i have enrolled on 17/07/2013 under Enrolment NO.1349/50560/00505 date 17/07/2013 time 18 hrs. and the minits and seconds not visible in the enrolment receipt given at the time of enrolment. so, I request you to send the detailed time to my mobile NO.[protected] or e-mail to [protected]@rediffmail.com. and send the aadaar card at your earliest. My father has applied for the adhar card almost 1 year ago. He had not received the adhar card at that time so unfortunately he had applied second time also. now again they have not received adhar card . when I am trying to download it from adhar card website than it is showing an error "Multiple records found. Please refine your query and try again." I have already sent multiple mail to [protected]@uidai.gov.in but no response. I have also tried to contact to customer care[protected] and after no. of trail I got a luck to talk with him but he also doesn't have any knowledge. I have also sent the Grievance on the adhar portal but without reading the query it automatically generate useless data and it looks like that for all the Grievance computer it self generating answer. I have also registered the complain with the case ID [protected] but no response.

On 21/11/2014, I have taken leave from my office and went to the Hosur Taluk Office for giving the details for Aadhar card, when I entered there around 10.45 AM, I have been informed that there is no power availability and informed to come later for taking the photograph. Since my younger son of age One and a Half years found sleepery, we have left and decided to come back in the evening. My self and my wife have entered the Taluk Office around 3.30 PM and while entering the room itself the Guy who have taken the photo informed that no more photographing will be take place and you can left today and come tomorrow. But I was surprised that why I have been told like that while the timing for the day closure still remains more than 90 minutes (Time closure mentioned as 5.00 PM). While further enquiry I have been informed that due to urgent meeting at their place the day has been closed. But how can they plan their meeting during the service timings? Even I have requested to showcase some humanity as my wife alone cannot come on the otherday alone, but still the guy was not admitting that. The government is paying them for the service even then the Agency is denying the Right of the people. Later I could able to identify the name of the Agency as Satyanarayana Raju Company PVT Limited and the Name of the Person as Mr. Rajendran. Kindly look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will file a case against the Agency as denying the Fundamental Right.

Vide urn nO 0000/00142/5590 dt 22 March'14 up dated form was submited for corrections in names for aadhar no[protected] name PUnam sinha w/o Narendra Kumar sinha. still waiting for updated aiadhar. EaaDhar could nOt be down loaded in absence of correct time of registration no 1207/92655/00253 dt 8 sept 2011.Registration receipt is now more after getting aadhar card.There was no sUch instrucion to preserve that. Toll free no is not sUpportng at all.

AAdhar enrollment and process is the worst i have come across with so many technical errors in the system. got very few call centres lines with tough process of holding phone and pressing number 1 several times to wait till connected. Even after contacting representative will give some other number to contact and that number, nobody is going to lift. coming to my my first time aadhar enrolment in 2013 waited till 2014 and called call centre for enquiry, got reply to reapply again when i reapplied it got rejected stating because already applied once. looking funny isn't...that is aadhar

I had submitted forms for correction date of birth as early as in may 1913.after a lapse of eight months they discovered my enclosures are not self attested.Well the forms are resubmitted after the enclosures self attested on 21.4.2014 .till now they failed to take action to rectify the date of birth.
