    With due respect, it is intimated that i have been denied to draw amount through withdrawal slip since my cheque is exhausted, although the requisition for new cheque book was submitted well in advance during oct 2017, and my last cheque was issued on[protected], whereas uco bank bkpore adjacent to your bank is allowing to draw amount both by cheque and also by withdrawal slip. Further it is also intimated updated of pass book is made only upto 12.00 pm

      On 16/01/18 at about 6.50 pm i tried to recharge pre paid electricity bill online through bill desk from the web site mspdcl manipur. But the transaction was failed at the last moment whose reason is not known to me and debited a sum of rs. 500 from my account without giving any transaction id. No transaction id was send to me through sms on registered mobile number neither email on registered email. So i request you to refund my said debited amount.

          My home loan number is[protected]. Last 4 calendar years i am paying 9.65% rate of interest. I complained many times to the branch but they are not correcting and taking necessary steps to correct the rate of interest. Currently, all banks are offering below 9%. Please note i took my home lean in floating rate of interest of 10.25% in jun 2014. Not sure how to make the correction. Whom to reach.
          I paid my electricity bill using paytm app through my debit card [protected] amounting Rs.2566 on monday-8 january, 2018.the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my account.Please help me in this case .my account no. Is[protected] and mobile no. Linked is [protected].

            The below mention rrn number has been successfully credited to the beneficiary account as on 07.11.2017 for the mention account numberxxxxxxx405. But this is not my account number and it maybe credited by mistake as on 07.11.2017 to another account number. So i requested you please arrange to transfer my debited amt. Rs.5000 to my jadavpur kolkata ubi branch a/c no[protected], customer id[protected], ifsc-utbi0jad133 & micr code[protected].

            Sir, with due respect I would like to inform you that I had sent Rs.5000 from my kolkata Jadavpur university branch A/C No-[protected] to my UBI Kolkata Jadavpur Branch A/C No[protected] dated 7th, Nov, 2017 through my mobile net banking (IMPS) of SBI anywhere system. Already SBI Jadavpur University Branch debited from my account Rs.5000 dated 7th, Nov, 2017 but did not credited to my UBI Jadavpur branch account till the end (two months gone). I have enclosed herein the SBI Jadavpur university branch S.B. passbook particular details and transaction details on 07/11/2017 is INB IMPS/P2A/[protected]/XXXXXXX405utbi, transfer to[protected], commission refer INB MOBUA[protected]Rs.1.18 transfer to[protected]. I send so many complaints by mail to :[protected]@sbi. co.in, cms.[protected]@sbi. co.in, ems.[protected]@sbi. co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in, dgm.[protected]@sbi. co.in, mb.[protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in & [protected]@sbi.co.in and I also submitted written complaints to Jadavpur university SBI & UBI branch manager above mentioned details, but till today they couldn't trace out my debited amount where gone and did not solve my problem till the end.
            I requested to you please trace out my debited amount and send back to my UBI or SBI Jadavpur university branch account.

            I am Mahasin Rahaman wright now I lived in Berhampur for job purpose I had swiped 6000rs on my atm card on 5th of Jan but some how I doesn't get the money, and I have the system error copy which was provided by the atm machine on that particualr day please check.
            Actually safety must increase in bank also fixed deposit and atm card safety.

                  As per attachments:
                  1. Cheque1 - not dishonoured
                  2. Cheque2 - not dishonoured
                  3. Cheque3 - not dishonoured
                  Whereas
                  4. Cheque4&5 - dishonoured on grounds signature not matching.
                  Please clarify what is the difference? If cheque 1, 2 & 3 can be cleared why not cheques 4&5

                  Total of rs. 234+ rs. 234 = rs. 468/- was debited from my account wrongfully.
                  Is this the way you generate revenue? Please remember, i had to subsequently pay rs. 250+ rs 250 = rs. 500/- by the receiving bank as the cheques dishonoured charges.
                  Earlier also ubi had done the same thing for which you had to credit the dishonoured cheque charges by uco bank to my ubi bank account. Please see attachment refund. Pdf.

                  So now you have to return : rs. 468 + rs. 500 = rs. 968/- immediately to my account.
                  Failure to do so will compel me to take further action

                        I have paid rs. 8000 for my csc wallet account transaction is not successful, at 25/12/2017, 09.52.12 am and transaction no is[protected]payu/[protected]. But it's showing that digital txn failed goo. Gl/4g2ww3. The amount of rs.8000/-has been debited from net banking form my a/c[protected] but my csc wallet don't make payment successful.
                        Therefore, i request you to take necessary steps and arrangement for this same. And refund my money.

                              I have booking online railway tricket through irctc.co.in portal against transaction id-[protected], another id-[protected] and booking date-4 jan 2018. Althrough transaction is not successful. It's showing railway portal tricket are not booked but the amount of rs.85+85=170 has been debited to my a/c. Please let me know how can i get refund that amount in my a/c. Therefore i request you to take necessary steps and refund my amount.

                                  With due respect i would like to inform you that i had transfer or send rs.5000 from my jadavpur university sbi branch through my internet mobile banking systems (Imps) to my ubi jadavpur branch of my saving account dated 7th. Nov, 17 and as per massage of mobile banking transaction and sbi passbook record the amount rs.5000 already debited from my jadavpur university sbi account but did not credited the amount rs.5000 to my ubi jadavpur branch account. I already send so many mails to cms. [protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in, dgm. [protected]@sbi.co.in, sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, mb. [protected]@sbi.co.in
                                  Though i received two mails (Reply) from
                                  Cms. [protected]@sbi.co.in dated 24th, nov, & 8th, dec, 2017.
                                  They informed me that your complaint under tickets no. [protected] & [protected] has been attended to and close after resolution as : transaction initiated with the reference number[protected] has been processed successfully from our end on 7th, nov, 2017. We request you to kindly take up the matter with beneficiary bank more details.
                                  As per their request / advice i meet to manager of beneficiary bank-jadavpur ubi branch and he told me there was no amount (Rs.5000) credited in my account till the end and already branch manager send a mail to (Sbi-cms) net banking branch. He shows me the mail and mentioned there was no transaction on 7th, nov, 2017 between jadavpur sbi & ubi branch.
                                  So i inform you that already take one and half month time till the end did not resolute / solve the problems and my debited amt. Rs.5000 did not credited to ubi jadavpur branch as per my transaction (Transaction reference no.[protected] updated passbook record on 7th, nov, 2017.
                                  So i requested to you please help me regarding above matter and advice what i have to do.

                                    I tried to recharge my jio number with an amount of rs.509/- through
                                    Net banking through my savings bank account on 02.01.2018 at 16:12:20 pm the transaction failed but the amount of rs.509/- has been deducted from my account. Please arrange to credit back the amount of 509 to my savings account no.[protected] maintained in new barrackpur branch, north 24 parganas.

                                      This is the massage i recieved on 1/1/18 but i didn't use my debit card or any online withdrawal. Before this deduction i use online withdrawal for playstore on 31/12/17 and i got the redeem code for that.
                                      (Your ubi ac xxxxxx is debited by rs 800.0 on[protected]:19:30. Clear ac bal rs 19783.25. Failed txn reporting - goo. Gl/4g2ww3. Info: trtr/[protected]/31-12-) this one i withdraw online on 31 dec, 2017.
                                      Now where the money of the transaction id[protected]st massage). Since i didn't use any purchase for that trasaction how i will get those money back to my bank account.

                                        I went to pay my bsnl land phone bill today (27.12.2017) through "my bsnl app", but the transaction failed. Bill has not been paid to bsnl whereas my bank a/c no[protected] with united bank of india khalisani branch has been debited by the bill amount of rs. 584/- vide transaction particulars bsnlpost/[protected]. I want refund of the amount to my a/c as early as possible.
