This is reference to my Loan Account No[protected].
I had availed an Education loan from Union Bank for my higher studies in one of the premium institute of India and a loan of Rs. 6,00,000 was released from bank at a fixed interest rate of 10.5%. The moratorium period for the loan was course period + 6 months after commencement of job. Since my course started in Jan 2011 the bank should have used the simple interest of 10.5% on loan amount of Rs. 6,00,000 till I started repayment of loan. But unfortunately in Nov-2011 the bank started using a different interest rate and as a result, a total of Rs. 4,599.52 was wrongly charged as interest during this period.
As a result of this error, the loan amount outstanding at the end of March 2012 was Rs. 6,94,545 which should have been Rs. 6,89,945. I started the repayment of the loan from April 2012 and the bank has used the correct rate of interest (compounding at 10.5%) but it was applied on the wrong outstanding loan amount of Rs. 6,94,545 as mentioned above.
The bank has been informed but no one is ready to reply or correct the error. The bank staff works with zero efficiency and does not care to provide right information to its customers. Worst bank to deal with, I must say!!

    I had 600 shares o[censored]nion Bank of India since last more than 5 fives but as a matter of fact for last two years i am not receiving the dividends for those share.How can i get the dividends for those shares for the last two years Recently i had opened my Dmat account with Bonanza Portfolio ltd. and got those 600 shares dematerialised in my dmat account itself. i had checked the dp details and the ledgers properly but there too i had not received my dividend.Kindly guide me what to do for the same.     Union Bank Dividend — Not getting dividend

      Union bank cheque — clearance of cheque

      I have issued a cheque o[censored]nion Bank Of India to Kotak mahindra securities on 24.06 09.The cheque was deposited on 25.06.09 in DHUPGURI branch in Jalpaiguri.It is not yet cleared.May I know the time you take to clear ...Such a performance is not at all expected from a bank like SBI...even a snail will beat you in the run

        I am Avinash Singh, i have a savings bank a/c in union bank of india, i was not using it since past 3 years recently when i deposited some amount into it, bank cashier told that a/c has been deactivated i.e. its in suspended state, when enquired the bank officials asked me to submit address proof id proof along with a fine? Are they authorised to levy activation fee? Guide me with the terns & conditions in a/c deactivation of savings bank a/c in Union Bank of India!

          Dear Sir,

          I hold the above savings bank account with Union Bank of India; SSI Branch, Odhav - Kathwada Road, Odhav, Ahmedabad.

          I was shocked on seeing that Rs.620 were being withdrawn from my account nine times and Rs. 255 was being withdrawn once. In total Rs. 5,835/- rupees were being withdrawn from my above account in absence of my information. The timings of withdrawals were as under

          1) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.01 A.M.
          2) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.02 A.M.
          3) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.05 A.M.
          4) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.07 A.M.
          5) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.09 A.M.
          6) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.11 A.M.
          7) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.17 A.M.
          8) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.20 A.M.
          9) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.21 A.M.
          10) Rs.255 on 03.06.2012 at 03.29 A.M.

          And, all the balance standing credit to my savings account was being withdrawn. When my ATM Card was with me only and I have not made any transaction at all.

          I am shocked with surprise. Hence, request your good self to kindly look into the matter.

            Sir,

            I got accepted into Prague Film School for Sep 2012-May 2013 year program in Film making. For that I required 15 lakhs for submission of fee and accommodation. I went to the Union Bank of India branch in Kaithal to apply for education loan. We already have an home loan in the same bank. But the manager refused to even take my application. Only after so many requests and begging, he finally accepted to register my loan application. My first installment was due on 6th April, 2012. But he didn't hear me before 15th April. The manager was very rude and reluctant to forward my application to the regional office, Karnal and unhone mujhe aur mere father ko na jaane kitne chakkar lagwa diye bank ke. It caused so much mental and physical stress to me because I was getting late with the fee submission. Finally he forwarded my application to regional office, karnal on 2nd of March. Then again I had to wait for another 15 days where it got rejected again. The reason they gave was that the this type of courses are not reliable.
            Sir, my father is a govt employee in CPWD and we even had given a collateral worth 60 lakhs. Still they were not convinced and I could not get admission in the school. This was a great opportunity I had got, sir and this would have proved to be a major turning point in my career. But this bureaucracy ruined everything for me and my career. Even my father went through lot of stress as there was noway he could arrange such amount of money in such less time. This whole incidence was very heart breaking and discouraging to me, sir.

            Sir I am Himanshu Gupta from LAKHIMPUR KHERI(UP) and my contact no.is
            [protected]. I had applied for the National institute of fashion
            technology(NIFT) which is one of the biggest institute of fashion in India
            and I qualified the entrance test of NIFT for B.F.Tech programmer by
            getting merit rank of 62 overall india but my financial condition is not
            so good and I can't complete this course without the help of education
            loan and that's why I decided to go to the union bank of India Lakhimpur
            kheri branch o[censored]BI, near SARNA HOTEL, MELA ROAD for help in this matter
            because NIFT is having tie up with union bank branch in case of education
            loan and when I started to discuss about my course and Nift for education
            loan to branch manager S.K.RAI and he just started to saying me that it is
            a very third class course and there is no job guarantee after completion
            of course and started misbehaving with me that you are very poor and this
            course is not for poor and middle class students and he was not
            co-operating with me after having tie up with Nift and also NIFT is in the
            list o[censored]BI's website for education loan, so please help me because it is
            about my future.

But what happens when i withdraw the amount before that my transaction has got cancelled and amount was got deducted from my a/c.I got following details in slip of that transaction:

                      Hello Sir,

                      I, Mr. Shailesh Kumar Vishwakarma, have an account with Union bank of India last 4 Years. My A/C no. is [protected], I have update my mailing address last four month and also cell number & email address on 6th march 2012 in Union Bank (Oshiwara branch). But when i contact to customer care they say your a/c details are not updated and branch officer says they had updated my profile. Customer care guy say you contact to your branch and branch guy says to contact customer care as they had updated my profile. I don't understand where is the problem they are ignoring to solve my problem as both are saying problem is not here. I also make both (Branch guy & customer care guy) of them to talk but couldn't get the solution and my problem is unsolved & Customer care guy is saying to file the complaint, Whom should I file the complaint every one is saying problem is not here. I am running here and there but my problem is unsolve? What should I do? Please help me sir.

                        This complaint is regarding the fraud that has been done by union bank of India in their recruitment 2011 for 2473 PO posts. Firstly in their advertisement the have not declared any marks details and asked for the fee payment, but now they have declared the list for eligible candidates who are fit for the interview. They charged INR 200 per person without any clarification that who is eligible for the interview call and now they have a marks list under IBPS that the person who have more marks than 166 can give the interview now below that. I have submit the fees according to the advertisement which states that any person who fulfills the advertisement criteria can fill the form now the new advertisement states that the person who has marks more than 166 are eligible. This is highly irresponsible and fraudious thing done by the bank. I still have the advertisement which does not have any marks criteria attach to it. I request Consumer protection court to please check on it and please take some action on it because this is not right with the people who has takes the mental and physical pain while submitting the fees.
                        I do agree with the above complaint as even I have also paid the fees amounting to Rs 200, seeing the advertisement and even though I have fairly good marks of 158 I have not been shortlisted for the interview. Unlike other banks Union bank of India didn't notify any such cutoff in their advertisement dated 27th Dec2011. This is an act of cheating the public and making money. So request the Indian consumer complaint forum to help us get back our paid amount and do the justice.

                        Is it good to take money from unemployee youth without calling them for the interview?
                        We are very much frustating with this type of schemes playing by some banks.
                        Is it the right way of earning money?
                        They sholud be funished by Indian Consumer Forum.

                            I have SB account in Union Bank Of India. I am using Indian Bank ATM for withdraw on 23/09/2009 here am requesting money is Rs.15000/- but i got only Rs.10000/- remaining Rs.5000/- not received. Indian Bank given receipt also only 10000/-. I complained about this many times but they will not response for this till now that is 2 years. Please give the solution for this.

                              I am having saving account in Union bank of India,

                              at Coimbatore, Thudiyalur branch

                              I very much shocking of Bank service, in the ATM with drawl, so many disputes

                              in my accounts as well as improper feed back, already complaints registered to

                              concern branches but there is no any response,

                              My complaint is: Without my knowledge debited amount in my account Three times

                              like Rs.4020, 4000, 4020 from my saving account, incident date: 13/09/11

                              and 4/10/11 and 15/10/11 and don't know how it was debited and whom has

                              taken, also which ATM centre and location of ATM any amount debited in my

                              savings account, now I have returned my ATM card concern branch, there is no

                              any response and they have not reversed money in my account

                                The bank manager, has given the full loan amount to the builder , RajKumar, illam foundations , without our knowledge.

                                We took housing loan in the Mellapalyam branch during last August that is 2010.The loan amount was 8, 00000-EightLakhs. This total amount has been disbursed to the builder by the branch manager in the month of March 2011 itself. How did he give this as the work is still pending?


                                If I ask about this there is no response from the manager since one month. Moreover he is in support of the builder and asking me to give more amounts to the builder. It’s being a mental torture for us.

                                  After that I compunction with the bank 29.06.2011 with response of the amount should be credited in my account within 10 days, but there are the above cheque not credited in my account till the date.

                                  I was deposited a cheaque date 06/02/2015. in my S.B. account no [protected] the branch o[censored]nion Bank of india cantt varanasi U.P. of Rs 10, 093/- cheq no. 092983 issued from phenomenal health care doner bank state bank of India.

                                  After that I compunction with the bank 11/02/2015 . but there are the above cheque not credited in my account till the date.

                                    I am a retired and resident of Dalsing Sarai. I applied for the 2nd installment of RS. 50,000 of KCC loan from your Bank, Branch : Dalsingh Sarai; however Mr. Niraj Kumar (Field Officer) is demanding RS 5,00 to release the fund. This the story with everyone to avail the KCC facility. May I request you to check with the Bank and the Field officer on the same and help me to get the fund which can be utilized.

                                    KCC CARD LOAN RE-ISSUE

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am kisan of karmahari mauja, zamania ghazipur, I had a KCC and taken a loan amount 80, 000 by me. I had paid total amount with interest. Now I am requesting again to credit my a/c from KCC but bank manager o[censored]NION BANK Zamania Railway Station didn't credited KCC loan amount due to residence of Bihar. At Same Adress Manager had credit loan in last years. There are absolutely monopoly of Manager and many kisan given bribe for credited KCC Loan.

                                      i having union bank of India account of chikmaglur branch karnataka.and my account no is [protected] .rupees 3000/- credited in my account 0n 11.10.2011.and i have made online recharge of rupee 50/- .when i was tried to withdraw money on 14.10.2011. but it was showing of rupee 35.40/- on axis bank atm jyothi nagar chikmagalur.
