MOTHER DAIRY — NON RECPT. OF MONTHLY STATEMENT

I am using ur card from last 5-6 months and till date I have not recd. your monthly bill statement through e-mail as well as the statement which you are sending thru courier/post is also not recd. before 28/29th of every month. I also requested to your customer care department on phone[protected]so many times for sending my card statement thorugh mail/courier in time but they always give only assurances. Today I spoke to Ms. Surabhi who also says that I am not sure & can’tgive u assurance regarding card statement because there is some problem in our mail system when I asked her to pls put me to your seniour official she disconnected the telephone line . Sir, I am having my account in SBI more then 10 yrs. & now I am using this card because I believe in SBI but this time I am not satisfied with your SBI card services.



You are requested to kindly do the needful so that I can receive my card statements on time and also please improve your services so that people who believe in SBI from so many years does not get hurted

WE SHALL START LIQUIDATING ALL THESE INVESTMENTS SHORTLY AS UTI SERVICES ARE BECOMING BAD DAY BY DAY & THEY HAVE NO TIME TO LOOK INTO CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM NOR THEY ARE MAINTAINING PROPER RECORDS. MY SIMPLE QUESTEN IS WHILE GIVING BACK OUR MONEY U R ASKING US LOTS OF FORMALITIES. WHY ALL THESE FORMALITIES ARE BY PASSED WHEN WE COME FOR INVESTMENTS. I Have 66 bond 6.75% Tax free us64 Bonds of my wife name neeta bohra, Invester id No.[protected], Bond certificate no. 20879157. This bond have been mature as on 1.6.08 but i am not able to get maturity amount becose i not foun any agent and UTI office in cuddlor dist in tamil nadu.

I had TOI subscription for 6 months and after 2.5 months, they have stopped delivering papers.

II submittedmy application on 28 Feb. 2006 signing as the first applicant and again as he second applicant viz. my daughter and submitted the Power f attorney.When I submitted my redemption form, signed by me and my daughter the redemption was rejeccted on the ground that the signatures do not tally. UTI refused my request to provide me with the signatures in their record. The reason for my seeking it was to know which signature was not on record with them. I am sure they did not record the signature of my daughter from he POA as there were instances in which the RTA did not even record the POA eg. with Reliance.The very fact that UTI do mnot wish to provide the signature is because they must have known it is their fault. The bank mandate as given in the original application is he same as specified in the Redemption form submitted in September 2014 The Redemption application for my wife and daughter signed by me as joint holder have all been cleared and this is what confirms my belief that RTA made a mistake and UTI are more than guilty by not exercising o[ oversight. I am 66 years old and am harassed for no fault of mine. Even franchise holders for eateries have to follow certain parameters and it is surprising hat UTI a so called Financial Institution is completely under he humb of heir RGI and do not even investigate a customer complaint, I will never go back to any investment in which RTI is involved and never with UTI - there must be some hidden factor that they are subservient to the RTI. May be others will know and ckear this mystery!

    I have registered a SIP of Rs 1000 with UTI Mutual Fund almost a year back. ECS hits my account on 7th of every month but last month (FEB) it was on 28th Feb, 2008 which was completely forgotten by me as i have other ECS/debits from my account also. Just because of such a small stupidity by UTI mutual fund my another important cheque got dishounered merely because of few hundred bucks.
