Hi,

I had placed an order on 7th November with order number #TW17533 for which I have not received any update or confirmation.
This is not acceptable . This is the worst experience I have had from an online marketing site.
I need an update on this ASAP. If an update and explanation cannot be given ASAP then I need my money back.

I had ordered 2 dresses (after paying)from their website on 6th Nov.
However, till now order is not recd.(Order number; TW17368)
Bogus website. Money gone.
Please dont order from this website.

Booked with money but the delivery did not happen . seems to be fraud company cheating people ...

I have ordered a saree and made online payment for the same I have try to communicate to with them but due to non availability of any complain no I have mailed them many times but haven't getting any reply from their and.

My order no#TW17718 hasn't reached me yet.I ordered it on 8/11/2020.Can you please check and inform me about the proceedings

I ordered clothes from their website on 11oct’20 but I haven’t received the order till now.UPI ref Id[protected].It seems to be a fraud website by looking at other people’s comments too.Some serious action needs to be taken against them as they can’t steal people’s money by fraudulent ways.

I had ordered a saree the order reference is ORDER#TW14984 dated 29th October 2020. This is a prepaid order. Now I have not heard back from the company even though I have repeatedly sent the mail & messages and neither have I received my order. This order was placed on 29th October 2020

The company is not delivering my product even they are not responding to my email as well as the message sent through Facebook messenger.

Need refund of my amount

I have not recieved my order yet. The outfit was ordered on
Mon, Oct 26, 2020, 11:29 AM.
It was supposed to get delivered by 16th November. I have also mailed them for tracking my order, but there is no response from that side. My order #TW14195 was confirmed on the day of purchase via e-mail.
Still there is no response from their side. Need help.Even on repeated mails to [protected]@trendywestern.com, I have not received a single response yet.

I had ordered two sari's from Trendy Western on 11th Nov 2020 and I had paid amount, still I have not received the item. Sent mail to [protected]@trendywestern.com no reply from them. please do not shop from trendy western online shop. They have not given their contact number too. If they are reliable they could have given their contact number.

Still did not get my order...Nearly 25 days past. This is my 3rd communication...
see the case either way cancel my order and return my complete amount in the same account..Send me liable person's contact phone number of TW to whom I may contact and make conversations...

After waiting this week I will take some very serious judiciary actions against Trendy Western..

At the time placing order ask only mobile number and after making payment they not showing any tracking details of product. Worst company with fraudster mind. Screenshot attached of ordered products.

Bought skirt and top did the payment but never got the order delivered

My Children and husband ordered a set of skirt and top for me, order no. TW 18194 on 10th of November 2020. Since we didn't receive any dispatch details till today ie 21st November 2020. I got their numbers from the net. When I contacted them one of them Mr. Aniul told he that the ordered due to some reasons has got cancelled from their end. So he ask me to create request on Google pay, which I found fishy bcos instead of asking to create request payment he was asking me to create payment link of Rs 24579 to which I had to add my transaction pin too. Since I don't keep that much bal in my account I did what he said. So the transaction failed. Then he asked me to create another pay link of rs 9457 again it failed bcos my bal in that account is less. After that he started getting angry so I cut the call.
Then after half an hour some Rabi Kumar called saying that there is issue with my order and they are having difficulty in processing the refund as it is paid by credit card and it was coming pending. So he started asking if I had any debit card and to give the card no which I refused. When I started asking him counter questions he just cut the line.

If there was an issue in completing my order they should have reached out to us through email or the number provided at the time of the placing order. Nothing was done we only received a confirmation through SMS.

So i strongly urge strict action to be taken against these fraud company Trendy Western who are sitting out there to rob people.

I have ordered 3 dresses in Trendy Western on 4th Nov 2020 and they have confirmed my order (Order #TW16723 ). Pre-paid an amount of Rs. 1497/- towards this purchase but after that I didn't get any communication from them regarding shipping or refund of the amount. They haven't responded to my mails regarding the delivery of products. Please take an action on this and help me to get my money back
