Today i have tried to make online payment through indian bank website.
Acknowledgment was not generated. So i once again tried and got acknowledgement. When happen to see my bank account it was ticely debited.
And another acknowledgement also generated. For rs.7300/- can you plese let me know how to get refund.

    It is very strange and disappointing that such a big and reputed universisty does not have any email id mentioned on their website for customer service queries.

    I needed to enquire about online payment and processing for my world education society (Wes) application. However, it is even more disappointing to find that anna university has online submission of wes application however madras university does not have any links.

    People residing outside the country with no associates in chennai, will have no other option than to travel all the way or to trust some third party agency to do this for them at a premium price.

    This is really shocking that they don't have an online payment portal when all are so keen about digitalisation and advancement in technology.

        Above is the mail sent to the university last year and till now there is no response. Bank has intimated that the university has not granted any refund against this neither confirmed that it was debited twice.

        I cannot afford with the 5000 rs penalty for re appearance fees, please wave off the penatly, i can only pay the subject fees

          Respected sir/madam,

          I have completed my b.com corporate secretaryship in the year of 2012. But, when i collecting all my mark sheets the code is incorrectly pasted in mark sheet as arabic instead of tamil, with that cause i didn't get my provisional certificate still now. When i reaching out my collage my hod/principal responded this should be corrected by university of madras. I have reached out my department representative many times and still my problem yet to solved. I was really fed up to reaching out the collage and university and nobodies helping me out. Just now i got selected for the reputed company and they asking for provisional certificate. I have cleared all my papers even though i didn't get my certificates, could you please please help me to get my certificates. After a long time i getting a new job please help me out from this issue.

            I did my m. Sc cfis (Reg. No:c17101pci6024) of the year 2017-18. I yet to receive my provisional certificate. University has sent it to my temporary address, but now i shifted to another place, so it bouncing back to university. I went to university to get the certificate, they say it's not with us reach the post office. So i went to post office they say vice-versa. Please let me know how i get the certificate.

              I have only received my mark sheets of i & final year for the mba hr degree. But i have not received the degree and provisional certificate. When i approached the mba section in university, i was asked to provide the challan of the fees paid in my i year which i am not having it with me. Without producing that, the admission department is not providing the course completion certificate against which i will be able get my degree & provisional certificate. Request your intervention and support to get my degree certificates at the earliest.

                    They provided lots of contact number but no one has give the response and most of the number is not in use. So many students will not able to come directly based on their distance and some other works to clarify their queries. Their ide server as down for the last four days, till now the server is not up. So that i am try their contact number. No use.

                                consolidated marksheet not received

                                Myself pramod dharwariya, a9101uma6210, (Distance programme) had paid amount of 1500 on 19 july 2019 for obtaining consolidate marksheet of bsc maths, i have slip of payment as a proof... Marksheet was required for my urgent job document verification.
                                I sent marksheet form on 22 july 2019 along with a application and required documents, but now its over a month and i have not recieved any marksheet till now, i tried to ring in office...
