I am a customer o[censored]bi, morigaon branch of assam. My customer id is[protected]. I have logged in by using ipin and have set up my login password and transaction password. But now when i am logging into my account it is showing as ' application setup error'. I am not able to log into my account and facing lots of problems as i cant do any transaction. Please help...

I went to pay my sbi credit card bill payment (22.12.2017) through "ubi internet banking", but the transaction failed. Bill has not been paid whereas my bank a/c no[protected] with united bank of india habra branch has been debited by the bill amount of rs. 2000/- which is intimated by the bank through sms. I want refund of the amount to my a/c as early as possible... Or make the payment.
My payment date is 25/12/2017...

Have tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile today (23.12.17) through their online portal, but recharging failed due to connectivity problem. But my bank a/c no[[protected]] with the united bank of india, shyamnagar branch has been debited by the recharge amount of rs. 100/-. Transaction particulars airtel/[[protected]]. I want the refund of the amount to my account as early as possible.

I went to pay my bsnl land phone bill today (22.12.2017) through "my bsnl app", but the transaction failed. Bill has not been paid to bsnl whereas my bank a/c no[protected] with united bank of india khalisani branch has been debited by the bill amount of rs. 584/- which is intimated by the bank through sms. I made my transaction from united bank of india on 18/12/2017 at 14:19:15 for premium payment in lic 2511.2 rupees but after deduction from my account the bank still not paid my premium. I was withdrawal 200 rupees from axis bank kc sen road rishra, hooghly, pin - 712250, time around 17.44.
The transaction shows declined bt i got a massage from ubi that my account was debited by 200 rupees. Then i withdrawal another 200 rupees time 18.23.
So now what can i do.. Please suggest..

I have changed my old ph no. Which was attached with my account. Now i already included my new phone no. But the problem is when i am going to purchase some thing trough the internet, it shows that otp will send in my old ph no.
