I Naimath Banu had registered for Aadhaar Card on[protected]Time:11:24). My Enrollment Number is 1171/00197/02183. Till present date I have not received my Aadhaar card. Upon tracking the same online through Enrollment number, the website delivers message that "your enrollment details are currently being processed. We expect this to take a bit longer. please check on the site after few days". The message is same from the date I have enrolled. While inquiring across the Aadhaar centers especially at MCH ground Red Hills, the people there seems least bothered to answer my query.

NON ACCESSIBILITY OF REGISTRARS FOR AADHAR CARD

I am living with my family in Chennai and have been trying for the last 10 days to get an application for enrollment for the Aadhar Card from the authorized banks in my area and surrounding areas. Everybody says that they have closed the processing work and the application forms are exhausted. I am sincerely interested to get the cards for me and my family members. At present I am totally helpless and I do not know where to approach for the Card. I am sure that many people of Chennai would be facing the same situation.

With this complaint, I am requesting the authorities, to give more publicity about the Card and publish the list of enrollment agencies, area wise, It is really shameful for the UIDAI as their distribution work is not effective.

They have the facility of enrolling through online for selected areas of North India only. Why they have not extended the same facility to other parts of India. I would suggest that the company should start online enrollment immediately and give proper publicity in the dailies.
If the work goes at this speed, it would definitely take many years to complete the work. I hope the authorities would understand the problems of the public and do the needful immediately. Alternatively, they should arrange for house visits.

We are residents of Anandbagh, Malkajgiri,Hyderabad. We are applying for Aadhar Card at Anandbagh cross road, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. During Sep'11 we visited this centre for Aadhar Card. They wrote our application number and they told us to come for photos on 13.12.11. On we 11.12.11 we visited the Aadhar centre and asked the timings. They it will open at 9.30 Am and closes at 5.00 Pm. On that 13.12.11, we were there at counter at 8.30 Am to finish our Aadhar card formalities. But the staff came at 11 AM. Telling that current is not available. This is not an excuse, because they have to office on time 9.30 Am . Why they have not come on time? Why they are telling this stories. And also that office is full dust on computers and surroundings which is not cleaned properly. As a staff they have to maintain cleanliness and also they should at office on time. We left home and after one hour 12.30 Pm it was closed. I don't know what they are doing? Because kept leaves office. We wasted whole day. Here lot of old people are coming. They should come on time. why they have not come on time and closed early? We want explanation for this. Please do the needful for the loss of time .

Till today it is about 4 month but we have not received our aadhar card.
We are now trying to reach them on call center but calls get disconnected after 2.50 mins automatically
till date aadhar cards has not been received at my home address.

Dear sir, My self Biswajit jena, I have got enroled in UIDAI(AADHAAR) Family on 21st May 2011 at 15:59:25 under SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCES L enrolment Agency and my Enrolment No. is 1178/60043/00314. According to UIDAI guidelines within 90 days from the day of Enrolment, the AADHAAR Number will be delivered to your given postal adress. But after 90 days i did not received my AADHAAR number then i had call to your Aadhaar Help line and logged a complaint against this issue and your executive assured me that You will receive your AADHAAR Number with in 10 Days from the Day of registration of complain and my complain number is 1257580.But till now more than 30 days has been passed from the day of registration of complaint and i have not received my AADHAAR Number yet. AFTER WAITING FOR TWO HOURS FOR THEIR LUNCH AT 2.00 P.M I ENTERED INSIDE WITH MY FAMILY.

A WOMAN EMPLOYEE SITTING THEIR ASKED ME TO SHOW THE PAPERS IN AN INSULTING WAY .SHE WAS EXTREMELY IMPATIENT AND DISRESPECTFUL IN HER LANGUAGE.

SHE THREW MY PAPERS AND WAS NOT READY TO WAIT A MINUTE TILL I COULD SHOW MY PAPERS.

SHE TOLD ME TO SIT FIRST THEN ASKED ME STAND IN AN INSULTING WAY.

I HAD ALL THE DOCUMENTS BUT SHE WAS JUST TOO IMPATIENT AND ABUSIVE.

WHEN I ASKED HER HUMBLY TO RECTIFY HER LANGUAGE SHE THREATENED ME THAT SHE WILL NOT ENTER THE INFORMATION OF MY ENTIRE FAMILY.

SHE ASKED ME TO LEAVE WITHOUT ENTERING THE INFORMATION.

IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE COMPANY WHICH RECRUITS THESE EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR WILL BE REVEALED THROUGH THE MEDIA IF IT IS CONTINUED.

SUCH MISBEHAVING EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PLACES OF PUBLIC DEALING AND A RESPONSIBLE PERSON SHOULD BE APPOINTED.

I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ENQUIRE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR MY MENTAL TORTURE AND HUMILIATION.

I went post office at Koppa - 577126 chickamagalure dt. for receiving aadhar application form on 13th sept 2011 on 2.45pm. they are sitting idle and they are not give me the form, they told that the application form gives only 9am to 9.30am. is this correct? please send me information on email.

But stile they have not given aadhar card and when we asking aadhar card he tell ENROLMENT STATUS only. But when he will give the aadhar card not telling. . What to do....

Sir, yesterday we enrolled for aadhar card under unique identification authority of india. Wrongly they entered our co. and when we asked to modify. They said modification can not be done. But it is mentioned modification can be done with in 48 hours. But they are not ready modify. What to do.
