We have applied for scholarship when we were in 1st year of our college, 2years back that is on 2017. Now as we have reached 3rd year and even selected for the scholarship, but haven't received any of our scholarship amount till now. Not specifically me, but no one of 2017 batch haven't received any money till date. We applied scholarship in ugcs inshan uday special scheme for north eastern region in 2017.

I completed my executive mba in maharishi university of information technology, sitapur road, lucknow since 2015, but they refused to give me my certificate. If i called them they will pretend as if they don't know me, if i go to the school they will tell me it's not ready, for over four years now, they keep on giving me excuses, i'm an international student, because of the certificate i couldn't do anything, i can't further my education again

Myself sarfaraj alam from tezpur, assam had applied for ishan uday scholarship 2017-18. Everything has been verified and i had been selected for the scholarship. But the payment hasn't been processed to my bank account. When i checked, it showed that they had tried to transfer the money on[protected] but the reason for failed transaction was frozen account. I would like to mention that my account was never blocked or frozen at the aforementioned date. So it would be very kind that i would receive my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i would be obliged to file a case in the consumer courts as my account was never frozen at the said period.

I have got admitted my daughter ms pooja kulkarni for ist year aerospace engineering at jain university bengalore by paying rs 60000/- on 29 april 2019.in the month of july cancelled admission with written to refund admission after deducting applicable charges. Jain university is not replying and not repaying amount. It was promised by them that will be paid in aug 2019 later in sep first week later said dispaching on 30 sep 2019. It is october end and not answering to mail

Sir/mam i would like to know why did you make that rule, atleast let a master's degree candidate teach a bachelor's degree students... Because if we are still not eligible to have a job as a teacher after master's then what's the whole point to study hard after bachelor's degree... Peoples are doing hard work to get at this level and then everyone says that according to ugc you aren't eligible for teaching untill you won't qualify net and phd.. But what would a person do untill he or she qualifies net.. Unemployed??? That means there is nothing after master's too... Because it's not that easy for everyone to qualify net in one attempt... Please it's my humble request what should a person do in this condition?? Because a middle class family won't wait for net then phd and then job... Which means our future is destroyed already no career... Please give us a suggestion...🙏

I am unable to download my ugc e-certificate of december 2018 conducted by ugc nta exam in december 2018 from the online link uploaded by ugc as i enter the details it says incorrect details. But using the same details i can or still view or download my result from the site. Seeking a remedy to the issue i had sent an email as well as tried to contact in the provided phone number but none of the officials are attending the calls nor responding to the emails. I had cleared the examination and was in require of the e-certificate for my further higher studies.

I have booked seat in noida international university through sunstone eduversity but due to my some family issue iam not able to take admission and ihave mailed to sunstone eduversity regarding the cancellation of seat but they were saying that we will not cancel it's not in our hand it will automatically cancelled through ugc and your entire fee will be taken to ugc you will not get back any amount so please sir guide me or help me. As i have recently joined the bbc (Ballari business college) and now my dad health is not good n i'm mentally disturbed soo i can't conectarte on my studies because i'm the younger son in my house and my dad is not able to pay the fees of my studies so i have decided to quit the studies..! Soo then i went to my college officials to ask my original certificate (10th, 12th marks card) they are telling us to should pay all the 3 years term fee all about 85-90 thousands pay and take the certificate or else there not going to give to us...!

I hope you understand my problem and help to get out of it

I'm one of the scholars of ishan uday scholarship-ner but i had been only for 29 months which was supposed to be for three years. My college id had also been deactivated and no response was sent to college when complained about this.
Therefore, i would like to request you for taking the matter up immediately and disbursal of scholarship should be continued.

As per considerating above subject here i am very sad to informed you my self working as a assistant professor in jspm's charak college of pharmacy and research, wagholi, pune-412207 since 2011. Here from beginning we are phasing salary issue and victim of human rights in same college during working. Recently i tried to justice above mentioned subject but present appointed principal dr. S. B. Wankhede proceed to conclude financial and mental stress in daily routine. So i decide to go for justice in high court. (Credit msg as per goverment norms salary but debit msg compensate fake loan tie up with pnb bank, pune w. R. T jayawant multistate bank)
I hope our information would be beneficial for me. So please give me immediate information.
Also i request to take action against dr. S. B. Wanghede (Principal jspm ccopr, wagholi, pune) as per law or constitutional provision immedietly.

It is to bring to your kind notice about a rare situation regarding application and recruitment process for the post of assistant professor/ associate professor/ professor in the indian universities. As per the ugc suggested regulations, good academic record must be from graduation level to consider in eligibility criteria.in my case, i passed graduation with minimum qualifying marks and above 50% in the subject concerned for post graduation. With the required qualification for pg programme, i entered pg and completed. Later i completed m. Phil and ph. D. I was also qualified for net - jrf. I published research papers. I could achieve my academic goals.
But my application for the post of assistant professor is regected by universities due the phrase "good academic record" in ug. I cannot understand, all these years spent, what is the purpose of my education? The ug marks criteria acceptable for pg entrance is not acceptable for recruitment? It is not just my issue. There are certain people, in spite of having academic achievements, unable to reach their intended goals. I request you to solve this issue by revising and redifining the 'good academic record'-

Respected sir/madam. My name is parmar karan nandlal and student id is 921/ (Obc) (Net-dec.2015). I am pursuing ph. D in commerce subject in saurashtra university rajkot, gujarat. I am taking net-jrf since 01 january 2017. My college name is shri sadgurudev shri ranchhoddasji bapu mahila home science college & lt. M. J. Kundaliya english medium mahila commerce & b. B. A college rajkot gujarat 360001.

My college has old maker id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in which is now deactivated) in ugc which was taken by college in past but in that id our college name was wrongly mentioned (The wrong name is shri ramdeobaba college of engineering and management-11246) and my college linked my account in that id. College request ugc through email to correct the name of college in id which was wrong in old maker id and provide new maker id to college.

Ugc provide new maker id (Ahjoshi. Os.[protected]@gmail.com) to college recently, but now the main problem is that my name (Parmar karan nandlal) is already shown as linked in old maker id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in which is now deactivated) (Which has wrong college name) and because of that college is unable to link my account in new maker id (Ahjoshi. Os.[protected]@gmail.com) as well as unable to upload my documents and there is no option in canara bank web portal to delink candidate. Due to this reason, since august 2018, i am not getting fellowship.

Please help me in this issue as soon as possible

My name is Fathima M A. I am a Research Scholar from Kerala, doing PhD in Psychology in Prajyothi Niketan College, research centre under Calicut University. I have cleared JRF in January 2019.

As per instruction given in UGC Notice F.No.8-2/2016(SA-III/DBT/MoU) dated 18 May 2018, my college Principal had sent a mail requesting for User ID and Password for UGC-Canara Bank web portal for initiating the process for availing the fellowship.

However after multiple mails, there has been no reply. Until we get the User ID and Password we wont be able to initiate the process for availing the fellowship. Financial constraint is becoming a difficulty as days pass by. Kindly consider my plight and provide a user id and password to my college so that i can complete the procedure at the earliest and avail the fellowship.

I am syeda ulfath tazeen kadri - a ugc jrf net recipient (Stud id:[protected],) carrying out research at maharani's science college for women, bangalore. Inspite of all the requisite details been uploaded and approved at the cbugcsms portal by the institution i have not yet received-
annual contingency which was expected in april 2018. Its delayed by an entire year.
my fellowship from the month of november 2018 and hra from the month of october 2018 till date, that is 5 months of fellowship and 6 months of hra is pending along with one year of contingency.
the scholarship portal shows the pending amount of fellowship as rs.25, 000 per month instead of the hiked rs. 31, 000, which was supposed to be in effect from january 2019. Apparently it is still not in effect.

Kindly disburse the fellowship at the earliest as i don't know how to cope up with the financial issues due to the non-disbursal of fellowship anymore.

Uske alawa college walon ne 25000 rupay le liye the. Or sir, is saal bhi faltu me university form fees mang rhe hain or practical fees mangenge. Sir b. Ed. 2nd year ki fees 28000 thi lekin college walon ne 30000 liye the. Sir dm se bhi pichli saal shikayat ki thi lekin kuch hua nhi. Aap plz kuch kariye. Please help us.

I am a research scholar entitled to ugc jrf. I have not received my fellowship since the last 3 months (This is after the announcement of monthly disbursal was made). Even prior to that whenever i had received the money, the disbursal of funds has never followed any regular pattern. Sometimes the amount includes the fellowship and the hra but at other times it is only the basic fellowship. This results in serious financial uncertainities for the scholars and the problem is further aggravated by the fact that the beneficiaries of this fellowship are not allowed to take up 'any paid assignment'. The concerned authorities must understand that a large number of research scholars are living as outstation students in rented accomodations depending on the fellowship as a sole source of income which makes their situation very vulnerable to financial insecurities.

Sir, we have been running three courses (Data entry operator, sewing machine operator & beauty & wellness) approved under the scheme of community colleges since august 2018.

In january we had been informed about securing a letter of affiliation from our current university and we had promptly complied with the same (Please find a copy enclosed for your ready reference).

However, despite repeated requests, grants have not been received till date.

Sir, we have very sincerely abided by the guidelines of nsqf and appointed qualified faculties for these courses. And we need to pay them on time. May i most humbly request you to please issue instructions to release the grants as payments to the concerned faculties are pending for quite sometime now.

Looking forward to an early resolution to our release of grants.
