I had purchased iphone11 in the month of April 2021, I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs.5000/-, I haven't received it yet, kindly look into the issue.

      At pune MG Road Store I had bought ear phone wire with invoice no. UPD[protected] dtd 11.6.21 vide cash.
      Before taking cash they charged on my credit card 1900 by mistake and gave a void sale slip also.
      But till now the amount is not credited back. Every time we call they just say it will happen in a day or two.

      Also that time my daughter had given them charging wire for charging the phone from the new brand box. Later when she was talking to the phone the sales lady just kept it on the table. My daughter came back to me in my office & then we realised the wire is not in the box. Immediately I went to the store but they just refused saying that they had given the wire to my daughter.

        Hi, this is to bring to your notice related the workers at the Unicorn store, Aundh, Pune.
        First, I would start with that I am a complete dedicated Apple fan. Right from my watch, phone, laptop, AirPods- all are from Apple. Especially bought from Unicorn store.
        Recently my laptop got switched off due to some issue and I went to the near store which was located in Aundh. I needed help to reboot/ switch on the MacBook, but the staff there was very unhelpful and very rude.
        They did not even listen to my query & no apologies or empathy was shown.
        They told me they can’t do anything about it & told me to raise a ticket.
        Later I went to the JM store, and they switched on my MacBook within 2 minutes.
        Now, my question is that if I am paying products worth of lacs from Apple, not only for the product quality but also for the service.
        After seeing the behavior of the staff at Aundh, I am very disappointed with the Apple team.
        If I am not getting a good customer service then what is the point of spending so much money when the help is needed ?
        Companies like HP & Dell, even their retail staff are well trained about the basic things on how to start on a PC or to identify the issue.
        Very disappointed with the Aundh branch. I need a action taken on this.

                Your Patiala unicorn staff is purely pathetic . They don't even know how to deal people.
                Due to covid I was trying to reach through phone but nobody picks the phone .
                And after that when I visited the store, then they stop me on gate and ask me whether I am here to trying a phone or buying a phone .
                How can a person decide this thing on gate ???

                    Hi I had purchased airpods from Unicorn on 22 Apr’21 through their online portal and received the same on 24 Apr’21. On 26th Apr’21 i mailed them regarding the defect in left side airpods fitting with proper images and invoice copy, I called them they said they will revert. On 28th i gain mailed them, i got call from them asking to send the airpods to Mumbai’s address and they will send me new one. Due to looking at the current pandemic scenario courier services are getting very much delayed, si I requested them to provide some solution at my place ie Jaipur only. But there no revert from their side neither they pick up calls or revert on messages.

                      I have purchase a, macbook in December 2020 and ask the store employee to make a, gst bill but when my accountant open the bill to file a, return the gst no was missing I contact the store but they said that, nothing could be done I visited the store twice but nothing was done which made me a, loss of 15000 so sir can you please look in to this matter.i have purchased MacBook Air M1 on 15 December 2020 in unicorn store located at Gomti nagar, Lucknow.

                        Harassment Complaint against Apple Reseller - Unicorn

                        I had placed an order and when i got to their store it was a long queue 0f maybe 1000 people where there was no seperate queue for people who had pre-booked the device.
                        What's the point of pre-booking and giving 10k in advance when I have to wait in queue whole day after travelling 80 kms and now have to come back again and still wait tomorrow or maybe even day after.

                        I still haven't got the device....

                        I had pre-booked an iPad Pro 2020 from https://shop.unicornstore.in on 22nd May 2020 by paying a booking amount of Rs. 2000. After paying the booking amount, i got a message from Unicorn stating that i will get the product by 29th May 2020.

                        Despite repeated follow-ups till date through mail, phone, messenger Unicorn has failed to provide me the product nor any update related to it. I even requested them to provide me with refund of pre-booking amount of Rs. 2000, however they failed to provide me with any kind of refund or update regarding my query.

                              Coming to you as a helpless customer believing you shall solve my problem.

                              I just recently purchased iPhone 12 this month and have been given a defective unit and am running around to get it replaced. The Unicorn CS Infinity Mall has accepted there is a manufacturing issue and asks me to wait till Apple releases any updates.

                              An Apple user since 2002... seek your intervention after having failed to get redressal. The defect is about display flickering severely. All major news dailies hve confirmed iPhone 12 having this screen flickering and black out issue.

                              Purchased because their staff told me 12 is better value for money than 12 pro and that 12 pro is for businessmen and celebrities.

                              Sent my phone to service and they rebooted and sent back stating iPhone 12 has issues and to wait for an update. An update came that I suspected may not solve this issue but asst store manager Rishab Rastogi stated it will. Issue has deteriorated.

                              Twice to store and once to service center ... total harassment.

                              Also recommended to them to take more money and give me a higher model that will not have the iPhone 12 display issue but they said I will have to give 40percent value of this phone.

                              The service folks have told me iPhone 12 is not up for repairs and replacement will be iPhone 12 only and there are Chances of same issues.

                              I look forward to your urgent intervention, I am really helpless ... have notified Apple and Unicorn authorities

                              Overall, Unicorn has failed in the following :

                              1. Right to information
                              2. Right to being heard
                              3. Right to redressal

                                Dear team

                                This is to inform you that I visited viman nagar service center on Friday the 11th of Sep 2020. My charging cable is faulty and the same was shown to your staff there in service center.

                                I informed the staff that I face intermediate problem and at times the cable does not work.

                                While during the inspection by your staff the cable did not work and she cleaned the cable tip with something and assured me that it will work from now on. However, I told her that I have done this several times myself post my char with Apple support but the problem is intermediate and It might come back.

                                Anyhow, as the staff was not ready to listen to me and she was adamant that it should work now, I had no option but to come back.

                                Now again the wire is not charging my mobile, and I feel I am befooled by your staff and wasted my time going to your store in this sensitive time. Moreover the way your staff was talking can not be considered on polite side.

                                Hence, in nutshell kindly inform me what should I do with this wire and where I can make proper complaint about this incidence.

                                  Have made a payment for inr 7300 for macbook air 13 inch but no update on the order. Order not showing in my account and full payment deducted.

                                  No one is picking calls or respsoidng to emails

                                    Dear team,

                                    this is to bring in your notice, that i am your customer using iphone 11 pro. There was some technical issue in my phone, therefore i went to apple authorized service provider “unicorn infosolutions pvt. Ltd shop no.1, dlf cyberhub, dlf cybercity, gurgaon, haryana” for repairing. They asked 7day time for the repair and told me that there will be 90% chances for replacement and 10% chances of repairing. I had done all kind of formalities and had handed over my phone to them. They have provided me with alternate iphone 8 (64gb) grey for temporary use.

                                    After few days, i have received a call from the centre that they have received a new device and asked me to come there and collect it. I went next day to the centre but it was closed on saturday due to covid guidelines. Then i was out of town for 7 days.

                                    In between that time, due to an accident iphone 8 got damaged. Then after visiting the centre they are asking me inr 33, 000 as damage charges. Though, the price of new iphone 8 (64gb) is inr 37, 000. So, as per them i need to pay damage price which is almost equal to new iphone 8 price, and even has to return the damaged device to them.in total they are asking for inr 46000 for the whole repair and damage. I asked them that i will buy the same phone, but they are denying. I am undergoing going inr36000 loss because of all this, and the phone they have provided me was already used. I am really very upset because of the service and from past 7 days this has been worst. This is customer’s harassment both mental and financial.

                                    Kindly, help me in this matter, as i am ready to pay the actual and legit amount for the used iphone 8, but not same as the brand new phone. This kind of behavior is ruining the name of “apple customer services”

                                      1. Placed an on-line order for an apple earpods with 3.5mm headphone plug on 21st august 2020 and
                                      2. The amount got debited from my account (Rs. 2500)
                                      3. But have not received the product enven not any money receipt till date.

                                      Same happened with me i have paid full amount for apple watch series 5...but i am unable to track my package...i tried calling them as well dropped them plenty mails but still no response from them...i have made the biggest mistake of my life to order from there unicorn online site.
                                      If anyone is seeing this message then i would recommend never to buy from unicorn store... in short pathetic experience
