I use union bank Of India digipurse wallet. I use for recharge Mobile and dish on 23 Jan 2016. My balance is reduce. But I can't find in my Mobile & dish or wallet. I sent mail more time. But not reply me. Please solve my problem.

    Sir, i am respected citizen of india n i am a pension holder and i want to complain of your branch manager of khagaul branch.one day when i went to your branch to open my account but your branch manager ignored me and pissed me off and always say i am busy in meeting and his misbehaviour is at 7th peak and you can enquire with any consumer.i am not physically well n he always say come tomorrow. how can i always travel a long distance from my house.please look onto the matter i shall be obliged to you.
    and please take a stringent action so no customer will be treated like this.

      Dear Sir,
      I have an account in Union Bank of India and I am using ATM debit card of that bank but that card is not useful for any online services. They can't any valid answer or can't give a such response of this kind of problem. I told their clerk a twice but he said that is not our fault, that problem is "Head Branch". They can't guide to solve this problem.

        I had applied for Union Bank IRCTC Physical Prepaid card last in December 2015, Though the call with UBI customer care service and lots of email to their authority, no one sending any status or taking any action.
        Though the amount paid for this card is 500, but this kind of service is not expected from bank. Moreover, I did not find any option to cancel the card. I am clueless now.

        Hope, this way I could get some option.

          Sir mera saving account union bank me 2012 se hai maine apki credit card helpline[protected] pe call ki to apke custmr care wale kehte hai ki apki 1 year latest ITR chahiye par agr main hmari city ki branch me jata hu to woh bolte hai 3 year ITR chahiye...dono side se mjhe confuse kiya ja rha...apke branch manager ache se bt v nae krte bs bol dete hai hmare yha iski authority nahi isse acha to main icici bank me account opn krvaea hota woh 4-5 mnth bd credit card apply kr dete or woh v 1year ITR mangte hai...sir mjhe apke bank me account opn krvae bht tym ho gea...

                Sir I have done withdrawn transcation for with drawn 500 rupees twice from sbi an[censored]bi atm on 1 feb 16 but the amount was not withdrawn but sinle credit was automaticcaly done but sbi atm transaction which was failed is not credit Rs 500. my acct no [protected] and my atm card no is [protected]. the amount of Rs 500 is not yet credited. plse do needful.

This is their strategy to increase revenue as they are charging interest on o/s loan. The person in charge is Disha Nagpal.

                            Hi, This is Anandkumar Tiwari having education Loan From Union Bank Of India Kandivali Branch(Mumbai). Union Loan A/C No. [protected]. I would like to say that "Department of Higher education, Ministry of human Resources development government of India " has come out with the subject scheme to provide interest subsidy on the education loans availed by students having lower than a specified parental income that is 4.5 Lacks. from academic year[protected]. my education loan was sanctioned in the year of 2010 and even after requesting this bank from last four year they are not giving me interest subsidy and charging compound interest on it. I have submitted all the proofs and chasing this bank from last 4 year but not getting interest subsidy . from last 4 year they are charging compound interest on me. which is totally unacceptable . I request you to withdraw all interest and reimburse my interest subsidy of education loan in to my account for last five year(course period (4 year) + 1 year memorandum period ) as per the rules of Government of India.

                              My a/c [protected] Ravi Daniel Thangaiah C the br fails to provide its ATM nearby causing trouble for customers. Even complaint to their higher officials resulted in vein. ATM neraby is situated more than 3 km.

                                I have applied for IRCT UBI physical prepaid card on October 13, 2015. I have received user id, password and pin for the card. But the physical card is not yet delivered. Hence I am unable to book the ticket with out the full card number. I send multiple emails to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com regarding my complaint but till now the issue is not yet resolved. I have recharged for 2000 rupees in the card. I want to cancel my card and refund the money if they can't provide physical card.

                                    Yesterday i downloaded ur app and loaded 500rs in it but i m nothing to use any o[censored]r app service whenever i try to do recharge or try to send money to any other digiapp user a pop up came that ur card is not valid plz contact bank for further details i m new user but now i m feeling regret on my decision why i load money in ur wallet...its totally waste for me plz check and provide a speedy resolution...
