          Hi, This is Anandkumar Tiwari having education Loan From Union Bank Of India Kandivali Branch(Mumbai). Union Loan A/C No. [protected]. I would like to say that "Department of Higher education, Ministry of human Resources development government of India " has come out with the subject scheme to provide interest subsidy on the education loans availed by students having lower than a specified parental income that is 4.5 Lacks. from academic year[protected]. my education loan was sanctioned in the year of 2010 and even after requesting this bank from last four year they are not giving me interest subsidy and charging compound interest on it. I have submitted all the proofs and chasing this bank from last 4 year but not getting interest subsidy . from last 4 year they are charging compound interest on me. which is totally unacceptable . I request you to withdraw all interest and reimburse my interest subsidy of education loan in to my account for last five year(course period (4 year) + 1 year memorandum period ) as per the rules of Government of India.

              I have applied for IRCT UBI physical prepaid card on October 13, 2015. I have received user id, password and pin for the card. But the physical card is not yet delivered. Hence I am unable to book the ticket with out the full card number. I send multiple emails to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com regarding my complaint but till now the issue is not yet resolved. I have recharged for 2000 rupees in the card. I want to cancel my card and refund the money if they can't provide physical card.

                            I am having the credit card o[censored]BI since last 7 years. The card was to renewed in this month. Hence the present card is blocked. I had shifted from Nagpur to Mumbai and as the address was not updated, my renewed card was sent back. As per the advice from the Credit card dept., I had submitted my address proof etc. through the UBI branch where I am having my savings a/c. But it is now more than 10 days, the credit card dept. has not yet updated my new address. As I am having the only one credit card, I am facing problems in my regular finance transactions. The Executive from Credit card Dept. is asking me to go the the UBI branch once again and enquire when the address proof was sent etc. It is not possible to go the bank as my office time does not allow me to go the bank. Please update my address and send the credit card at the earliest.

                                I submitted request for 1000 Rs virtual RuPay card, transaction was successful, but on returning page of IRCTC it showed timeout error. My request number is :[protected] I tracked the status from https://acm.fssnet.co.in/ACM/portal/ci/getTracking.acm giving my mobile number. It says Card generation : Completed 26/11/2015 Pin mailing : Pending Password Mailing : Pending Card Issues : No I called to Union bank customer care to know when will i get card number, they took the complaint and asked to drop mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com. But nothing happened till now its been more than one month. Never trust government offices :(

                                      Do not use UBI Digipurse at all. 10 out of 1 transaction only gets successed. Not able to load money even. Made credit card payment. But the money did not get credited to credit card account. Instead, the money credited back to digipurse account itself after a week. I have tried this a couple of times. Paid mobile bill before 4 days. But not yet credited. I had to pay the bill once again. If we try to load money from another number and pay bills, it is horrible that it shows an error message "Denied by Risk". I presumed that using this app itself is Risk.

                                      The only transaction that properly works is NEFT to bank account.

                                      Seriously advised not to use this app.
