Your Patiala unicorn staff is purely pathetic . They don't even know how to deal people.
Due to covid I was trying to reach through phone but nobody picks the phone .
And after that when I visited the store, then they stop me on gate and ask me whether I am here to trying a phone or buying a phone .
How can a person decide this thing on gate ???...

I had placed an order and when i got to their store it was a long queue 0f maybe 1000 people where there was no seperate queue for people who had pre-booked the device.
What's the point of pre-booking and giving 10k in advance when I have to wait in queue whole day after travelling 80 kms and now have to come back again and still wait tomorrow or maybe even day after.

I still haven't got the device....

I had pre-booked an iPad Pro 2020 from https://shop.unicornstore.in on 22nd May 2020 by paying a booking amount of Rs. 2000. After paying the booking amount, i got a message from Unicorn stating that i will get the product by 29th May 2020.

Despite repeated follow-ups till date through mail, phone, messenger Unicorn has failed to provide me the product nor any update related to it. I even requested them to provide me with refund...
