I want to apply for a course in the institute of distance education, chennai.in their prospectus, they have mentioned that the fees will not be refunded if admission is declined (If the certificates and documents sent are not up to their satisfaction). They have asked us to send the transfer certificate and marksheets through post. But, as i am already studying in a college, my marksheet and tc are with the college. I just wanted to clarify this before paying 10, 000 rupees. I have sent mails, and have been calling them for the past 2 weeks everyday. But, no one is even answering the phone.
University Of Madras customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
