Sir mera saving account union bank me 2012 se hai maine apki credit card helpline[protected] pe call ki to apke custmr care wale kehte hai ki apki 1 year latest ITR chahiye par agr main hmari city ki branch me jata hu to woh bolte hai 3 year ITR chahiye...dono side se mjhe confuse kiya ja rha...apke branch manager ache se bt v nae krte bs bol dete hai hmare yha iski authority nahi isse acha to main icici bank me account opn krvaea hota woh 4-5 mnth bd credit card apply kr dete or woh v 1year ITR mangte hai...sir mjhe apke bank me account opn krvae bht tym ho gea...

My self mandeep kaur wife of satinderpal singh i am account holder in union bank of india branch is at distt shopping center ranjit avenue amritsar, punjab pin 143001 manger vijay kumar use at rude language and abusive language with me and clients and i have done many compalaint to to union bank but no action has been taken by department as manger is spoling bank reputation when i tell to manger dont use abusive language he say i am very powerful person nobody can do anything to me plz take strict action against manger vijay kumar

Sir I have done withdrawn transcation for with drawn 500 rupees twice from sbi an[censored]bi atm on 1 feb 16 but the amount was not withdrawn but sinle credit was automaticcaly done but sbi atm transaction which was failed is not credit Rs 500. my acct no [protected] and my atm card no is [protected]. the amount of Rs 500 is not yet credited. plse do needful.

i dr mahesh bhandekar chandrapur, i shift my housing account in other bank due to br .mgr rude bahavior, i suggest, i leave u r bank but guide u r mgr, how to behave with ur customer.other wise no any reason to shift my regular account,
his feeling is that, , we r boss of bank .

I have been repeatedly writing mails and calling for the last 5 months to get a/c statement & final EMI amount to start repaying but the bank is ignoring me. This is their strategy to increase revenue as they are charging interest on o/s loan. The person in charge is Disha Nagpal.

Hi, This is Anandkumar Tiwari having education Loan From Union Bank Of India Kandivali Branch(Mumbai). Union Loan A/C No. [protected]. I would like to say that "Department of Higher education, Ministry of human Resources development government of India " has come out with the subject scheme to provide interest subsidy on the education loans availed by students having lower than a specified parental income that is 4.5 Lacks. from academic year[protected]. my education loan was sanctioned in the year of 2010 and even after requesting this bank from last four year they are not giving me interest subsidy and charging compound interest on it. I have submitted all the proofs and chasing this bank from last 4 year but not getting interest subsidy . from last 4 year they are charging compound interest on me. which is totally unacceptable . I request you to withdraw all interest and reimburse my interest subsidy of education loan in to my account for last five year(course period (4 year) + 1 year memorandum period ) as per the rules of Government of India.

My a/c [protected] Ravi Daniel Thangaiah C the br fails to provide its ATM nearby causing trouble for customers. Even complaint to their higher officials resulted in vein. ATM neraby is situated more than 3 km.

I have applied for IRCT UBI physical prepaid card on October 13, 2015. I have received user id, password and pin for the card. But the physical card is not yet delivered. Hence I am unable to book the ticket with out the full card number. I send multiple emails to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com regarding my complaint but till now the issue is not yet resolved. I have recharged for 2000 rupees in the card. I want to cancel my card and refund the money if they can't provide physical card.

I am having the credit card o[censored]BI since last 7 years. The card was to renewed in this month. Hence the present card is blocked. I had shifted from Nagpur to Mumbai and as the address was not updated, my renewed card was sent back. As per the advice from the Credit card dept., I had submitted my address proof etc. through the UBI branch where I am having my savings a/c. But it is now more than 10 days, the credit card dept. has not yet updated my new address. As I am having the only one credit card, I am facing problems in my regular finance transactions. The Executive from Credit card Dept. is asking me to go the the UBI branch once again and enquire when the address proof was sent etc. It is not possible to go the bank as my office time does not allow me to go the bank. Please update my address and send the credit card at the earliest.
