Sir i am the student of lilong haoreibi college; affiliated to manipur university student i am selected scolarship 2016-17 batch our college authority does not received also neglect of our scholars and i like to know to what is the last of scholarship for submission please share me. All the details and guideline of the ishan uday scholarship i am requested you to that please taken necessary action against the colledge authoritye i am very thankful to you forever

My original id is first one i cleared this issue once but now again ugc has blocked my id and i'm not getting scholarship.
What should i do.

I am a student of 2014-17 batch. I would like to state that udalguri college of assam said that they are not able to update or find the link for the 2014-17 batch. So the students of first batch are not able to update their documents. So please inform the college how to update the link or else the students will suffer for college's mistake and will not get the scholarship.

Not getting fellowship and hra regularly

Hello sir/ madam,

I saifuddin basheer, research scholar, arabic literature, m. G. University, kottayam. My award letter number is ugc-ref. No.2783/ (Net-jun 2013).

Earlier, all the documents were uploaded by the bank, but now all the details have migrated to respective colleges. So, colleges are uploading the documents. So, college is able to upload my continuation but unable to upload my half yearly report and hra. (From month of april). So i didn’t get my hra of april - september) 2018 and i didn't get my fellowship of april, may and july. But only 8549 rupees for june 2018 instead of 25000/-.

Kindly take it as consideration and release my fund.

I am an awardee of ishan uday scholarship for NE region 2016-17. I have received the amount only for 2months and a half. After that no amount has been received even though 21 transactions were showed in PFMS in August, 2018. The transactions were failled due to insufficient balance. Its been 2months then that i have not got any money . Continuation forms have been uploaded up-to-date. Please solve this problem.

UGC specify the rule that only phD degree awarded candidate can apply for the assistant professor post. In regulation 2016 university has asked to complete the phd evaluation and result declaration witin six month. But in regulation 2009 their is no rule regarding, maximum time university should take to declaired the result. Universty had taken almost a year or greater than year time period for phd thesis evaluation and result declaration. Then how the candidate should wait simply for such long time without doing job application.
This is injustice to the candidate under regulation 2009, because university takes yaer of time period to decalir the phd result, and candidate is not eligible to apply for the assistant professor job.
In case of net/set the result gets declaired in maximium of six month of time period and those are eligible.
While the candidate how submited the thesis for more than 11 months and phd viva is fixed also not elogible to apply for the post.
Kindley look seriously in this matter
I[censored]niversity has no time limit to declair the phd result then atlest make the candidate how are atlest fixed with phd viva should be eligible to apply for the assiatant professor.
Simply waiting for years and not able to do the job application atleast is unfair with candidates

Ugc is not replying back to my institute and not providing the id password of canara bank web portal. My institute has emailed at [protected]@gmail.com several times but no reply yet. I am 53 year old woman wanting to do my phd after completing my family responsibilities. I can do my phd only when i get fip leave as i now suffer from many health issues. But there is a rumor that fip leave is scrapped. I would like to confirm this from the concerned authority. Kindly do reply to me.

I am veeramani. P, ph. D research scholar from department of pharmacy, annamalai university. I was availing bsr-srf fellowship from ugc for phd. My institution had sent mail to '[protected]@gmail.com' to link the id in the portal and accessing ugc canara bank portal. But they are yet to receive the reply back. Nodel officer said your certificates uploaded but not shown ugc canara bank portal, and all research scholar all month fellowship credited so my fellowship not credited yet, and i am unable to get the july to september 2018 month fellowship.
I am not getting fellowship for 3 months. Nad 2017 year contigency arrear amount 11120 rubees,, it is tough for me to manage without fellowship.
Kindly take it as consideration update my canara bank id and release my 3 months fund and 2017 year 11120 rubees arrear amount.


And i had submitted april to june month 2018 continuation certificate to institution mail id link with canara bank portal past 3 months back, but yet to be not uploaded and not credited 3 months fellowships and 2017 year arrear amount 11120 rubees. My department all scholars received all months funds and uploaded all certificates, and nodel officers said your certificates uploaded, but canara bank portal id not shown and not credited the 3 months fellowships, arrear amount, now i am very strictly finance conditons and very poor status, but any one officers not consider my import problem. So kindly release my 3 months fellowship and upadate canara bank portal.

I applied for ugc net exam 2018, while applying the third step of fee payment is not processed after paying the fees.

So i made the second payement, the fee payment step is not processed yet.

So i made the third payment, after that only the payment step is processed.

Am coming under the category of obc, so my payment fee is rs.400.

Why the ugc giving a amount of rs.400, instead make rs.1200, then we aware of applying the application fee or save the time too.

Actually am applying in browsing center, due to this, my time extends, and the amount also extends, it feels very bad.

Am applying this exam by borrowing money only.

Now i paid a extra fee amount of rs.800.

The query contact number is in switched off mode.

So please refund my amount of rs.800.

Am so kind of you.

With due respect I want to state that I am PRADIP NATH BARMAN, B.Tech student of North Eastern Hill University, currently studying in the second year of my course. I have been selected for the ISHAN UDAY Scholarship 2016-17 and I have a complaint:

I am pursuing a B.tech Degree in the subject of Information Technology which is a professional/technical course, duration of 4 years. But it shows as General course with the validity till 2019. The scholarship amount for a general course is 5400 per month, and for technical course is 7800 per month. The duration for which I should be eligible for claiming the scholarship should be from[protected] and The course should be a Technical/professional course..

So, I kindly request to see into this matter and solve it before the payment is made.

I have not received my stipend for the last 3 months. I have submitted all the documents to the university post the rule, but when the university had tried uploading the documents there is a reported duplication. Understanding the same, an email has been sent to you on 05th september, 2018 to the ugc ms. Sunita. This is a humble request to kindly go through the same email and to revert back as we as jrf scholars are dependent only on the stipend that we receive. I have submitted my continuation for next 6 month in the previous 4 to 5 months ago but i have not recieved my payment yet and for that i want to know the problem behind the delay of my payment.in the last month, i have also submitted my 3rd year renewal and continuation together for 3rd year completely. I shivam from bihar. I took admission in a university of mathura in b. Sc b. Ed integral course in session 2018-22. I also alloted hostel. And payed rs5000. After spend 5 days of class i decided to cancel my admission and get refund hostel and tution fee due to some reason and health problem. When i contact university for cancellation of admission and refund fee then they say me that admission will be canceled but fee will be not refundable at any circumstances. Please help me.

I have not yet received the scholarship (Indira gandhi sgc scholarship) amount even after submitting needed information and details in my college. I was tracking but it showed certificates are not uploaded and beneficiary code is not created. I kindly request you to look into it.
