Sir i get Post metric Scholarship awarded by government of Andhra pradesh. i got Atm card along with Pin from Sbms. When i am trying to withdraw my money it is giving 068 response code error and unable to process message. when i consulted the bank officials i got no answer.         DEAR SIR,
        MY NAME IS ABHINAV RASTOGI I M A CURRENT ACCOUNT HOLDER IN UNITED BANK OF INDIA. ON 04/03/09 MORNING CREDIT BALANCE IN MY A/C NO. [protected] WAS Rs.46156/- SAME DAY AT ABOUT 2.15PM I TRIED TO WITHDRAW Rs.5000/- FROM SYNDICATE BANK ATM BUT THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED. THERE AFTER I WENT TO ICICI BANK ATM AND CHECKED THE BALANCE IN MY A/C. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND OUT THAT MY ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY FROM SYNDICATE BANK WAS FAILED BUT THE BALANCE IN MY A/C WAS REDUCED BY Rs.5000/- I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND RECTIFY THE ERROR IN MY A/C.

          I'm Rajib Das consumer o[censored]nited Bank of India (Ashoknagar Municipaly Extention Counter) Kanchua more, Jayjayanti MArket complex, North 24 parganas, I deposited a cheque on 16-06-09 but not yet the cheque hasbeen cleared. all time we are suffer that type of problem. plz reqest to you that which bank not to be good services to their consumer. plz action on this matter.             Requesting SIR, I am MOHAMMAD ZAFARUDDIN.I am current account holder in UNITED BANK OF INDIA and i have ATM card o[censored]BI bank IN BHOLAKPUR branch in hyderabad.ON 30th of MARCH at evening from 6pm i have used my ATM card at your SBH ATM at SHIVRAMPALLY branch in HYDERABAD and amount which i was entered during transaction was Rs 5000=00 and waited for some time as i was not recieved my money i have cancel that transaction.But when i used my ATM card in CANARA bank it was showing that Rs 5000 has been debited from my account.Again i have used my ATM card at your SHIVRAMPALLY branch it was showing that your last transaction has been cancel at that time also i have not gotted any kind transaction slip.As it was my bad luck that i have not gotted my money.SIR i request u solve this problem and return my money

            United Bank of India — Cash not dispensed but account debited at ATM

            I have a Savings Bank account with UBI Dibrugarh BranchAssam .But on 5/12/09 at 4pm I tried to withdraw Rs.1200/ from ATM of SBI Mysore Vyalikaval Bangalore against S/B A/C no 208876 .But though the transaction was declined bySBI Mysore my account with UBI Dibrugarh branch has been debited without cash being despensed. Kindly look into the matter and help me to reimbursed the amount.

            I am Sunil Kumar Singh. I am savings account holder in UNITED BANK OF INDIA, T.N. Mukherejee Road, Makhla Branch and I have ATM card o[censored]BI bank in this Makhla Branch. ON 12th of SEPTEMBER (Sunday) at morning 10.07 AM i have used my ATM card at your SBH ATM at Uttarpara branch ATM and amount which i was entered during transaction was Rs 15000=00 and waited for some, the money came but half of the money was in between the roller tray and i can't able to catch them. So, after 30 seconds money was pulled back in ATM. When I tried to catch them, i find in 100 rupees in my hand. Rest of rupees are pulled back into the ATM.When i used my ATM card for Mini Statement, it was showing that Rs 15000 has been debited from my account. there was a security guard, who told me that it happens many time when we are going to withdrawal across 10 thousand. I also called help line at that time on[protected], but no one responding. So, SIR i request u solve this problem and help me for returning back my money.

            I am holder of SB acount number[protected] lying at ubi old court house street branch kolkata-700001.On 08/01/2011 at 5.15 p.m I attended the atm at ubi new barrackpore north 24 parganas.After entering inside, I saw that the room is totally dark and the atm machin was in running condition.There was not any light inside the room.I used the atm machin to withdraw an amount of Rs.20, 000.The machin responded well but i could collect only Rs.12, 000 and balace of Rs.8000 was not supplied to me.Most probably the remaning RS.8000 in any way was affixed with the slit of the money delivery window.I noticed no security guard near about. The receipt that i received showed debit amount of RS 20000.As a result a less amount was received though the same is not reflected in my account.
            You are requested to take necessary action to adjust the discrepency at an early date.

My tansaction was declined with display of "Requesting Timed Out".Neither did I receive any cash nor any transaction slip. However, my account was debited with the amount.             I am Prajjwal Kanti Ghosh, having a savings account in United Bank of India, Harirampur, Dakshin Dinajpur (733125), West Bengal branch and my account number is[protected]. On 6th of March 2011 morning at around 7:30am I was trying to withdraw Rs. 6000 from Narendrapur ATM (Mandirget), but after waiting for several minuets while processing, the ATM machine finally shows that "the transaction timeout - try later". I didn't receive any cash. The security personal said that please withdraw the money from a newly opend ATM at Kamalgazi. The transaction was successful, but no transaction slip came. Very next day I withdraw Rs. 2000 from same ATM and found that total Rs. 12000 has been debited from my account, which suppose to be Rs. 6000.

            I have already make my visit to the Narendrapur Branch, but they said I have to Harirampur branch where my account is. I have submitted them all the details and waiting for their reply.

            Sir, in my last 10 years of ATM use, it never happen with me. Please look into this matter.

            I am sankar kundu, having a savings bank account in UNITED BANK OF INDIA and my account number is[protected].i am attached to United Bank Of India Barrackpore branch. On 26th of march 2011 about 13:40hrs i used my ATM card to pay Rs 17992 to Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. Kolkata unit. But the transaction was declined. Neither did they receive any cash nor any transaction slip generated. I went to the nearest ATM centre (Tivoli park) to withdraw money, but i found that exactly the said amount money deducted from my account. My ATM card number is [protected]. I already lodged a complaint to my branch on 28th of march 2011.

              this is to inform you that I Anirban Das S/O Sri Amal Kumar Das am working as an Assiatant Engineer for Govt Of West Bengal in WBSRDA/PNRD. I have applied for Home Loan in United Bank of India's Raiganj Supermarket Branch concern person Mr. Ranjit Kumar Nayak, Sr Manager on 10/10/2008.From that day after filling up the concern form for Home Loan o[censored]BI Mr. Nayak asked me to meet him next saturday at 6 pm in the bank . As he asked me i went to attend him on the above said date and time, that day he again scrutinized my all documents and assured me to disburse my Loan shorty and asked me to meet him after 7 days and like this he repeatedly gave me time and date . On 26th December I mate him in the Bank as he intended to and asked some MONEY as bribe to provide me the loan . I being an Govt employee denied to pay any bribe and went out of the bank. So I wish you to take necessary appropriate action regarding this matter .

                Sub : Non functioning of ATM Card No [protected]


                Dear Sir,
                A complaint was lodged to the Manager, United bank of India, Serampore Branch, Hooghly, west Bengal for Non functioning of ATM CARD on 25th August, 2008. It was reported that whenever I want to use the card it reports “your card has been retained for your protection” .
                The lady officer dealing with this problem at Serampore branch on 25th Aug. told me a new PIN will be issued to me and Rs 75/- will be charged.
                I visited bank a number of time and it was reported that no reply from MUMBAI office has been received.
                On 27th October, 2008 I again visited the dealing official and learnt, now a time the branch will issue a new ATM Card without my name engraved on it and new PIN would be issued on the same day through e-mail from Mumbai. The Bank will charge Rs 140.00 for issuing a new card.
                It is also learnt that at present there is no supply of Blank Card.
                I am confused mainly for an ATM Card without name.
                Please Clarify

                  This is to inform you that Indian Overseas Bank and Dena bank are not responding to cash withdrawal from last 9months by atm issued by United Bank of India Chinsurah branch though the above two banks are failed under the Cash tree atm network. I've checked this problem periodically in last 9 months in various atm of these above mentioned bank.When i'm trying to access my atm from the above two banks atm the card is rejecting by the atms and the message is showing is "The atm is out of work, please visit any other atm". In case of Indian overseas Bank after rejecting the card I'm not getting any slip while in case of Dena Bank atm at the time of cash withdrawal the response code is showing in the slip is 0070 and in case of balance enquiry it is 0096.
                  So, I request you to look into the matter so that cash withdrawal may be made from Indian overseas Bank and Dena Bank atms.
                  Also I like to inform you that I already requested to the Branch and to the Bank head office twice regarding the problem officially but with no effect.Now what service is expected more???
