Your request 0000/00533/46406 has been rejected due to : transliteration error in the request field. Twice i tried to change the address and shared the boi passbook and hdfc statement as proof but both the times same error. Wrote email to kcpl. [protected]@karvy.com but no response. Waiting time in post office and banks is 5+ months. Why send messages to public if you can’t manage online updates and can’t tell a customer what is wrong with document submitted. But my adhaar was inactive in NPCI.
Please update my adhaar linked bank account details in NPCI.
