Fd. No.1205453 acc. No.037285 for rs.100000/= (One lac only) dt. 10.02.2013 to 10.02.16 cumulative on the name kusum vrrma & raman kumar we have already sent fd for maturity duly signed but still i have not received the payment. Please look into the matter. And help to clear matter
We have also lodge complaint to clb new delhi and pm office and got receipt letter

It is most humbly prayed that i sandeep seksaria deposited a sum of rs. Three lakhs fifty thousand vide certificate no. 1230240 dt. 07.08.2013 for 3 years which will be due on 07.08.2016.
The unitech limited is not paying interest from april 2015 for the above fdr after several requests.
Sir ji i m totally depend on interest income so now a days my financial position is very bad.
I most humbly pray to honorable bench officer to make a direction to unitech ltd. South city :1 c block gurgaon to pay my interest amount.
I will be very appreciate to u and your board for the earlier payment.

Fdr no: 1014864 - principal amount - rs. 1, 00, 000/- maturity date – 04th february 2014 – maturity value – rs. 100, 000/-. I am aged 83 years & i have written so many mails but still have not got back my principal which got matured 2 years back. Please help & revert on payback details. I received a form no. 8 for delayed repayment schedule but no payment has been made so far. Please assist & provide details.

I repreent a group of 20 home owners, who bought a flat in unitech cascades, greater noida in 2006. The builder has taken on average 40 lacs rupees from all o[censored]s in 2006 and it has been 10 years and there has been no response whatsoever.

We are forming a society anyone else in similar position please contact us.

If you had booked a flat with unitech in any its projects anywhere in india and they have not delivered. Please contact me, we are taking combined legal action against unitech. To get our money with compensation back at the earliest.

I have taken up a property in tower 17 and still waiting for possession. I am looking for a recourse to take it the legal way as no calls are responded to and there is no email address on their website to write to them formally.

Please could someone guide me on how best to take this forward.
The possession was expected in 2008.

We have paid all amount due towards this apartment and just waiting for it to complete to take possession.

The preferred option will be to have the apartment and the alternative will be to get a full refund along with the prevalent interest rate

I have bought a property in The residences sector 117 Noida...as per the agreement I am supposed to get the possession by Oct this year however the construction has not even started. We are paying Emi without any default and I don't see the project completing on time. I want refund of my amount with interest as I am suffering a lot to sustain ourselves with rent, emi.

Ei[protected]in. But sorry to say that i had not received maturity amount with interest till now but inspite of my several reminder till today i could not receive my principal+interest. I am women and i am in very much need of the money. So kindly help me to get my money.

I would like to draw your kind attention that my loan period has already lapsed & there has not been any updates from your side on construction status, possession & payment modes!!
As i have received these contact details directly from unitech group chandigarh, i am seeking your kind support & reply on this @ earliest.

This is regarding my complaint against uniech group for the non payment of my fdr # 1957891, which has been matured by december 2014. The group has cheated me by holding my principal amount without giving any clarification. I tried to connect with their gurgaon office several times but no one is even attending the calls made on their office numbers - 4125200 / 4125328. The company initially send me a letter stating that your dues will be cleared in 6 months of the maturity date but till date there is no sign of any payment release. I also planning to take legal action against the directors of the group of cheating and forgery by filing an fir at police station in bareilly.

The fd is in my wifes name anju burman, fd no 1205535 dated 21st jan, 2013 for rs.40, 000/-maturity date was 12th jan, 2014. After many visit to company's office in udyog vihar, gurgaon & communication from company's office (Verbal & written thru mails) no answer is available. As we required the amout for deposting in my son's college fees but they never bother to help me out in these situtation. We had borrowed the money from other sources and paying heavy interest on that. We are a middle class people working in private company, having limited salaries and also run our homes on this. Kindly help me out from this situation and getting my hard earned mongey asap.

I have a deposit of 200000 for 3 years starting december 2013 in unitech limited.
I have not received any interest payment since july 2015. Also i have not got tds certificate for 2014/15, due to which i am taxed twice. I am a retired person and the dealing o[censored]nitech ltd is causing a lot of hardship to me. I have been sending them many mails, tried calling their office, but there has been no response from them.

Companies of repute should not treat their long standing customers so shabbily.

I have purchased FD on 24 Jan 13 for three (03) years term. It got matured on 24 Jan 16. I have forwarded signed copy of original FD Receipt well in time but till date the company has not issued me the maturity amount.

I had repeatedly tried to contact their office but no one attended the call. Hence, i would request you to intervene and help me to get my hard earned money back.

My FDR No. is 1206921 issued on 31 Jan 13.

I Hamida Salim Leela invested in FD o[censored]nitech Limited which is going to matured in 27.07.2016. FDR No. 1231439 of Rupees 100000/- till date i have not received any interest amount from the company.

Also new companies act of 2013 has directed all the companies to repay the fixed deposits amount by 31.03.2015 but inspite of this unitech has not repaid us interest amount nor principal amount till date.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

Sir, i kiran jawa, r/o 29, chandar lok enclave, pitam pura, new delhi, was purchase flat on uniworld garden ii, sector 47, gurgaon, unit no. 0204, block-b2 and customer code no. Ug0077b, from unitech reality pvt. Ltd. I was pay all payments including maintenance charges for one year already pay and dues pending from my side. Sir three four months has go but there is no body positively reply for this. Sir above said site is not completely ready for possession i am try to hundered times call for the position but all phones not attending if any body attend by mistake so he/she can not satisfactory answering to me. Pls help me resolve this issue asap. Thanks and regards

I had been given quarterly payment cheques by idbi bank on your behalf in the begining of the year in which the tds has been deducted. I reflected the same in my it return. However the it has raised a payment of income tax as the tds has not been reflected by you in as26 nor have you sent the tds certificte. Idbi bank has asked me to contact you directly as the payment has been made by them on your behalf.

I have booked aflat in 2010 in Singleton floor block a in Unitech Mohali and paid Rs 7 lacs. However till date the construction has not started even after 6 years. I have already written several letter to MD and Chairman to refund the amount paid..However I have not received any response from Unitech. My Customet code is SFL0042 and unit detail is FL2F A—01-0117.

Since 5 yrs we are listening the same, unitech guys go to jail and are levied heavy penalties but till now Sebi or any govt organization has not done anything . we have lost our hard earned money for which there is no respect . We are talking about country growth without considering the human emotions . The cases are due since long but no step taken as of now . This is the most highlighted case in the country and yet no results, I really doubt that the small things are surely not taken care off . I have no money to repay my EMI, have to pay the rentals and cannot see any way out . can any one pls suggest whom should we discuss the issues and how can we reach there . may it be the prime minister of the country . These prosecutions are of no use, post doesnt help and not seen to anyone except the media, now we need to follow a different way . Lets work around to send the letters to PM, mails to him directly or a way to highlight the issue to him on his face if he cannot see whats going on in the media . We need the solution or our complete money back with interest and in actual not on papers .
