I am a student of koneru laxmaih university. The rules of the college are sucking like anything. Rules are inshirt shoes, apron, etc...I am 1st year student I saw all the reviews and joined blindy now I am crying. Even a school is best than this blacklisted university. We all are hostellers .The timings of the college is 7:20 so we should wake up at 5:30AM and fresh up and the college will be ended at 3:30PM.after leaving college we have just 1hr lo take rest. We are sleeping at 3:45 and waking at 5:00PM .there will be worst tastless snack at 5:00pm and will be closed at 5:45Pm. From 6:00Pm the real sucking starts upto 8:30 we have study hours and there by we will get dinner around 9:30AM. This is the worst university where an school is 100%better . At last we should sleep at 10:00AM . Is this an engineering university or a intermediate college. Even a school is better. The thing we all hate is there will be 2½hour study hour .keep this in mind . the food is tasteless please help us to deduct some rules like study hours . Thankyou.hope you will help us from this engineering school.

That, my son named gaurav rana is studying in ba 3 year course at ggdsd college, sec 32, chandigarh under the jurisdiction of panjab university and has taken the examination of 6th semester in the academic session 2016-17. My son above named also appeared in llb 3 years entrance test conducted by hp university on 25 may 2017 at shimla and secured 66 marks out of 100. I received my Last Promotion on June 28th, 2009 and was eligible for my next Promotion to Associate Professor (Stage 4) in March 2014. The Principal of my College requires a clarification on the Issue of Faculty Improvement Program (FIP) Leave and its relevance for my promotion from Assistant Professor (Stage 3) to Associate Professor (Stage 4) under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). Dear Sir, As I was filled the B.ED. form from Bhupendra Mandal University, Madhepura. Tomorrow exam will held through this university.Before the exam some university officers offers the result for B.ED. against this result they asking for bribe Rs. 75000/- to 1 LAC to is success. So for the student future please let me know what we will do for it because all the colleges as well as university staff already taken the bribe from the student.SO only those student will get the result who gave the bribe to the staff.Till today evening all sit allocated to that student.

Sir, i humbly submit that i dr. K. Srinivasulu s/o k. Venkata subbaiah hailing from a poor family (Mother – milk vendor – aged) (Father – use to keep bullocks cart-aged) did m.com, mba and ph. D in management from sri krishnadevaraya university, anantapuramu, a. P, and joined as an asst. Professor at koneru lakshmaiah education foundation (K l university), vaddeswaramu, guntur, a. P on february 12th, 2016. Due to family problems, i submitted the resignation on[protected] and the same was accepted/approved by the president of the university.
Thereafter, i have cleared all the process through the university prescribed no-dues form after getting due signatures from the concern authority with their official seal and submitted to the university registrar to obtain the original academic certificates which are under their custody.
Being a bread winner of the family, i have to search for the alternative employment for meeting the minimum livelihood of the entire family. As part of this, i applied for an asst. Professor post (Contract basis) at rayalaseema university, kurnool, a p and my candidature was short-listed for an interview scheduled on[protected], but the koneru lakshmaiah education foundation (K l university), vaddeswaramu, guntur, a p did not return my certificates which are under their custody. As a result, i lost the opportunity of attending interview and getting employment. Sir, you believe me since[protected], i have been sincerely requesting them to obtain my certificates but they have not returned at all.
Koneru lakshmaiah education foundation (K l university) has been holding the employees’ original certificates and causing to so much of mental sufferings and even they use to physically attack the faculty who questioned about their illegal holding of the same and also intimidate us for returning of our certificates. Sir, holding the certificates of employees’ by the employer is quite opposite to the public employment act 1954 and ugc norms, but due lack of bargaining power faculty are yielding to the university unilateral demand.
Sir, i have another interview schedule on[protected] at banglore for which i have to show my original certificates, but the former employer koneru lakshmaiah education foundation does not return my certificates so far i. E[protected].
Sir, being a peoples’ prime minister and looks after the sufferings of the people of the whole country, i request you to help me to obtain my certificates from my former employer koneru lakshmaiah education foundation (K l university), vaddeswaramu, guntur, a p and enabling me to attend the interview scheduled on[protected] in which my family would get bread and butter and meet minimum livelihood needs through your good office intervention.
Further requesting you sir, please send a warning message as such holding of original academic certificates of employees’ by the employer is illegal and unethical and please see to initiate appropriate stern action against such practices.

With due respect, i beg to state you that, i am a student of jagannath barooah college, jorhat of ba 2nd semester and i had scored 80.8% in the higher secondary examination conducted by ahsec in the year 2016. As notified in the ugc website, i've uploaded all the documents and applied for the ishan uday scholarship this year.
But unfortunately i was not selected for the scholarship where as some students who scored less marks in the hs exam have featured in the list of awardee. I have always been hardworking and determined and always putting 100% efforts in my studies. Moreover my father is a simple farmer and his earning is not enough for education fees and other family expenses. Therefore, this scholarship is very essential for my further studies.

Sub - prayer for justice

1. I have obtained my m. A., m. Phil. And ph. D. Degree from the jnu which in the opinion of the naac committee is leading university of the world and by far the best in the country. I also joined in a post-doctoral fellowship in allahabad university in the year of 2013.

2. Being selected as an asst. Professor in presidency university as once i left my post-doctoral fellowship in the year 2016.

3. I was appointed as an assistant professor of hindi at presidency university against permanent vacancy on 26.05.2016 after duly selected as one and was under probation for a year from the date. I had been incessantly rebuked and demoralised by the head of department ms tanuja majumdar being member of scheduled caste due to her prejudice and discriminatory attitude towards the community. She levelled entirely baseless allegation ad hominem against me viz. Not completing the syllabus. The allegation was never communicated through any formal channel with any substantiation by any proper evidence except a ‘’show cause’’ casually sent through email which i replied promptly through email to the sender. The sender apparently ms tanuja majumdar neither acknowledged nor rebut my reply hence i considered it to be accepted by the same and no further communication in this regard took place. Notwithstanding, the mental torture and caste oppression and exploitation in form of eliciting money to arrange parties and also for personal gratification by tanuja majumdar continued in shape of sending threatening messages by her to get me fired from the job and implicated in false cases engineered by her with hell of junta of some students fostered by her and induced by her to act in a caste discriminatory manner. She used to disparage and humiliate me without rhyme and reason only due to my caste in plenary departmental meetings and also in seminar organised by the department of hindi. She also made endeavour to prevent me from such seminars and other functions due to caste apartheid and deeming me untouchable.

4. The caste oppression reached its zenith when she actuated her threatening by recommending the authorities to terminate me just a month before culmination of my probation period without giving me any reasonable opportunity to getting heard as envisaged by article 311 of the constitution of india and put my defence and clarification.

5. Not only my service as assistant professor was terminated but every effort is being made by authorities on behest of ms majumdar to vacate the accommodation provided by the university without giving me advance notice or time to arrange for alternative accommodation. I am being constantly vexed and harassed by administration goading me to vacate the same.

6. This atrocious decision to terminate me from service of authorities which is ultra vires considering conditions contained in appointment letter had depressed me due to complete denial of justice to me.

7. The administration, particularly ms majumdar is pressurising me to abstain from lodging complaint against her caste oppression and she is inducing me to commit suicide by her constant mental torture afflicted on me.

8. Ms. Majumdar even tried to interfere with my personal affairs and compromised my privacy by discussing it in public in a castis manner and also made every endeavour to assassin my character and tarnishing my image sadistically.

9. I was victim of caste exclusion when centenary o[censored]niversity and naac visit had taken place during month of november, december 2016, january and february 2017. I was declined opportunity to speak and participate in the events. The work done by me was summarily rejected despite hard work put by me to ensure quality work.

In view of above commission is requested to look into matter and take necessary action to ensure justice to me.

I am very shocked to see that in girish narayan mishra college parsathua (Sasaram) bihar, is becoming hub of corruption. From a single family every one atleast 15 people are working in this college and every year they are misusing of funds. From secreatry to clerk every one is from a single family and whoever is raising complain they are killing. How government fund is misutilising in education institute, very shocked to see it. Pls take necessary action.

Sir, I am full time research scholar (JRF) in Geography department and I had been enrolled in North Eastern Hill University since few months back. I have submitted all the necessary documents for availing the said scholarship. All my other friends account have been credited two weeks back but when it comes to mine I haven't received my scholarship. So, I request you to check out why I m not receiving the SCHOLARSHIP yet.

Sir in parshuram college papers of degree student are checked by lecturer in home as principle fixed with officials. Answers sheets are not checked by competent personnel. So a team should look into this matter directly from ugc as officials at lower levels are fixed. So to save life of students and to end this corruption action must be initiated as early as possible.

Our college is expelling a student on a false information without any proof and the student's academic year is getting wasted. Kindly look into the matter as the administration is not as per the fee charged. Tge management appointed is way too weak because of which students hardly attend the classes. Another issue is the unnecessary impose of Fines. The course never gets completed on time and is ultimately rushed towards the end and the last but not the least our college has just external show i, e it appears to be good from the infra but the reality is Vice-Versa.
