विषय— संत रामानन्द महाविद्यालय एव्ँ अनुसन्धान संस्थान फूल सागर मंड्ला की सम्बद्धता हेतु पुनः चतुर्थ आवेद्न
महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि संत रामानन्द् महाविद्यालय एवँ अनुसन्धान संस्थान फूल सागर मंड्ला को आयुक्त् उच्च शिक्षा विभाग मध्य प्रदेश् शासन भोपाल से महामहिम राज्यपाल के अनुमोदन के उपरांत 18/11/2016 को NOC प्राप्त हुई तत्पश्चात कुल सचिव रानी दुर्गावती विश्व विद्यालय के पत्र क्रमांक अका/2017/539/ दिनांक 01/02/2017 के अनुसार रूपये दो लाख तीन हजार पांच सौ मात्र का भुगतान 31/03/2017 को स्टेट बैंक मंडला शाखा से चालान संख्या 199 के द्वारा किया गया. 24 सितंबर 2017 को विश्व विद्यालय की अनुमोदित समिति द्वारा निरीक्षण सम्पन्न हुआ
सम्बन्धित संस्थान में प्राचार्य की नियुक्ति 08/08/2017 को हुई . तत्पश्चात 28/08/2017 को कॉलेज कोड 28 के पैरा पार्ट 6(1) (C) के अंतर्गत शासी निकाय के दो सदस्यों की भी नियुक्ति की जा चुकी है. महाविद्यालय अपने सभी नॉर्म्स को पूरा करने के उपरांत पूर्व में सम्बद्धता से सम्बन्धित तीन आवेदन विश्विद्यालय को दे चुका है.परन्तु कार्यवाही नहीं होने के कारण आपको पुनः चतुर्थ आवेदन में उक्त संस्थान को सम्बद्धता की अतिशीघ्र कार्यवाही की अपेक्षा के साथ पत्र प्रेषित है.
विश्विद्यालय प्रबंधन की इस लापरवाही और सुस्त कार्य प्रणाली के चलते उक्त संस्थान का वर्ष 2017/18 का शैक्षणिक सत्र निरंक रहा. अगर विश्विद्यालय प्रबंधन नियत समय सीमा में निष्ठा पूर्वक कार्यवाही करता तो संत रामानन्द् महाविद्यालय एवँ अनुसन्धान संस्थान फूल सागर मंड्ला को चालू सत्र
में संबद्धता प्रदान कर आदिवासी बाहुल्य क्षेत्र मंडला के संसाधनहीन, पिछड़े हुए और शिक्षा से वंचित छात्रों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की नीवं रख सकता था, परन्तु कई बार पत्र व्यवहार करने के उपरांत भी विश्विद्यालय के उदासीन रवैये के कारण निराशा ही हाथ लगी,
विश्व विद्यालय से चतुर्थ बार फिर से आग्रह है की आगामी शिक्षा सत्र 2017/18 में सम्बद्धता की कार्यवाही अतिशीघ्र सुनिश्चित करे जिससे संस्था आदिवासी बच्चो के बेहतर कल और उनकी उच्च शिक्षा तथा भविष्य निर्माण की दिशा में सुचारु रूप से कार्य कर सके.
विश्विद्यालय प्रबंधन की हीला हवाली से पिछ्ला सत्र शून्य रह जाने की वजह से संत रामानन्द् महाविद्यालय एवँ अनुसन्धान संस्थान फूल सागर मंड्ला की छवि धूमिल हुई है .तथा प्रतिष्ठान को लेकर जनता में विश्वास की कमी आई है.अतः कुलसचिव जी से निवेदन है की सस्थां के भविष्य को देखते हुए उक्त महाविद्यालय की प्रतिष्ठा को बचाएँ और सम्बद्धता की कार्यवाही येन केन प्रकारेण सम्पन्न करें. विश्विद्यालय की उदासीन कार्यशैली की वजह से संस्थान पिछ्ला एक सत्र गवां कर एक बड़ी कीमत चुका चुका है, और प्रतिष्ठा में आई कमी का खामियाजा अब तक भुगत रहा है, अतः आपसे इस पत्र के जरिये पुनः निवेदन /आवेदन है की आदिवासी क्षेत्र में स्तिथ इस संस्था का सृजन लाभ के लिए नहीं अपितु शिक्षा के प्रचार प्रसार हेतु सेवा भावना के साथ किया गया है
कृपया संस्थान को इस शैक्षणिक सत्र में सम्बद्धता देवें जिससे महाविद्यालय के प्रति दाखिले, मान्यता/सम्बद्धता और स्वयं संस्थान के भविष्य को लेकर जनता में और छात्रों के बीच विश्वास बना रहे

Hi this is a complaint regarding to -
Zion international safety college -  
College in nagercoil, kanyakumari district, india.
It is an institution done in a small class room but they are viewing
As it is a collage.
So please make a proper action regarding to this, because they are playing in a students life who they are finishing their schooling.

I, kankana banerjee, a recipient of indira gandhi single girl child scholarship for pg programmes, 2015-16 was supposed to receive a sum of rs. 3100/- per month for 10 months a year, for 2 years.

But unfortunately, i received amounts less than rs. 3100/- for 2 installments; rs. 1033 in 6th installment and rs. 1378 in 17th installment.

And the last installment credited in my account is the 19th installment on 25.10.2017. And till now i didn't get the 20th installment credited in my account.

Kindly let me know why i didn't get the supposed amount in that installment. And also kindly let me know, by when will the 20th installment be credited in my account.

I hold a ugc maulana azad national fellowship for ph. D (Life sciences) from saifia science college, barkatullah university. This is to inform you that i have not received my stipend from financial year 2010 to financial year 2012. I have been involved in research since 2008 and without fellowship & salary completion of research and expenses have been difficult & affected my expenses badly. Whenever i have tried to contact ugc, with the contact numbers given by financial deptt.in ugc & as on the official website, nobody picks the call or it is engaged. It is very difficult to meet the expenses without stipend... With humble request to you please give me justice. Please look forward in this matter.

This is about jharkhand rai university, ranchi, kamre, this college is running a great business, without any proper study, practical, it should be business university, only fine and fine any time exam starts and ends, not a single exam has ended and another exam starts after four is this the rule of examination department. There should be a strict action against it. There should be enquary on the facilities and the imformation submitted to ugc.

We are glad recieving fellowship, first service was very nice but after 2015 it fails to sanction money timely, i m duyu meena awarded on 2014-15 list and i was suppose to recieve money till june 2017 but unfortunately i didn't get money since november 2017 and in bank system its showing ithat my documents has been accepted but not getting it till now its almost been 1 year. The scholarship was suppose to help and support us but its not after november i had to make struggle to pay college fee. So i kindly resquest you sir /madam to solve this case as soon as possible and some of the canara bank employe are rude to answer and i submited my documents atleast 4 times to bank but it was uploaded on november twice they have misplace the documents. Please with bottom o my heart solve it and provide us the scholarship amount its very neccessary hence new semester is reopening

As per the declaration of result i am qualified for assistant professor under obc category. I got 50.29percentage in the exam and completed the paper minimum requirements of three papers. I am unable to scholarship since my college is unable to connect with canara bank due to lack of registered emailid and password. Even after several emails and phone calls there was no outcome. Please help me to get my scholarship as soon as possible. I am from agartala, tripura. And i am studying in future institute of engineering and management. So please help me out to get the email id and password of my institution registered in ugc.

I am an ishan uday awardee (Ner-gen[protected] of 2015-16 batch. I wanted to inform you that i havenot received my money since 21months despite o[censored]ploading my renewal and continuation till now. On 6dec, 2017 most of my friends received money but i didn't. Everytime i ask the bank people (Canara bank-jorhat branch) they say my documents have been signed and i will soon get the money but till now i didn't receive. So i kindly request you to look over the matter.

I am jeesa george, pursuing pg course in st. Aloysius college, elthuruthu, thrissur. I would like to inform you that the college authority can't create user's profile through the web portal https://scholarship.canarabank.in/ adminlogin. Aspx, for further procedures. They asked us to mail and to inform you this matter. Many students went to canara bank and the bank authority too told that from this year onwards it is the college authority who is responsible for the scholarship procedures. But college authority cant access to the web portal that is created by ugc. So please kindly inform us about the further procedures after downloading the award letter or how to register in that web portal.

With due regard i want to inform u that at the time of my ba private first semester 2015 enrollment in barkatullah university bhopal the data entry operator of college "j. L. N. Memorial college, sohagpur" distt. Hoshangabad (M. P.) has entred my wrong date of birth (14/07/1964) but my actual date of birth (According to my high school marksheet) is "14/07/1974". When i asked to college regarding this mistake the college replied that now it can be changed only by university. So pls. Correct my date of birth so that i could get my final marksheet & degree with correct date of birth. I m herewith attaching all related documents in support of my statement.

D fellowship grant (2009) is still pending, (Not released) the amount is not disbursed to the principal of semi government college saifia science college (On my behalf), bhopal. Requesting you to please record the complaint and transfer the manf amount to my college principal or to my personal account. The details of my account are already send to ugc everyday. The details of my ugc - manf ph. D scholarship are send to ugc authorities everyday through mail requesting to disburse the scholarship amount asap.

Dear sirs / madam,

My son lokesh p m was studied in sastra university, tanjavur in tamil nadu (B-tech) for a period of 35days from 21 july 2017 to 30 august 2017. As you all aware the delay in mbbs admission, due to neet exam issues in tamil nadu, force us to took an alternate course. Currently my son joined in medical through government quota and we request sastra university to consider to refund the caution deposit. Usd 5000/= (In word : five thousand only) + inr 14000 + inr12000 hostel +others inr 5000 etc. But sastra university refuse to refund caution deposit amount while giving tc. They forced us to give a letter saying that we will not claim any money further. We are in lower middle class family hence request you to help us out / advise to refund caution deposit after debiting service charges. I have sent a letter to registrar of sastra university by registered post in oct2017 but no response.

Your response would be highly appreciated. Guide us to move further

When we took admission the prospectus and free structure was different but from second year they increasing fee without any legal bases... Increased fee is also taken for us... Plz take a sensior action towards it... Another the quality of education. Is not too much good as per ugc rules... Teachers are not sensior towards class and does not take classes sensiorly... And scold them for short attendance... Please check it...

Sir, i am studying in mizoram university, computer engineering, 5th semester, our hod dr prem nath teaches us "theory of computation" i was having a back in second semester for this reason our hod did not allow us for two month to attend the class... And later he allows me to attend... So due to this reason i am facing attendence problem now... But now he didnot allow me to appear the end sem exam...
Sir please take some action against him... Many other students of our department facing problems due to dr prem nath sir

We frequently visit ugc to find out the position of grant, and every time it is said that the grant will be send to saifia college. Kindly release the grant to my account
Plz look into the matter. On investigating, saifia science college has confirmed that no award letter or amount has been received from ugc.

I was selected for sgc scholarship from university grant commision and my awardee letter number is (F./2016-17/sgc-obc[protected]/ (Sa-111/website), but the problem is the website adress given in that awardee letter is not opening (Showing that it is removed from website) in that website university should upload the awardee information. Instead of this ugc is informed that should be uploaded by pfms but no one giving information about how to upload and futhur procedure what to be done my university people also didnot know about this please help me out of this.
