    Not getting money from SBH ATM at Uttarpara branch.

    Requesting SIR,

    I am Sunil Kumar Singh. I am savings account holder in UNITED BANK OF INDIA, T.N. Mukherejee Road, Makhla Branch and I have ATM card o[censored]BI bank in this Makhla Branch. ON 12th of SEPTEMBER (Sunday) at morning 10.07 AM i have used my ATM card at your SBH ATM at Uttarpara branch ATM and amount which i was entered during transaction was Rs 15000=00 and waited for some, the money came but half of the money was in between the roller tray and i can't able to catch them. So, after 30 seconds money was pulled back in ATM. When I tried to catch them, i find in 100 rupees in my hand. Rest of rupees are pulled back into the ATM.When i used my ATM card for Mini Statement, it was showing that Rs 15000 has been debited from my account. there was a security guard, who told me that it happens many time when we are going to withdrawal across 10 thousand. I also called help line at that time on[protected], but no one responding. So, SIR i request u solve this problem and help me for returning back my money.

    Requesting SIR,

    I am Biswajit Kundu. I am savings account(A/C no.[protected] holder in UNITED BANK OF INDIA, 142/3, Ghosh Para Road, Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas, (W.B.), Garulia Branch and I have ATM card(ATM Card No.-[protected]) o[censored]BI bank in this Garulia Branch. ON 18th of APRIL (Monday) at morning between 7.45 AM to 8 AM I have used my ATM card at your UBI ATM at Chakdaha branch ATM(Near Chakdaha Bus-stand), Chakdaha, Nadia, (W.B.) and amount which i was entered during transaction was Rs 20000=00 and waited for some, the money came but half of the money was in between the roller tray and i can't able to catch them. So, after 15 seconds full money(Rs. 20000) was pulled back in ATM. When I tried to catch them, i did not find any amount in my hand. No Transaction Slip did not come from that ATM. When i used my ATM card for balance quiry, it was showing that Rs. 20000 has been debited from my account.There was no security guard, So, SIR i request u solve this problem and help me for returning back my money as soon as possible.

    my name is parvez malik and this is to inform you that i am existing customer of your bank from kanpur, i have my account in kalpi raod branch..head manager of kanpur branch mr. S.K .PANDEY is the most laziest person of all the staff of kanpur branch..he kept my international cheque of CAD 6585$ for more than 80 days, and at last said that the cheque can not be cashed because bank doesnt have a nostro account, i dont know what the hell that means.this person made me fool for more than 80 days and after many complaints he replied with a NO.ultimately i am in a dilemma where to go with this cheque as no other bank is excepting it on a new account.
    the originality was that he actually didnt farwarded the cheque and kept with him for more than 80 days.i want you to take appropriate actions against this lazy manager of yours .

      United Bank Of India is creating lot of problem for we people living nearby their Fateh Nagar Branch. there are number of problems that we are facing like they have kept there high power Generator on the Public Land due to which we are facing noise pollution, air pollution and severe cause of Dengue in our area because of water blockage around the generator and sewer line under the generator is also blocked which cannot be maintained just because of the generator.

      We have already complained to the Bank Manager Mr. Jain about this major problem but he is a rude man and doesnt care about anything even he uses abusive language.

      So we request your kind organization to take strict and early action about that encroachment on public land.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a saving bank A/c Holder o[censored]nited Bank of India, Unique Park Branch, Behala, Kolkata-700034. My Account No. is 73156 and I have been issued a pre-processed debit card bearing No.[protected]. Since then, it still remains unactivated. In this context, it is stated that manager of the said bank has misbehaved when the matter was reported about the harassment of non-activations of the said card.

          i mr kiran chafekar is holding saving ac.in united bank from last 20 yrs i applied for 1800000rs home loan manager told me he will sanctioned it but some paper works should done then he debited 9500rs as a survey charge ,search report charge and after comleting all formalities he denied for loan excusing that he needs collatral security in fact othr bank (nationalised) deent need any securities and survey charges

            Dear Sir/Madam
            I would like to imform you that today 18th of may 2010, I transacted through INDIAN BANK ATM Machine located at mehrauli instutuition area New Delhi.

            I entered the amount of Rs 9, 000/- but the machine replied as "REQUEST TIME OUT"...

            After that I checked my balance amount from my account...
            but the amount was debited from my account...

            I have submitted the complaint on the same day at my Bank i.e. United Bank of India.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            I would like to imform you that today 4th of nov 2010, I transacted through ISTATE OFINDIA, BANK ATM Machine located at naheru nagar, sitra area coimbatore, TN.

            I entered the amount of Rs 1500/- but the machine replied as "REQUEST TIME OUT"...and unable to process.

            After that I checked my balance amount from my account...
            but the amount was debited from my account...

            I had not made any complain due to festival holliday on that day.

              It is really very suggestive that, while the e-mail address even of the leading Bank of India, the State Bank of India, is easily available in the public domain, the until-recently loss-making UBI should have the temerity of denying its customers any e-mail access whatsoever to its CMD and his office! This is contrary to the declared policy of transparency in the PSU banks' operations, the interest of the customers in general and, even against the high sounding words contained in the Bank's MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT. Denying access by email in this age to a public servant is definitely reprehensible and audacious, especially when the President of India's, the PM's, his Cabinet colleagues' and GOI Secretaries' email addresses are available in the websites.

                we have current account no.[protected] in name of Rose Garden Hotels Pvt.Ltd. in United Bank of India, Khar west Mumbai branch, Bank charges cash handing charges @ 1% on per Rs. 1000.00 The Branch Manager say please write letter to me and all account holders letter I forward to Head office, this is computer system, from 1.4.2009 Transaction tax on cash handling abolished than why only This Bank is charging cash transaction tax on current account.

                  there has been a fradulant withdrawal of rs,50.000from my savings account from united bank of india sarvoday nagar mulund branch.the signature was forged in the cheque,and there was apparent dissimilarity between the signature on the cheque and specimen signature but was not noticed by the bank was given the amount to the bearer of the cheque without asking for any proof.now the complaint has been taken by the chief vigilence officer and they say it has been sent to geqd for signature verifiction.it has been 2 months but there has not been any reply from geqd......i dont know how much more time ,patience and money i have to spend to get my money back

                      Sir,
                      With due honour I lay before you the following facts for your intervention to smoothen
                      the payment systen at UBI, Bhatpara as it is done in other Core Banks:-

                      1. Previously token was issued from a separate counter to the customers for
                      receiving payment and susequently after verification of the signature by the
                      authorised man concerned , payment is made accordingly as per the serial no .
                      of the token issued and during that period senior citizen pensioners used to sit
                      on the waiting bench.

                      2. After implementation of Core Banking we thought that the payment will be
                      smoothen and time will be shorten like other Core Banks as the system of
                      verification of signature by another man concerned does not arrise up to a certain
                      amount because signature of the customer is visible on the computer's screen to the
                      payment officer.

                      3. But, we are very sorry to inform you that instead of soothening and shortening
                      the time a troublesome and delayed process is adopted by your UBI, Bhatpara
                      Branch . All the customers are to come through a long queue up to the payment
                      counter to receive the token and after that the checque / withdrawal slip is sent to
                      the man concerned to verifythe signature, after that if concerned ( bearer) staff is
                      available it will come back to the paying officer after verification of signature
                      to disburse the payment (in 100% case).

                      4. Please note that Senior citizens are sufficiently aged and can not stand
                      on the queue for such a long time as well as a long time is being lost
                      and not getting facilities of Core Banking like other Core Banks where signature
                      is verified by the concerned paying officer.

                      As such, your goodself will look into the matter so that senior citizen as well
                      as other customers are not harassed and deprived of having the benifit of Core
                      Banking like otherBanks where signature is verified on the screen by the paying officer .

                        I am a customer(SB a/c[protected] o[censored]nited Bank of India, Panskura Railway Station Branch,Purba Midnapur,West Bengal.On last 29/01/2010 I withdrew Rs.Ten thousand(10000.00) from SBI ATM(ID-S1AN[protected] by txn no.4132 at 18.49 pm and by next txn no.4133 from same SBI ATM(ID-S1AN[protected] wanted to draw Rs.five thousand (5000.00) more.But there was no money come out from the same ATM machine and a customer advice slip wriiten as "sorry for inconvenience' came out instead of money.
                        on 02/02/2010 at 19.18 pm I checked my that SB a/c[protected]) and saw Rs.five thousand(Rs.5000.00) has been deducted automatically from my that account on 29/01/2010 but still that Rs.5000.00 is not with- drawn by me . On 04/02/2010 I have deposited an application regarding this condition to the Branch Manager,UBI,Panskura Station Bazar branch,Purba Midnapore but still no update information I can get from the bank.
                        I,therefore, request you to kindly help me on this regard to adjust my SB a/c[protected]) and oblige.

                          Respected Sir,
                          I am an SB account holder in your bank bearing A/C no 1532....I am associated with your bank for more than 20yrs but with deepest regret i am mentioning you that these days we usually face great problem in day to day operation.Today i wanted a bank statement for my IT return but strangly your bank official Mr. Dutta-Deputy Manager. Choukindingee Branch, Dist:Dibrugarh, Assam have refused to issue me one......and to double the problem when i asked him for the complain book so that i can lodge a complain he used foul languages and plainly asked me to do what ever i can,,
                          So i think i should bring this to your notice the harressment ment to me, so that no ther costumer in future suffer.
                          Hope you will do the needful.... and suggest me to act further....My whole family have A/C in your easteemed organisation but now seriously i am planning to withdraw from your bank becasue i think there are better bank and more civilised bank who knows to respect their customer.....

                            I inserted my UBI ATM card no [protected] at SBI Sasadhivanagar Administrative Office ATM, Bangalore on 05/04/2009 at around 4.30 pm to withdraw an amount of Rs.2100 from my s/b A/C no:[protected]. Although the transaction was declined, my A/C with UBI was debited without cash being dispensed and without any transaction slip.The Transaction Code # is CWDR/[protected]/05-04.

                            I had registered my complaint with UBI online as well as with UBI Dibrugarh Branch, Assam, by filling in the complaint form with all the details. I have even given a written complaint to GM, ATM Center, UBI HO, Kolkata. However, till date no action has been taken.

                            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to reimburse the amount at an early date.

                              a. I had to purchase two fixed deposits receipts with United Bank of India, Bhatpara branch, as detailed below, for submitting same to the C D A, Patna as Security Deposit/Earnest Money.

                              b. I could not present the above Fixed Deposits Receipts to the branch for encashing/renewing on the respective date of maturity as these were lying with the C D A, Patna.

                              c. I submitted the said Deposit Receipts, after getting back from the C D A Patna to Bhatpara Branch for renewal, effective from the last date of maturity, along with the over due interest accured during the over due period of 15 years.

                              d. On checking the renewed fixed deposit receipt (A/C No.[protected] for Rs.1,81,216.00 as received on renewal, it has been noted with great regret that the bank has allowed interest at a rate of 3.5% p.a. for the overdue period of 15 years, which I feel unjustified and has deprived me of getting the interest due as per rules.

I had applied for authorization for net banking for my savings bank account o[censored]nited Bank of India, Rajdanga, Kolkata-700042, branch about three months back. The application was duly forwarded by the Sr. Branch Manager of the bank to the bank's central IT cell . However, till date, I have neither received user ID nor pass word. On enquiring the Rajdanga branch, I had been advised to send a reminder through them.

                                      I maintain a S/B A/C at Maheshtala branch & went in person to submit my 'internet registration form' to get my ID/PASSWORD. One bank official told me that I would be called within 15 days.23 days have passed since I was not called through my mobile, my land line and any e mail .When yesterday i.e 11/08/2011, I did contact branch through telephone, the branch informs that ID/PASSWORD will be sent through post office by head office. Actually it makes a lot of confusion where I will collect from. I would like to draw the attention of competent authority to address the problem. Either they are too busy to afford any time or reluctant to increase the awareness or benefits of 'ALTERNATIVE CHANNEL". And in this connection I want to mention that internet facility should be provided to interested customers at the time of opening their accounts. Bank is also benefited regarding cost of operation and also number of customers inside the bank premises will be less due to act of accustoming in alternative channel.

Your manager assure me that I will get Rs 12 lacs for HDLoan. For continuing this process I submitt all the documents which your manager wants me. After searching deed & valuation of the flat he would deduct Rs2500/- on 7.3.12 &Rs 2500/- on 21.05.12 from my accont no[protected]. Then he sent my document to regional HUB Baruipur for sanctioning, and the HUB will sanctioned the the applied amount. But Hub will order the manager to disburse the loan amount as W.B. Tie-up rules as I am a employee of State Govt.Then the manager send all my documents to your Haris Mukherjee Branch. Still now I will not get the loan.Now Developer pressurize me for registration as the flat is ready .
                                      I am sorry to say, that I totally misguided from your Garfa manager, If he firstly told me that you are a State Govt.employee & you will bound to go W.B. Tie-up rules & I will not get loan as outsider. But my office college get HB loan from your Haris Mukherjee Branch. why two rules for two borrowers.If he will get the loan why not I ? please look in to the matter as urgent basis as i will get the loan amount anyway as W.B. Tie-up rules or outsiders.
