This is a complaint regarding an employee o[censored]nion Bank of India, Brahmaputra Complex, Sector-29, NOIDA, U.P. named R. Sharma. Today, 29 May 2015, I along with my mother and sister visited the specified branch of the bank at around 3 p.m. to request for opening a new account in the bank. I requested for Mr. R. Sharma's help to assist us for opening the account. But he was downright rude and was not cooperating at all. Even while we were trying to clear our queries, he was just not interested in doing so and was answering our questions in a very clipped and rude manner. This is clearly not a way to talk to a consumer. Employees are there to help us consumers in verifying our queries and doubts. He was talking in such a rude way but still we were trying to be polite with him. At one point, he even called my 15 year old sister "Mentally Retarded" just because she did not sign her name properly on the bank documents. A 15 year old child will obviously have some problems in signing her name for the first time in an entirely different area. We were witness to a similar case today only when some other consumer tried to get some information about his account by the same employee. He refused to help him. In my opinion this is just not the way to treat a customer and should be rectified as soon as possible.

    Dear sir /mam, I would like to inform you, that i am customer in union bank of India last 3 year I was 21/05/2015 at night (time 11.51pm) my mobile no sent to 2 messg. in transfer amount of 10, 000 &5000. next day check the ATM mini statement move to 50, 000 rupess for type (21/05/2015 move 10, 000, 10000, 5, 000 next transaction 22/05/2015 move to same transaction ). on day (22/05/2015) complain to branch sector Q aliganj, kindly next day to branch information remove to Delhi A.T.M withdrowl than A.T.M card my self protection, but branch no response to me about this matter.       Dear Sir, I, Arvind Gupta have one saving account no [protected] I created a fixed deposit No.[protected],[protected], in your bank on dated 23.11.2014, 31.10.2013 respectively for amount 100000.00, 310000.00. from my saving account which is registered with my Pan No. ADKPK0399P in my account since a long time but even though bank has deducted T.D.S @ 20%. without any pre intimation to me with this argument that i have not provided pan no on F.D.R separately which is not correct reason I have also made a verbal complain in bank but no response has been taken. so you are requested to please refund or adjust my T.D.S amount or issue a T.D.S certificate on my Pan no.

I created a fixed deposit No. 247616 in your bank on dated 06.12.2013 for an amount 1000000.00 ( Ten Lac. Only ) from my saving account which is registered with my Pan No. ANNPG8937C in my account since a long time but even though bank has deducted T.D.S @ 20%. without any pre intimation to me with this argument that i have not provided pan no on F.D.R separately which is not correct reason I have also made a verbal complain in bank but no response has been taken. so you are requested to please refund or adjust my T.D.S amount Rs. 18617.00 or issue a T.D.S certificate with my Pan No.

                Dear Sir/Madam I would like to imform you that I am customer o[censored]nion bank of India. To day 23th of May 2015, I was going for a transaction through Allahabad bank ATM Machine located here in six road, Budaun. I entered the amount of Rs 10, 000/- Machine releace the amt 10000/- and i recived the amt but second attemp when I entered the amount of Rs 10, 000/- but the machine release the amt but quickly suck the same amt ... The slip show balance debited My a/c 10000/- After 38 minutes I checked My Account balance but the amount was Rs 10000/- two time debited from my account.. I complaint on help line no [protected]. but the said officer reply the system is not working properly bia techinal problem.. I have submitted the complaint on the same day at both the Banks i.e. Allahabad Bank of India and Union Bank of India... Allahabad bank replied that I could not .help you at this matter.., You go to the Union Bank for your help So please Help me for this... I'll b thankful to you... January 2015 i'm online transaction for mobile through flipkart. in amount 9999 rs. but money are not received in flipkart this are mailing in written in one month and after complaint union bank of india but this toll free no.[protected] are not solved my problen in 3 month and i have not received my money 9999 rs. for bank carelessness and your customer service . and also complaint my branch with letter in detailed. please help me and to give as my money quickly. thanking you.                         Respected Sir, (i) I am a regular customer of your bank having salary/saving account No. [protected] at Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Cantt. (ii) I usually have 3 - 4 lakhs in my savings account. (iii) I had a visa card which expired on 30th Nov 2014. (iv) I went to UBI Ferozepur City for the replacement of card. Intially they refused to issue the card and said that it will be issued from the home branch i.e., Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Cantt. On arguing and telling them the rule (which they already know), they issued me RUPAY ATM CARD. I insisted that I should be given a VISA card as I had submitted the expired VISA card with me for replacement. They said that VISA cards are not issued now days. (v) They charged (Manually) Rupees 112.36 vide transaction number 323385 dated[protected] for issue of ATM card. (vi) As per rule - The fee is waived off for customers with average quarterly balance (AQB) greater than Rs. 5, 000. And I have more than 4 lakhs in the account all the time. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my deduction refunded and replace my RUPAY ATM card with new VISA ATM card. I am facing a lot of problems with this card.                           sir on dated 16.03.2015 Rs. 1000/- deducted from my account from Canara Bank. i had registered a complaint in customer care 16.03.2015 evening. but no response has yet been received to me. when again i contact to customer care today i.e.19.05.2015 they told me that you have to contact in bank of which account you have. my complaint no.is 10456450 dated 16.03.2015.                             I am K.Viswanath ramesh . past Three years i am using Union bank of India Account and my Account no is ([protected]) in Ganeshnagar branch Tuticorin. And Unfortunately i missed my ATM card Three weeks back.By the mail i Communicate to the Customer care to block my old ATM card .Instead of that i need new atm card .On the same day Mr.Gupta from Bangalore head office he called me and he asked the full details of my ATM card .and he swiped the amount of Rs (7, 700/-)Seven thousand seven hundred only/- from my account.after he asked my friend ATM card details to transfer my amount.Still now i proceed to him four different bank ATM card details and they are(Union bank of India, Tamilnadu mercantile bank, Indian overseas bank, icici bank) Still now i didn't received any amount from Mr.Gupta (Bangalore head office ) today morning i called Mr.gupta to transfer my amount.By the cell phone he communicate me, That he need another bank account to transfer my amount.This incident very disappointed me .Sir kindly take the necessary action Reg my ATM card .Sir i am requesting you to transfer my amount of Rs (7, 700/-) to my account.Do the needful.And Mr.Gupta contanct no is ([protected]) Regards K.Viswanath ramesh Con([protected])

                              Hi All, This is the worst scenario, i have experienced with Union Bank of India. I have requested for ATM PIN from UNION BANK. They took 10 working days to process the ATM PIN and I got my pin after 10 days. When i received the Paper along with pin details. I got surprised, when I opened the Paper but the PIN was not printed. I returned back to branch office and told the same issue. They have talked with the main branch told me that they will issue one more pin. I badley need money as i am getting married on 19th May. I have money but i can't take it out, because of carelessness of the BANK.they are not providing the solution. Kindly take this complaint on high priority and help me to get Pin details ASAP.                                 I am Sanjay Dattatray patil At.po. Chikhali, Tal. Shirala, dist. Sangali. I required education loan for my Daughter miss Swapnali sanjay Patil. I apply education loan from Union bank of india br. sagaon tal. shirala, dist sangali. date 19.07.2014. guidence mr. dange's this loan application required all doucument submitted in bank bud mr. dange niggled this proposal and said proaposal singtion next week, next month only promises. i need education loan most important hence today meet mr. dange he but said "your education file rejected "not any reason. this loan myself important this loan deepened my daughter education life. this manager rejected my education loan file purpose of finical reason. I request you mr. dange's higher stage inquiry for this loan proposal. ENCL : Submitted Document attached photo copy other document in my file.

                                    Sub : WITHRDRAWN FROM ATM WRONGLY DEBITED

                                    I am Deepak k.pandya and having a current account Number [protected], hold an account at union bank of India chennai sowcarpet branch on 26/06/2015 between 9-15 pm and 9-45 pm. I went to state bank of India ATM at Govindappa naicken street, Chennai – 600 079 to get Mini statement of my account which i hold in union bank of India but I could not get the mini statement. Later I received a message on my mobile that Rs.20, 000 /= (10, 000+10, 000) cash been withdrawn from your account. I have not used withdrawal option then how can the cash get debited from my account.
                                    When I approached Union bank of India ABM and wanted to give written complaint he has not taken complaint and he suggested me to approach SBI where I used ATM.
                                    When I approached SBI manager they told me to approach UBI. Nobody Is taking complaint regarding RS 20, 000/= debited (10000+10000) and I have issued cheque against this amount but my cheque will bounce due to wrongly debited amount I request you to help me in resolving this issue at the earliest and i want the amount to be refunded to my A/C as soon as possible
