I had an investment in UNITECH LIMITED through a fixed deposit(FDR NO 1019607, DOI 07/05/2011, Name Shilpi sharma)by a local broker.the maturity date was 14/05/14.still they are not refunding my money and not responding also, I have register a complaint in National consumer helpline No is 608718, and they are also unable to resolve.pls do the needful

Kindly let me know the status for FDR no. 1216471 Unitech fixed deposit under name Manoj which has already been expired on 26th April 2014.

With reference to the above subject, this is to state that I have not yet received my FD amount after maturity date has already been passed. Its almost 24 months (2 Years) past without principal & interest amount.

As per the general notice published on 20th Feb 2015, the fixed deposits due upto 31.03.15 shall be paid as: [Deposit amount of Rs 25, 000 to 1, 00, 000 shall be paid in the manner of 50% within 15 months of date of order]

I am unsatisfied with the process as the time period has already crossed 24 months from date of order. I haven't heard anything so far.

I request you to take appropriate action in getting back my FD amount with interest.

I have deposited 200000 rupees as fixed deposit under UNITECH FD (FD no[protected] scheme for period of 3 years. Though the maturity date was[protected] still they haven't paid the Maturity amount of 290434 rupees. When I tried to contact them no one is picking the call. I also sent a mail complaining the non payment still no reply was there from their side.
Kindly consider the matter seriously and revert me as soon as possible. I hope for the positive response and immediate steps from your side. Please do take the matter seriously. Thanking you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked my Flat in August 2005. The details are Flat No. 003 - Ground Floor, Tower No. 2, Unitech Cascades, Plot No. 8, Sector Pi-II, Greater Noida.

In the agreement it was committed that the possession of the Flat will be done by 31st March 2008.

Till date the flat has not been handed over to me and there is no commitment from the builder on handing over the flat.

Need your intervention to resolve.

I and my wife jointly booked residential flat for sel[censored]se in Unitech South Park, Sector 70 Gurgaon on 18th February 2013.
Allotment Letter/Agreement in this regard was executed on 19th Feb 2013 with a clause to deliver flat within 36 Months i.e. on or before 18th Feb 2016.
Payment of 52, 49582/- was done in 2013 as per demand thru bank loan. Till date they have not started construction activity in tower D2 where I have booked my flat (D2 -902). Even construction activity is totally stopped in other towers which were launched in 2010-11.

Unitech failed in his commitment and in my case company even didn’t started the construction activity, for which I have already paid more than 50 lacs, three years back. I would request refund of the amount paid by me along with interest

They also show their helplessness.

I, booked a flat in The residencies Sector 117 Noida in Feburary 2012 . The time frame given while allocation was a three year period. In accordance the amount paid so far is 1452521 . Unfortunately there's no sign of the project getting completed in the near future that is when it is already a year overdue.

I request you to kindly refund my money along with interest, as i cannot afford to keep myself invested in this project.

I am a working professional and paid my life savings till date in 2009 for purchase of a Unihome plot in Greater Noida. I was assured possession in[protected] but have not received it this far, i.e. 2016. On numerous visits to the location there is only a skeleton crew and no labourers and the repeated information is that development is held back because the funds that have been collected from investors like me have been channelled into completion of other projects that ensure higher revenue for Unitech.
I was unaware of the PIL that has been filed and would like to add my number to the weight of others like me that have been robbed of their life's earnings by the unscrupulousness of this company.
At the very least, while immediate possession after full development of the location is non- negotiable, Unitech should in addition pay the market rate of interest for the funds they have been holding for this unjustified extended period of time and funnelling into unrelated projects to supplement their income. I tried posting a complaint on their website and not surprisingly, the upload does not work!

We have bought a flat at Harmony Unitech Kolkata in 2008. We have paid 95% within 2 years and were supposed to get possession in 2011.
The company is not giving us any details.
