sir,
I am an account holder in union bank of india, my account number is [protected].I used my rupay debit card for exam fee payment, but i got a reply like'your bank is not permited for this transaction'.So i cannot make payment till the date.kindly solve this problem immedetily.My due date for online fee payment is close next day.So kindly solve this problem fastly.

    I have paid fees of Rs.2400 for second quarter for ARHAM KALAM ANSARI, ID- [protected], D.O.B- 23 MAR 2001 through debit card on 8th July 2015. Due to network problem Rs 2400/- TWO TIMES vide transactions received on registered mobile ([protected]) 23[protected] & 23[protected] have been deducted . from my account making a total of Rs 4800/- in recept of my ward instead of Rs 2400/-. There fore Rs2400/- was supposed to credited back to my account automatically. But till date (20 Jul 15) same has been credited in my account.

    I therefore request you to solve the problem and Rs 2400/- may be credited in my account accordingly.
    Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Received a call from [protected] in the morning. the man other side was saying that you bank account and atm is blocked becoz of incomplete verification. asking for ATM details. I immediately got that is is a fraud call, I refused to give any information. hen the person other side started abusing me. Just can't understand how these people become so fearless?? Please take any serious action about it.

        Hello
        Myself MANISH SINGH.I lodged a complaint on 9th april 2015 for wrong or failed transaction. Maximum time stipulated by RBI is 12 working day and that ended on 23rd april 2015. The wrongfully debited account was corrected by reverse entry 15 july 2015.The delay from your side was 83 days approximately .
        Now as per RBI guidlines, i should be compensated with ₹ 100 per day after maximum period of refunding i.e 12 days . My complain id is 10794397 . My account number is [protected]. My account branch is jhusi .i had contacted to bank for this issue but they are saying that i had complained online so contact online but when i am talking to online service they told me to contact the home branch bank . There is no response from anyside.
        Sir i hope you will respond quickly.

            Dear Sir, Myself Bogadhi Sandeep, having a savings account (a/c no:[protected] with Union Bank of India, Akkayapalem Branch, Visakhapatnam have attempted to withdraw Rs.4000/- from Indian Overseas Bank ATM in Cannought place in Delhi. I have recieved a message on my mobile that Rs.2000 has been debited, but in reality no money came out of the machine nor did i recieve the balance slip from the machine. The screen just read that the ATM is temporarily out of service. There was no security guard whom I could talk to nor there were any helpline numbers i could contact. I tried calling the union bank of India customer care, but none of my calls were answered. I tried the option of talking to the customer care executive. It is very sad that these numbers of no use to the customers as no calls are ever taken. I have no proof as I have no slip and I really want a solution to this problem. I have read a lot of similar cases over the web and most of them have lost hope and their money fighting this same problem. I wonder where this money goes.               TO WHOM SOEVER IT MAY CONCERN Sir, I K Balram employee of BSNL an Organization duly submit following few lines for your necessary action. I applied for a loan amount of Rs10L a month ago and duly completed all the formalities submitted in the Lakdikapool, Hyderabad branch to Mr Ganesh and asked him to submit on my request. So asked him to submit/process my application on 08 July, 2015. On waiting for two days I enquired about my loan amount disbursement for which he asked me to go personally to the Afeespet branch, for which I questioned what the necessity was once I completed all my formalities in Lakdikapool branch. So he assured me the amount would be deposited into my account by Saturday i.e. 11/07/201. But again I personally went to the Lakdikapool brach on 13/07/2015 for which he said the amount would be deposited into my account by evening because the branch manager is away on campaign. Having not received the amount till morning of 14/07/2015 I again went to the branch and personally talked to the dealing clerk of Afeespet branch whose cell number is [protected] to ascertain whether Mr. Ganesh was genuine in his statements. Now Afeespet branch dealing clerk has assured me that amount would be deposited into my account by 1200hrs, 1600hrs and last 1830hrs because the branch manager happen to just returned back from campaign. Finally now the amount has not been disbursed so far. On complaint and reminder to Mr Ganesh he happen to put the matter into the knowledge of CGM and he would tell to the Branch Manager. As a person of a financial Institute how careless your personnel are in disbursing such a huge loan amount, which cannot be arranged in a short notice to be met urgent requirements. After all I am taking such huge loan to meet some urgent needs only, but not to keep just like that in my Savings account. Who should be held responsible for this lapse? What is the fun of having so much hierarchy in your organization? What is the purpose of my taking all the care in submitting all the documents in time and making so many trips to your branch? It is requested necessary steps be taken to immediately disburse the loan. Thanking You, Sir.                     dear sir, my name is manoj kumar mahto and my sbi acct no-[protected].today(11/07/2015) at time-12:52pm I used union bank atm ATM ID-WRAN[protected] & RECORD NO-4876 in bokaro sector-4 to withdraw rs-500 and when I go to the shop to purchase something then it is found the note is fake.                           Sir l have a salary account in union bank of India Malda branch, West bengal. I was tried to transect Rs 10000 .00 from my account by Malda district central cooperative bank's ATM. I have logged a written complain to union bank .My ATM card no [protected] date of transection 02/07/2015 at04:18 p. But till dated bank dose not replace the money. I am facing lots of problems.                             Union Bank of India Due to ATM Card Block issue i have sent mails but you guys are not responding any mail's or call's, Here situation is :Without my permission ATM card was blocked and they are telling like go and get the new ATM card(This is funny right) -this is very fraud kind of story’s they are telling. if this process is going on like this ..no one will ready to take or open accounts in Union Bank of India AND thy are detected some amount from my account i don't know why, if you(Union Bank of India) guys are detecting money without any reason, how can i manage my money into my account and for the next time how can i credit the amount into my account, for the next time who will believe, here have added serv no.11542899, & date:9/6/15 AND customer care services are also not good, they are not providing proper information, each day they’re telling some strange kind of story's-this is very bad, how the customer will believe the next time

I have logged into the website " https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/ " through Mozilla Firefox browser. After paying the fees of Rs. 3000/- from online SBI, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of Rs.3000/- is deducted from my SBI account and credited to INB Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangat BILL_KVSAN Payments (Ref:[protected] . But when I clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "Transaction initiated". Can you kindly look into the problem and let me know what to do next?
