Admission Certificate Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not received my admit card nor any acknowledgment from UPSC for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2009. I tried calling upsc office but I'm not able to get through. Please help me to get the Admission Certificate or Another chance to sit in the exam next year?

I have applied for the UPSC Prelims 2009 Exam which is going to be held on 17th May and to my surprise I have not recieved neither the acknowlegment nor the admit card. I tried to contact them on their support services number a month ago and I was informed that my form has been submitted successfully and I will recieve the admit card soon.
