I have purchased 100 units of rs 10 valued each amounting to rs 1000 from unit trust of india, vijayawada branch dated 30/07/1988. Later i tried to encash the certificate in the year 2003. The uti office was unresponsive and refused to entertain my claim. I am at loss to know whom to approach and how to get back the amount. Munindra kumar barua of monalisa path, guwahati, assam invested a sum of rs.3000/- on 12/02/2016 in the name of his grand daughter puja sarma in rajlakshmi unit plan (Ii) rup (Ii) to buy 300 units @ rs.10 par unit and we have found the certificate very recently.
Puja sarma is the nick name of my daughter sukanya sarmah.
Munindra kumar barua is the grand father of her and he has expired in 2007.
Now the plan has matured...

[protected] dated 16/03/1997, in the name of my daughter anusha kanungo date of maturity being 10/07/2017, till date i have not received any status about this.
