I am a customer ofubi, hariharpara branch (Ifsc utbihhp943) my account no being[protected]. On 04/10/2017 at around 7 pm while i was having a ticket through irctc using ubi debit card of that account rs 4415.9 was debited from my account as the ticket fare including all charges. But surprisingly i found that the amount has been debited twice for same ticket. The pnr no is [protected]. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account.
I therefore request to take measure so that i may get back the amount of rs 4415.9.
Dear sir/madam, my account[protected] has debited Rs 200 automatically without my approval and I am not understanding why this amount has been deducted Any amount deducted other than bank would definitely require my prior approval but as such doesn't happen...so, please refund my amount as shortly as possible. I had a transaction regarding prepaid mobile recharge of 20 rupees. But unfortunately transaction was failed and transaction amount was deducted from my bank account.

    I made a payment of amount rs. 9698.60/- to icici bank credit card from my united bank of india account sb ac :[protected]. Hot payment was successful showing in the browser but some time later it shows that error: we are unable to process the transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience. Try again later. But in the mean time the same amount is deducted from my savings account. But the amount is not credited to my icici bank credit card account.

      I have by mistake has entered 3 times wrong login password... And hence its showing that your password is temporarily disabled please contact union bank of india customer care @ [protected].
      My father did that... On 1/10/2017 and the customer care told that it will be activated within half an hour, so we waited for that but its almost 4 days now and today is 05/10/2017 and yet they were unable to resolve my issue. I have filed the complain against the ubi but still no step has been taken. It was my primary account hence i am facing a lot of trouble.

      If anyone from ubi, is reading this kindly look after this issue of mine and if applicable kindly contact me on [protected].

        On 5.10.17 at 16.16.27 we made a payment by netbanking of rs. 1696/-
        Esic a/c.
        We do not whether transaction went through or not, because i got an sms saying that txn. Password did not got activated. Please let us know the fate of the transaction.

          At the outset, it is no denying facts, that debit cards have been twice supplied not only against me but such is the happening to other persons also. This habits are loss of proper attention and carelessness and financial loss. This lapses may please be looked into. There is also problems of internet connection in our local branch at sonarpur, kolkata -700150. It is apprehended that your branch had a customers more than fifty thousand despite of your bank have no locker system & atm counter inside. This gives lot of problems. Though other banks nearby have all these facilities having meager customers.

            My account number[protected] has been debited rs 1500 for unsuccessful transaction at ajanta foot care kamrup. The card was swiped 3 times due to failed transaction amounting to a total of rs 1500 with rs 500 in each transaction. But my account has been credited with only rs 500 after 4.5 hours. The remaining rs 1000 is yet to be recredited back into my account. Kindly look into the matter and refund me the remaining amount in my account as soon as possible.

              I went to an atm on 02/07/17 at 6.10pm and tried to withdraw money but transaction was cancelled automatically with an error receipt and then i tried withdrawing from other atms also but the response was same but after a few minutes i got a txt from ubi saying rs.6200 is debited from my account..
              Please look into the matter & i want my money back...

              I tried to make digital payment from my wallet to bsnl portal on26&29 september.It failed citing the reason tppge125.Every time the amount(928) has been deducted from my account.

                I approached anatm located at ledo bazar at assam on 03.10.2017 to withdraw rs.4000. The money was not delivered but debited from my a/c. After 24 hrs, the amount was not credited to my a/c. Please take prompt action to credit the amount to my a/c at the earliest. Today i again another sbi atm at tinsukia, assam and withdraw rs.4000. It was successful.

                    I have pension sb a/c no[protected] and atm no[protected] in united bank of india, chandan pukur branch. On 03.10.2017 around 19.00 hr i have withdrawn rs 7500 from sbi anandapuri atm tree, i received sms for one withdrawal of rs 7500 but balance in sms shows double deductions..in home in net banking statement i found transaction description cwdr[protected]/[protected]/37 (79/1), b dated 03.10.102017 amounting 7500, which i have not received.

                    The afore said amount may kindly be credited to my sb account.

                        With due regards, i would like to inform you that on 22nd september i used my debit card for online transaction in flipkart. The amount inr 1099 got deducted from my account whereas filpkart has not received the amount.

                        Kindly look into the issue and help me to get the amount credited to my account as its already passed 10days yet so sign o[censored]pdate.

                              On 30.09.2017, around 1.00 pm myself, neelarya ganguly, holder of account number[protected] of duttapukur brunch, went to nearby union bank atm at lohegaon, pune to withdraw cash. When i typed rs. 500 to withdraw, screen buffered for a while and it showed unable to process the transaction and no cash dispensed. Then i got a message on my phone that rs.523.60 got debited from your account. Till today i. E. 02.10.2017 the amount yet to be credited in my account. So please take necessary action for that.

                                  Today morning[protected], i've tried to make payment of my gate 2018 exam through online banking. But due to some technical error it was failed. But i got a message form ubi that the particular amount is debited form my account. I checked the official website of gate 2018 whether the payment is succeed or not its still showing payment not received.

                                  Please consider the situation of a student whose hard earned cash is being played by a government organization in such a careless way!!
