RESPECTED UGC,
In Arunachala Pradesh huge student facing lot of problem to get admission at B.ED in rgu affiliated college because RGU instruct those college who affiliated to RGU, give extra mark and privilege to student who pass out from rgu affiliated college like donipolo bed college (give extra 5 mark to rgu affiliated student), hills bed college and vkv bed college ( give extra10 mark to student who pass out from rgu affiliated college like Dera natung govt. college) during selection of bed merit list system (i.e. selection system done according to your marksheet percentage)
and RGU conduct very year entrance exam but take privilege to those student who pass out from RGU AFFILATED COLEGE .
which cause lot of student who pass out from private college or university (affiliated to ugc )didn't get admission in rgu affiliated college which cause unemployment increase in state, student get mentally problem, and student year loss and student can able to do bed etc.

therefore i would evergratefull, i[censored]gc take necessary action against these

Dear Sir,
The statutory bodies of India on control and motoring of quality education is best in the world. We have many statutory bodies like UGC, AICTE and so and so forth. It is matter of great concern to note that IBS Gurgaon, IDPL Complex, Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, Dundahera, Gurgaon is running 2 years Post Graduate Programme in Management charging Fe of Rs.9.09 Lakhs from each students for this unrecognized Certificate. On the website it is written as MBA/PGPM. This kind of misleading advertisement leads in to admission by parents and students in this Institute. Most of the Faculties are not qualified according to AICTE/UGC norms. Infrastructure is on rented building. Even Director is not qualified according to AICTE/UGC norms. The Institute has copied the model of IIPM in Delhi. People in the large has been made aware o[censored]nrecognized form of IIPM, but IBS, Gurgaon is functioning in glorified manner. Why is this double standard adopted by AICTE/UGC? Can AICTE/UGC inspect the Institute and ask them to get approved by AICTE and affiliated to a local Under the geography of Haryana. Students having undergone 2 years of course and paid hefty sum of Rs.9.09 Lakh are not eligible for pursuing Ph.D Course. It is nothing but ruining future career of the students.

I am a student of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University
University in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.They are conducting sem exams in offline mode on 14th july and many students tested positive for covid after the exam.In kerala the cases are high .
Due to the 'new covid' conditions it is difficult for us to attend the offline exams and since its a tough time for all o[censored]s, we request you to change the mode of exam to online.They are not even ready to hear us.They are not even ready to obey ugc order.please take necessary action against them they are playing with our life

Right now our country is facing a second wave of the corona virus. Conducting offline exams without providing vaccination seems highly risky. Since the whole semester was conducted online, it's already too much pressure on the students for writing the exams offline, but now because of the rapid rise in covid cases this is adding on stress to us . Conducting examination during this severe situation not only puts our health at risk, but also our family's . Please take appropriate measures to ensure that the exams are conducted in online mode as long as this risk continues. We hope you'll understand our mental situation right now and take necessary actions accordingly.

I have enrolled my BSC IT program to Kuvempu University through NIIT in 2008 due to some circumstances, I cleared my last semester in 2016. Will my BSC IT program be recognized from UGC DEB or not.

I had applied for my UGC JRF scholarship from Dec, 2020 to June, 2020 but I haven't received it yet due to some transaction failure from your end. Please do the repayment or tell the procedure to get it repaid. I had contacted my bank and there is no issue from their end.

I need your assistance at the earliest and hence I am mailing it to whom so ever I found to be relevant. If this mail has to be sent to someone that I have missed then please guide me in doing so.

Hello Sir, I was admitted to PhD at GVISH in Maharashtra under JRF fellowship scheme. The details of it was entered on 28/01/2021 but still it shows that account details are yet to updated and only few details are shown to me in Canara scholars portal. As right now due to pandemic situation my research work is getting hampered due to financial stress and many more concerning issues are there. I request you to kindly plz do the needful steps as soon as possible, and plz convey some words of considerations.

I have entered a college called Bits Pilani, kk Birla goa campus via gate score in 2020 for my master's degree. I had applied for GATE scholarship in the month of December. The college had submitted all details to the UGC but my beneficiary code has been in the pending status for the last 3 months.
I have complained about the issue to the AICTE, UGC but I did get any response till now.
I Just want to get the beneficiary code to be updated as soon as possible so that I can get my scholarship.

I was a student of PGDCCL in National institute of Criminology and Forensic Science which is affiliated to INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY DELHI
My final EXAMS got over in the month of September and till now we haven’t got our results. The institute says that they have submitted the results to the university.
All the students are awaiting the results because of some reason or the other. I am personally waiting it for applying for further education and till I don’t get the results that is not possible.
The university is just playing with the future of students by not releasing the results.
It has been 9 months now and still no response from the institute.
Please look into it and release the results asap.

I am a Net JRF fellow since 2015 [Ref. No. 341/(NET-DEC. 2015)], pursuing PhD. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. I was on field work since two months when the last lockdown had begun in March 2020 and had to leave to my hometown since i was an interstate scholar, and hostel had closed down. Lockdown continued till the end of the year and there was no interstate travel for many months. Due to this reason I could not to upload my continuation and HRA certificates for the months from Jan to November 2020.

However, when some means for travel opened up, I did the certification in the month of November but the link to upload them for the months Jan, Feb, and March 2020 had been closed. This was intimated to me only in the month April 2021. It was purely due to lockdown circumstances. I kindly request you to open the links for uploading the required forms for availing my fellowship for the months January, February and March, 2020.

This is Sanjib Das from kolkata. I'm pursuing my PhD but have not received any fellowship since my joining on December 2020. My canara bank profile shows my fellowship has been generated but I've not received anything yet. I'd be grateful if someone help me to resolve the issue.

I am siddharthan.R, studing IMSC psychology in HOLY CROSS COLLEGE, TRICHY, TAMILNADU. I paid semester fees and exam fees but i not paid the DCA extra course fees, due to that the college admin not allowing me to attend the online semester exam may, 2021. so many students families get suffered due to covid, in this situation college admin not allow us to attend the exam. so kindly take a action against college admin to stop this issue and do favor to our students

1.Iam a NFPWD selected candidate for UGC, Presidency collelge, Madras University . My selection letter has received on 10th November 2020. I have given all approval letters to Canarabank at Arumbakkam Chennai. I have received my Basic amount 25000 and 31000 for 33 months, but i have not receive my HRA for 33 months . Total HRA [6X[protected], and 16*7400= 119040, HRA for JRF =155000] to be recieved.

HRA for SRF 8400X6=50640 to be received.

JRF to SRF conversion letter with all approvals letter also uploaded through canrabank at Arumbakkam month January 2021.

But now iam receiving JRF basic only pls conver into SRF and release my SRF basic and HRA immediaetly

Pls do the needful to credit the above said balance amount to my Canara bank AC.

My university has uploaded the account details and Joining Report of mine for activation of my JRF scholarship. I got a mail from the Canara Bank to confirm the details. After I confirmed the details, the deatails disappeared suddenly and the page is not showing any information of my account or university. Please look into the matter.

I have cleared MANF June 2020, and submitted all the documents in the university. I have not recieved the benificiary code and cannot able to register on the scholarship portal. The reason is that the dealing assistant o[censored]niversity has entered the wrong e-mail id. But a request for the change of email id was sent to ugc. More than 2 months have gone but still i have not recieved any response in this regard.
Kindly update my email id as per the request sent by the university, so that i shall proceed further for registration on the portal.

Sir I have cleared NET JRF exam in 2019.
I have taken admission in Phd in CCS university meerut.
My university have uploaded my details on the portal and I got the confirmation email. But after some days the details became unavailable.
And I am not able to receive the jrt amount. While my RDC was happened on 1 feb 2020.
Upto now I am facing financial crisis. And my research is also facing obstacles due to this.

I am a Ph. D scholar in Tezpur University. I cleared my Jrf in Dec, 2019, even after clearing all the required formalities, I have not yet received my Jrf scholarship. The status of Canara scholar's corner account states as being generated, but it has not been credited in account.
Please look into the matter and do the needful, as my research is hampered due to mental stress and financial debt.
