UIDAI — online pan application failed | |
I got the following message when applying pan online : "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days" It doesn't even tell me what went wrong. Token no : [protected] I have two questions : 1. Should the mobile number and email given in aadhaar card match with details that are to be provided in pan? 2. Should i apply through e-kyc again?
