates like expected delivery date, shipping details etc., I have sent a mail to trendy western support mail id [protected]@trendywestern.com and didn't receive any reply from them. I have seen many complaints in the form of tweets and comments in facebook and twitter regarding this website. There is no customer care number for this site and the amount I have paid is Rs.1996. Please help me with this issue and kindly block this site as it is accepting orders from new customers and cheating the people.

            I have ordered 1 kurti of Rs 499n trendy western website on Nov 7th 2020 and I havent received a mail or any msg regarding order confirmation. My order ID is #TW17626. I didn't receive any mail from Trendy Western regarding the order updates like expected delivery date, shipping details etc., I have sent a mail to trendy western support mail id [protected]@trendywestern.com and didn't receive any reply from them. Please help me with this issue and kindly block this site.

                          My daughter Rashi ordered a dress from trendy western on 22st Oct. and paid Rs 499 for it. After that she received a confirmation mail.Till date we have not recieved it .Even after mailing them there is no reply.

                                      Order #TW10225 was placed on October 12, 2020 07:40PM
                                      As per their order policy, the product should be dispatched within 4 days time.
                                      However even after 20 days, the product is not dispatched. No response to any e-mail sent to them
                                      There is no customer contact number given in the website. There is no provision to cancel the order.
