Dear sir, /madam, Reminder I Invested Rs. 45000.00 vide FD no. 1243221, Folio: 1232669 for two years which matured on 10/11/2014 & I also send the F D receipts to you well in time.But sorry to say that I only got my interest., but inspite of my several reminder till today I could not receive my principal . I am women and I am in very much need of the money. So kindly help me to get my money. Dear sir 1 It is to bring to your notice that Unitech is working in the most unprofessional manner. I had booked a flat in Aug 2009 unit no 0043 Block 'A'. It's been over six and half years but I haven't received the allotment letter yet. This is really frustrating and at times I feel the project may not see the light of the day. 2 There are various reasons for my disappointment, I am sorry to say but really I wonder how come a fraud builder Unitech is india's second larget builder, In fact I am sure it is the First most fraud & unfriendly builder .I really do not know to whom I shall approach for unjustice done to all customers by unitech. 3 I visited the site on 25 Dec 2015 wherein I noticed the poor material used to construct the balcony of my flat No 0043 of Block 'A'. The latest condition of the pillars found with a crack are att. These cracks will not sustain the load expected on a balcony and may lead to catastrophic loss of lives in future. My father a 72 year old man made a fixed deposit of Rs. 200000/- at Unitech group and the money had matured on 4th August 2015. Deposited a sum of Rs.1, 00, 000/- FD No. 1202238 dated 22.12.2012. Interest rate 12.5% payable quarterly. (Rs.3116/-) Interest for the last two quarters (Sept. & Dec. 2015) have not been received. I have taken unitech fixed deposit in oct 2012 and it got matured in oct 2015 but Unitech failed to repay the amount,

I am a senior citizen invested Rs 200000/- on FDR (no 1212681) with UNITECH Ltd out of my husband's hard earned income after his death in 2008. The said FDR got matured on 20/03/2014. The Certificate has been surrendered to Unitech but till date no maturity amount has been received at my end. I am 79 yrs old and encountering frequent health issues and I am distressed to carry on my all expenses. The necessary papers have been submitted to the Hardship Committee constituted for the purpose through Bajaj Capital (investment done through them) but till date no headway in getting the money has beenn mad. महोदय विषय- फिक्स डिपॉज़िट की परिपक्वता राशि न मिलने बावत मेरे द्वारा 1॰ यूनिटेक कंपनी गुड़गाँव मे कुछ राशि अपनी भविष्य की सुरक्षा करने एवं बच्चो की पढ़ाई एवं उज्ज्वल भविष्य के निर्माण हेतु फिक्स डिपॉज़िट के रूप मे जमा कराया गया, चूंकि मेरे एजेंट द्वारा इस हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने पर मैंने इसमे निवेशित किया, परंतु फिक्स डिपॉज़िट की राशि परिपक्व हो जाने के बाद भी यह कंपनियाँ रकम वापसी का कोई संतोषप्रद उत्तर एवं रकम को देने मे तत्पर नहीं लग रही 1-जिसमे यूनिटेक कंपनी ने तीसरी तिमाही से ब्याज भी देना बंद कर दिया है व परिपक्वता राशि कब अदा करेंगी कोई उत्तर नहीं दे रही है लेकिन उनकी तारीखों से मेरा जीवन नहीं चल सकता कहीं ऐसा न हो की मुझे इस जीवन को त्यागने पर विवश होना पड़े 1. मुझे अपने पुत्र की इंजीन्यरिंग कालेज की फीस भी अदा करनी होती है 2.पुत्री की भी कोचिंग व स्कूल की फीस अदा करने का संकट पैदा हो गया है 3॰ मुझे मेरी माताजी की भी इलाज़ कारण होता वोह मधुमेह रोगी व उच्च रक्तचाप की शिकार है व हृदय रोगी है मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति काफी खराब हो चुकी है अगर जल्द ही राशि नहीं मिली तो मजबूरन जीवन क त्याग करने को मजबूर होना पड़ेगा सरकार ऐसी कंपनियों को क्यूँ लोगों से पैसा लेने देती है जिनका वापसी पैसा देने मे संकट हो यह तो सरासर ज्यादती है अब आपसे ही उम्मीद है की आप मेरा रकम वापिस करने मे मदद करेंगे निवेदक हेमंत कुमार गुप्ता श्री राम कम्प्युटर, लक्ष्मीपुर, बिलासपुर रोड अम्बिकापुर 497001 मोब [protected]

I booked my flat in Feb 2012 in Uniworld city, Cascades, Kolkata. I was promised that the possession would be handed over by Aug 2014 and same was mentioned in the Buyer's Agreement. I, too, believed in it as the tower's brick work and external plastering was already done at that time (and it was already a very delayed project). Like an ordinary citizen, I believed that everything would be easily completed in next 2.5 years and I would get...

I have booked flat in Jan, 2012 in The Residences, NOIDA project o[censored]nitech Ltd. with a commitment of possession in 46 months, but the construction in almost nit at the site till date. I dont want to continue with the project, plz refund my money with intt otherwise I will move to the court

My Unitech Fixed deposit matured on 4th December 2015 and I have already sent the deposit certificate duly signed through Bajaj Capital. So far, I havent received my amount. We signed contract with unitech on about 2006 to buy flat in harmony tower #4 and flat#602 in gurgaon. We paid full amount by bank wiring in 2006, from usa, and unitech promised to deliver the unit or flat in year 2009. We never ever heard anything from their side. Please help us or guide us what to do.

Sir I have invest the following amount to Unitech Pvt Ltd (Fixed Deposit) to improve my financial problems because my Son marriage fixed on Oct 2015 so that amount is required and the details of amount are as under:- (i) FDR 1231156 for Rs 150.00.Lac/- date of deposit 25.07.2013 due on 25.07.2016 by Smt Bimla Kothari - Wife 3 Yeas FD (ii) FDR 1241500 for Rs 5.00.Lac/- date of deposit 07.10.2013 due on 07.10.2016 by Smt Bimla Kothari -Wife. 3 Yeas FD (iii) FDR 1250679 for Rs 5.00.Lac/- date of deposit 31.03.2014 by Mr, Vikash Kotharii - Son (Yearly interest basis for 3 Yrs) I hav't receive the interest amount after 01 April 2015 from the forded Unitech company. After 6 Month has been passed, but no interest have been received so far hence I would like to withdraw my whole amount before maturing the value. I have also submitted whole documents (photo copy attached) to CLO office on dated 14.09.2015.I have contact with Sh. Prem Chand (Bench officer Company Law Board) CGO Complex Lodhi road on dated 23.09.2015 and he says that the next herring with Unitech coy on 6.01 2016, it means my money/interest have not receive till Jan 2016. An early action is requiring. Thanking you for your anticipation action please.

The above FD matured on 28/07/2014. So far I have not received the amount. I contacted the office but no reply. I need the money immediately for treatment of my husband. I do not know whom to contact for getting the money back. Can anybody help me? This is a distress call.

Hello, I would like to register a compliant on unitech for not repaying the fixed deposit even after the maturity date. We have invested an amount of Rs. 150, 000/- in Fixed Deposit Scheme o[censored]nitech Limited - Reference FDR no 1205469 dated 19.01.2013 which has matured on 30.01.2014. In spite of repeated reminders; legal notice and formal complaints to CLB, Unitech has NOT refunded Principal Amount & Accrued Interest till date.

Sir/Madam,

-UNITECH LTD.(CIN No- L74899DL1971PlC009720) has defaulted in interest payments on Fixed deposit(FD no-1212794, .A/C no=[protected] for two subsequent quarters[protected] to[protected] and[protected] to[protected].

I have been communicating complaining/ writing/mailing continuously by emails and Regd .post since 17/8/2015 to the company but without success.

The Company has not responded to any of these except once, when it falsely claimed through email, that it had despatched the interest warrant for the quarter[protected] to[protected] . No date of despatch, Document no, or no of the warrant was mentioned in the email.

Kindly do the needful and force the Company to service the interest and principal payments to its FD holders.
