I have made a transaction on Monday, December 10, 2012, at union bank of India ATM of Rs: 3000, but i only got Rs.1500 for that transaction but the slip which came out showed the full amount and showed transaction success alert. This was done at UBI KHARI BAOLI BR/KHARIBAOLI ATM on[protected]/11:16:37. Sir I have made a call at the customer care center of my bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, about this and they had given me a request number 1-[protected] for that. Please check there CTV footage for that cash withdrawn on that date of my transaction, because all of the ATMs have that facility and that will give you the clear picture of that transaction for all the matter.

    sir,
    I'm raveendran from kerala .I tried to withdraw Rs8000 from devolopment credit bank ATM from bombay using Union bank debit atm card,but couldn't recieve the money .when I checked the balance after,it was shown that Rs 8000 has been withdrawn .when I enquiered in the union bank, the bank officials told me that the money could not be refunded .the transaction ID was [protected][protected]D-8000.kindly do the necessary action to refund my money .

        I WENT TO UNION BANK WHEN THIS HAPPENED THERE THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO TO AXIS BANK
        BUT THE BANK WAS CLOSED,SO I WENT TO AXIS BANK BRANCH AT NEXT DAY,THEN COMPLAINT LOGGED BY THEM AND TOLD
        ME THAT U WILL GET UR MONEY IN BETWEEN 7 TO 10 DAYS..BUT NOTHING WAS HAPPENED IN THESE DAYS, SO I AGAIN
        CONTACT TO THE BRANCH ABOUT THIS MATTER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME ABOUT 15 TO 20 DAYS,
        I WAS LOOKING FOR RESULT ACCORDING TO THE AXIS BANK, BUT I CAN'T RECIEVE MY MONEY YET,
        NOW IT'S 2ND MONTH GOING ON AND THEY TOLD THAT UNION BANK REJECTED MY COMPLIANT 2 TIMES.
        NOW I M VERY DEPRESSED N FINALLY DECIDED TO GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM.

        I HAVE ATTACHED ONE COPY GIVEN BY AXIS BANK REGARDING THE REJECTION AND
        ANOTHER ONE IS MY TRANSACTION RECIEPT

        My Account in Union Bank Branch-Palika bhavan Delhi
        Account No [protected].
        I Visit in Ambala, i have swapped my card from SBI Bank atm and then from HDFc (Ambala Cantt Sadar Bazaar Branch) It was the matter of 31st March2010.
        Total Balance before Swapping the card is 6300/-
        Balance deduct from my Account -4000 Rs

        I Visit in Ambala Branch but No Response From
        Sir what can I do??

        Union Bank — Bank Mistake

        Sir,
        I had paid fees of Rs.300/- for the Union Bank Recruitment Project - 2010 Clerk, but your C.G. Road, Ahmedabad Branch personnel had not mentioned Branch SOL Id and Transaction ID on the challan.
        Due to this mistake I am unable to file my online application on 16/12/10. I am enclosing scanned copy oy challan receipt.

        Please take needful action and guide me to ensure my candidature in the upcoming Recruitment Project. I am very desparate to appear in exams.

        Please communicate me at the earliest.

            From my account on date 11 October 2012 in the morning between 5 am - 5.30 am, from my account INR 8050 (in four steps 2300*3 times and 1150 one time) were debited through debit card swipe (as it is showing in the transaction history). But my ATM card was along with me in the morning and no card swipe or online transaction was done by me for any transaction.

            I contacted to bank but they are saying that i have made the payment to Vodafon billdesk. But i do not have any vodafon connection (prepaid or postpaid). Please let me know what i should do? how can i get my money back as bank is saying that it is not their mistake.

From last ten year i am holding this account in Union bank of India . my account no is [protected]. right now my account in Dormant mode & my account balance is 29637only.so for activation purpose i visited union bank of India gorakhpur on 25/10/2012 & i asked how can i active my account so the bank person told come with one application with your id and adders proof for kyc i told OK so next day i visited to branch with one application and my driving licence as a my id and adders proof for kyc purpose but that time the bank person told as per RBI guidelines we can not accept driving incense as a id and adders proof so i have asked what documents u will take that time he told only passport and ration card as a address proof and for id only pan card... after that i have asked how can i close my saving account in dormant mode so they told no . so i told i need some money in urgent basics and i told also i m also working in bank and as my knowledge driving licence is valid id and adders proof so they told no so that time i told OK please give me as a written with bank stamp so the told we will not give and what ever you want you can do apart from that they miss behaved with me also they tried to beaten me...
              so i am requesting please provide me some solution how can i active my account do some need full action for this.

                  Mithunkumar E with the account number: [protected] ( Education loan ) left the rupees to pay as of october 2012 is 2,12,221 Rs only with the period of 5 years ( as i have taken loan and completed my studies in 2009 from there i have 7 years time to re-pay ) and my Bother Mr.Raju Suman E with the account number : [protected]( education loan ) left the rupees to pay as of october 2012 is 2,70,865 Rs only with the period of 5 years ( as he has taken loan and completed studies in 2009 from there we have 7 years time to re-pay )

                  we are paying on bothe accounts with the EMI of Rupees 6000 on evry month ( total 12,000 Rs on both the accounts ) , even though Manager is sending us the notification as well as we kep 70 lakhs property for assurance, all banks are giving the time of 10 years for education loan even though we are ok with 7 years period but as of now we have not completed just 3 years also but Manager is very rude and troubling a lot, its my sincere request to take a proper action and for your information i have filled the loan re-adjustment form for both the accounts in order to adjust the balance of payments everymonth and for the regular account and to maintain as the good account ( to avoid as bad account ) .

                  if still he is continuing the same attitude we have no option and we write an appication to Higher officials saying that we are unable to bare this attitude and wityh this pressure we have to commit suicide as we have no option , we are ok to pay the EMI's Declared by Bank and some how we are paying in evrymonth.

                  please take a proper action and let me know in any further details.

                    This is reference to my Loan Account No[protected].
                    I had availed an Education loan from Union Bank for my higher studies in one of the premium institute of India and a loan of Rs. 6,00,000 was released from bank at a fixed interest rate of 10.5%. The moratorium period for the loan was course period + 6 months after commencement of job. Since my course started in Jan 2011 the bank should have used the simple interest of 10.5% on loan amount of Rs. 6,00,000 till I started repayment of loan. But unfortunately in Nov-2011 the bank started using a different interest rate and as a result, a total of Rs. 4,599.52 was wrongly charged as interest during this period.
                    As a result of this error, the loan amount outstanding at the end of March 2012 was Rs. 6,94,545 which should have been Rs. 6,89,945. I started the repayment of the loan from April 2012 and the bank has used the correct rate of interest (compounding at 10.5%) but it was applied on the wrong outstanding loan amount of Rs. 6,94,545 as mentioned above.
                    The bank has been informed but no one is ready to reply or correct the error. The bank staff works with zero efficiency and does not care to provide right information to its customers. Worst bank to deal with, I must say!!

                        I have issued a cheque o[censored]nion Bank Of India to Kotak mahindra securities on 24.06 09.The cheque was deposited on 25.06.09 in DHUPGURI branch in Jalpaiguri.It is not yet cleared.May I know the time you take to clear ...Such a performance is not at all expected from a bank like SBI...even a snail will beat you in the run

                          I am Avinash Singh, i have a savings bank a/c in union bank of india, i was not using it since past 3 years recently when i deposited some amount into it, bank cashier told that a/c has been deactivated i.e. its in suspended state, when enquired the bank officials asked me to submit address proof id proof along with a fine?                             Dear Sir,

                            I hold the above savings bank account with Union Bank of India; SSI Branch, Odhav - Kathwada Road, Odhav, Ahmedabad.

                            I was shocked on seeing that Rs.620 were being withdrawn from my account nine times and Rs. 255 was being withdrawn once. In total Rs. 5,835/- rupees were being withdrawn from my above account in absence of my information. The timings of withdrawals were as under

                            1) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.01 A.M.
                            2) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.02 A.M.
                            3) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.05 A.M.
                            4) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.07 A.M.
                            5) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.09 A.M.
                            6) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.11 A.M.
                            7) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.17 A.M.
                            8) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.20 A.M.
                            9) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.21 A.M.
                            10) Rs.255 on 03.06.2012 at 03.29 A.M.

                            And, all the balance standing credit to my savings account was being withdrawn. When my ATM Card was with me only and I have not made any transaction at all.

                              Sir,

                              I got accepted into Prague Film School for Sep 2012-May 2013 year program in Film making. For that I required 15 lakhs for submission of fee and accommodation. I went to the Union Bank of India branch in Kaithal to apply for education loan. We already have an home loan in the same bank. But the manager refused to even take my application. Only after so many requests and begging, he finally accepted to register my loan application. My first installment was due on 6th April, 2012. But he didn't hear me before 15th April. The manager was very rude and reluctant to forward my application to the regional office, Karnal and unhone mujhe aur mere father ko na jaane kitne chakkar lagwa diye bank ke. It caused so much mental and physical stress to me because I was getting late with the fee submission. Finally he forwarded my application to regional office, karnal on 2nd of March. Then again I had to wait for another 15 days where it got rejected again. The reason they gave was that the this type of courses are not reliable.
                              Sir, my father is a govt employee in CPWD and we even had given a collateral worth 60 lakhs. Still they were not convinced and I could not get admission in the school. This was a great opportunity I had got, sir and this would have proved to be a major turning point in my career. But this bureaucracy ruined everything for me and my career. Even my father went through lot of stress as there was noway he could arrange such amount of money in such less time. This whole incidence was very heart breaking and discouraging to me, sir.

                              Sir I am Himanshu Gupta from LAKHIMPUR KHERI(UP) and my contact no.is
                              [protected]. I had applied for the National institute of fashion
                              technology(NIFT) which is one of the biggest institute of fashion in India
                              and I qualified the entrance test of NIFT for B.F.Tech programmer by
                              getting merit rank of 62 overall india but my financial condition is not
                              so good and I can't complete this course without the help of education
                              loan and that's why I decided to go to the union bank of India Lakhimpur
                              kheri branch o[censored]BI, near SARNA HOTEL, MELA ROAD for help in this matter
                              because NIFT is having tie up with union bank branch in case of education
                              loan and when I started to discuss about my course and Nift for education
                              loan to branch manager S.K.RAI and he just started to saying me that it is
                              a very third class course and there is no job guarantee after completion
                              of course and started misbehaving with me that you are very poor and this
                              course is not for poor and middle class students and he was not
                              co-operating with me after having tie up with Nift and also NIFT is in the
                              list o[censored]BI's website for education loan, so please help me because it is
                              about my future.

                                  Today i have gone to withdraw amount of Rs. 6000 on 08/05/2012 at 19:34 having ATM ID NBAN[protected] from union bank of india ATM (thindlu Main road) branch. But what happens when i withdraw the amount before that my transaction has got cancelled and amount was got deducted from my a/c.I got following details in slip of that transaction:

                                        I, Mr. Shailesh Kumar Vishwakarma, have an account with Union bank of India last 4 Years. My A/C no. is [protected], I have update my mailing address last four month and also cell number & email address on 6th march 2012 in Union Bank (Oshiwara branch). But when i contact to customer care they say your a/c details are not updated and branch officer says they had updated my profile. Customer care guy say you contact to your branch and branch guy says to contact customer care as they had updated my profile. I don't understand where is the problem they are ignoring to solve my problem as both are saying problem is not here. I also make both (Branch guy & customer care guy) of them to talk but couldn't get the solution and my problem is unsolved & Customer care guy is saying to file the complaint, Whom should I file the complaint every one is saying problem is not here. I am running here and there but my problem is unsolve? What should I do? Please help me sir.
