I ordered saree on 24th October, till now there is no response by trendy western..it is fake site..don't order on it...they only collect money...

I order to the saree on the Dated 08 October 2020.i paid to online.still to not delivery.refund my money or product delivery...

I ordered one dress on Oct 13, 2020, so far no delivery or they are not bothering to respond back to my emails. When I made payment it goes to Plasohouse and yesterday just for trail purpose I tried to order same dress and got different payment site. this looks like fake site to collect money, at least they can respond to my email....

Found the advertisement regarding this site in Facebook and ordered the dress (Attached the screenshot).
Money is also already sent to them Rs.499 and confirmation mail/SMS also sent by them for order TW#2159 on 12 September 2020
I mailed their support '[protected]@trendywestern.com' already but no reply received.
Since it had been more than a month since I had placed ordered and received no response, I wish to cancel my...

My order numbers are TW3548 and TW8940. Its been 2 months I haven't received any update about my products....
