    I have made a purchase of iphone 11 through unicorn online portal for rs 73600 through my american express card today. The amount got deducted from my card but i have not recieved any conformation for my order and neither my order is reflecting in my online unicorn account.. After payment, the window closes automatically and when i tried finding my order in my unicorn account, it was showing there is no order for this account.. I also tried looking in site faq's but site is not working properly and every time i am clicking on faq's, i was forwarded to home window..

      I placed my order around a month ago and I have still not received it. I have made several email complaints but still not able to track my order.
      No customer care team picks up the phone nor the store manager communicates properly. After several phone calls the store manager told me that it will be delivered by this week but there is no update yet. I am really frustrated with such poor customer service. Kindly help me with the same as I need my product soon.

        Hi,

        I have ordered and paid for an apple thunderbolt to ethernet cable (2, 900inr) on march 17th 2020.
        It is june 17th 2020 today and i still have not received the item i have paid for 3 months ago.
        I understand there might have been delays because of covid lockdown. I have sent them several messages per email and called them without any response.
        It certainly looks like that they took my money and have not sent me the item even after 3 months.

          I bought iphone 11 128 gb on 12 june 2020 from unicorn authorised apple retailer. There’s two different mrp on box the mrp 69900 & the above polly pack the price tag 73600 unicorn charge 73600 from me & also changed phone details like box imported in january as per box mrp 69900 rs but unfortunately the above packaging polly pack is showing the iphone is made in march & the price tag was 73600.
          This is fraud by authorise apple store!
          So this is cheating and this is not a right way to change the price for above polly packaging & change details for phone. Or mention two different mrp.

            Just to inform you that i have been visited unicorn service center it was very bad experience with that also staffs are very rude no satisfied resolution,
            Their staffs are something that they are owner of company they are telling to us that this issues are normal, no one is bother for my issue as i have been purchased that devices worth 65000,
            I will escalate that issue to consumer counter and register complaints against your company definitely soon

              They signed the agreement for the work but they provide work which is very confusing and every word look like other word so error occurs as they signed agreement they blackmailing me for the ammount of agreement 6999inr

                After submitting my macbook pro, sanjay told me there is track-pad issue and Keyboard issue and due to which any window is open in macbook slides automatically ( I can show video what problem I got). Later part during first 2 days he reported liquid problem and sent me email about same, Later he confessed there is no liquid damage there is minor moisture ( I can prove with call recordings) and there is no liquid inside the macbook.( I can prove with call recordings). He also told me there is dent in the corner due to that there is hardware issue and which is not in warranty and advised me to apply one time exception. I discussed there is scratch not dent and that can’t be reason of my problem but he insisted that due to dent your mac is considered as physical damage can’t be covered under warranty but on request we provide ‘one time exception’ and you have to ask it to apple customer care and after that i was in contact with apple customer care requesting for one time exception. But after week sanjay confessed problem you are facing with mac is not because of dent or liquid damage there might be minor moisture. I have cleaned moisture and reset your mac now it is working perfectly fine ( even he kept 1 and half day under observation). He told my mac is working perfectly fine. ( I can prove with call recordings and properly working videos taken at your service station

                    I bought a MacBook Air from Unicorn Infosolutions, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East. I was given a sealed box. Also bought MS Office . I was informed by the staff that their engineer would come home and set up the laptop and also transfer information from my old desktop to the laptop. I bought the laptop on 08th Feb 2016. Till now no one has come to do the needful nor do they have the courtesy of calling. Since the laptop is still sealed I would like to return the same and perhaps go to Croma or some other store which believes in service.

                      Apple service dealer in Cyber city, Gurgaon has misguided and not technically rectified my phone. The phone was submitted in a good condition under warranty, they were supposed to replace the phone. But they haven't done anything on my phone they have formatted all the important official mail data and all the applications. Vishesh Yadav attended me in that store, he was so casual on his approach, firstly he was not willing to rectify the phone, also when I went to collect my phone they have deleted all my data and saying it is not their responsibility. I have been facing a issue where the phone hangs, switches off and the speaker doesn't work, apple guarantees to replace all phones in warranty but the service dealer is not doing the same.

                        I bought a ipad air from vietnam in feb/2016. when i came to india ipad data cable not working. after that i went to apple service center in faridabad. they check the cable and give me a cable they also gave me bill in this bill their staff write with pen that cable is replace from stock. after that i came to home. after three months cable not work properly than again i go service center. they check and told me that in this cable serial no is fop277180kdbaa and apple not use f0 in his serial no so we not change your cable you must paid cable price. after that i call apple care for help they also talk to service center but no response after that i said that service center ask me to give bill copy which they give me on 14/03/2016 but that time i have not the copy of this bill so i said to check that bill from my ipad serial no they check and give me bill in this bill they show me that we give this no data cable. when i ask why you gave me two types bill three months before you gave me hand written bill or in this bill no part no mention but after three months you gave me a bill in this part no mention why. after some time they give me reason that 14/03/2016 network issue so we not provide you bill in printed.
                        I have some question to ask service center.
                        A. why they give bill in hand written without any part no.
                        B. why they not send bill on my mail. id after network issue resolve
                        C. why they give me bill on three months later when cable not working
                        D. why two types of bill available in service center
                        E. why they refuse to change my data cable
                        F. their technician gave data cable or hand written bill or after that refuse to change cable why
                        G. is this apple standard
                        I gave all this proof to apple india via mail and all images they assure me but after some time they said they only received my complain against service center and not do any thing
                        After that i also send the bill copy to service center and ask question about two types of bill but they not take any interest
                        After i write this mail to you so please check the matter and give proper solution

                        Today i send a mail regarding data cable after that i call your customer care about this and try to reach you but unfortunately not able to connect you but your senior advisor help me and told me for further action so madam pl. provide him all mail i send you i also call your service center for why they give me two types of bill one is hand written or after three months when i go their they give me printed bill when i ask this question they try to manipulate me after 10 minutes when they not found any answer they said because of network problem we are not provide you this bill on 14/3/2016 so this is a network issue then i said if network not good that day why you are not send this bill on my mail id. if you send mail for visiting then why not send my original bill on my mail id or if any payment not receive from any customer you mail or call but not in my case so why for me you not call. when i said that i give this mail to apple care also then tone of his voice change and said go any where or now i cannot help you if you mail to apple care than we follow apple care decision madam i request you to pl take this matter and provide me betteresolution in this mail i also send you morning mail if you do not receive this mail thanks

                        I have iPhone which is under warranty but touch is not working i went to service centre he told me we can repair but there is any body part will be damage we have to charge i said ok but they also said if you don't wanna do you have to 2000 up to because we will send to Bangalore i am asking where is warranty?

                          I am an extremely disappointed i phone 5 owner, i purchased an iphone 5 in april'13 unfortunately the phone that i got had a loose battery inside which is a manufacturing problem. The phone worked perfectly fine till 1 fine day it kept going off and coming on, so somehow i managed to send it across to the unicorn infosolutions service center for apple in andheri west mumbai, after repeatedly calling them they somehow managed to answer my phone and told me that they will open the phone and diagnose the problem then after 2 days i get a call back saying sir sorry we have already escalated the problem to the technical team but we cannot do anything for your phone as this problem is not a manufacturing defect. I was surprised as i never ever expected this to happen the phones battery was loose from day 1 did not give me any problem somehow the connector within broke and this is the answer that we get.
                          I spoke to the technical support team to this guy ankur from the indian technical support team from the time i started to talk to him it seems like he was disinterested to help me at all from the beginning he kept saying not possible not possible, when he did not even check what the problem was. He even agreed to the fact that its a very rare case so cause of this the benefit of the doubt is given to the customer itself.
                          He even claimed that i tampered the phone. Why would anyone on this planet do it when they know that the phone is covered under warranty and the store is just 5 minutes from my house? I am very very very disappointed as my hard earned money that i had saved for months together to buy my dream phone is gone down the drain.. I would advice each and every individual to never buy apple iphone 5 i[censored]r lucky you wont have a problem, i[censored] are 1 of the unlucky people you will not be getting a replacement ever if there is a genuine problem with the phone..

                            I had purchased two sets of mac book pro with details as under from unicorn inforsolutions pvt ltd, 214 himalaya mall, drive in road, gurukool, ahmedabad:-

                            Mb 1332 zp/a sr no. w88171vkvjx on 24/7/2008
                            Mb sr. no. w88300enyp2 on 11/8/2008.

                            Despite of several reminders via telephone and assurance by the local staff, we as on date not yet received invoice towards said purchase. further more all payments have been made in full via cheque and a special discount as assured remains to be take back in form of store credit at 20% on listed prices under the student discount promotion scheme. since the financial year end is approaching we request immidiate issuance of said invoice with final discounted value as in absence of same we will not be able to claim depreciation rebates which you may please note will be rightfully claimed from your company.

                            Your earliest and most urgent reply will be highly appreciated.
