Sir,
I had brought this unit trust of india rajlaxmi unit plan (Ii) [rup (Ii)] (Clause xi), membership no. [protected] dated 28/08/1995, in the name of my daughter beena date of maturity being 28/08/2014. Till date i have not received any status about this. I have heard that this scheme does not exist any more. So kindly advice what should i do.

We are holding units in uti-master equity plan unit scheme (Mepus)-divi. Plan payout scheme o[censored]nit trust of india since long but for quite a long period not received any communication so we have contacted uti office navsari branch and request them to help us in update our kyc alongwith our bank particulars but shockingly even though we have produced our account statement uti branch manager unnecessarily insisted for proof of investment. This is very embarrassing as we have invested our amount in uti for last 14-15 years, we also have statement of account and even then we are directed to present proof of investment? This unworthy demand by uti office navsari forcing us to either proceed for consumer court or exposing them through newspaper before pursuing any step we hereby informing you to take necessary action to keep decoram in uti branch towards investor.

I have submitted the document of 31.07.2017

As you have converted the share into account statement and reject the redumption request on the basis of required bank details.

I want to know how you have updated the details of sbi without valid documant and silient in the matter of correction in name and payemnt o[censored]nclaimed dividend. I have taked to your exe on toll free no, to sh qamruzz ama at 1.30 pm on 12.08.2017 who is not reply of my quires. I have talked 2 time to your exe who are not anserwed satifactoru. Your senior exe are not available form 10.00am to 5.00pm. They do nothing except to talk without relevent. Please acknowledge how you have corrected the name without document and not corrected the name when bank account is updated and who is competent to reject the redumtion without valid reason. Please fix the responsibility of the person who have done this work without seeing the document. Please reply at the earliest or i will send the matter to sebi to cancel the registar ship of karvy. There are many complaint as per sebi against the karvy. I request you to kindly change the registrar. And make payment with pannel interest and mentel torture for inconvience.

I have purchased 100 units of rs 10 valued each amounting to rs 1000 from unit trust of india, vijayawada branch dated 30/07/1988. Later i tried to encash the certificate in the year 2003. The uti office was unresponsive and refused to entertain my claim. I am at loss to know whom to approach and how to get back the amount. Please provide me the address and place where i have to get this encashed. I am stationed at hyderbad and can approach any office o[censored]ti.

Munindra kumar barua of monalisa path, guwahati, assam invested a sum of rs.3000/- on 12/02/2016 in the name of his grand daughter puja sarma in rajlakshmi unit plan (Ii) rup (Ii) to buy 300 units @ rs.10 par unit and we have found the certificate very recently.
Puja sarma is the nick name of my daughter sukanya sarmah.
Munindra kumar barua is the grand father of her and he has expired in 2007.
Now the plan has matured how can she get the matured amount of money? We have not found any address for correspondence regarding the recovery of the invested money.
