As per the particulars given above even after lapse of 2 years you are not refunding the extra debited 1036 x2 = 2072/-
My mother also is a madras university graduate and she used to praise this university a lot. Now i feel embarassed to see this lapse of loss of money of twice the exam fees. Is this only for me or all students are you charging three times the money?
Next complaint is even though i saw on online i passed the exam successfully, i am yet to receive the degree certificate and mark sheet for iii year till now.
I am very much in trouble since i work out of station and cannot come personally for all theese things.
Kindly redress theabove issues at the earliest.

Sir i went for mba distance education exam tody in jha agarsam college at 10.28 they didnt allow me write, i was tellng the security to call the principal but at 11.30 the management called the police, the policemen came and warned us to go out, after which principal came to meet us, the way he spoke was completely worst and hard handling his name is mohana krishnan, he came and said to get out of the college, as a girl i was literally asking him to allow me in but he literally shouted at me like a rowdy and asked to get out of the college he challenged to take any action against him or against the college. Tody finally then never allowed me to write the exam i was mentally stressed, please request you to take necessary action against them. I here by attach the proof that i was n the college thank you

Completed my Post graduation in 2007 in Economics but not received my degree certificate /Provisional certificate. my center code is 301 with registration number X4PEC95002. My Center did not provide me any certificate. I have only all original marksheet with me. Tried to contact my Center in kolkata but no response received. Now I got to know that
My center in kolkata shut down their business. I need my certificate for further studies for aboard. please help me at the earliest.

I joined in university of madras-institute of distance education for studying mba operations management in 2017. My enrollment number is a17101pbo6085. I have passed in all 4 semesters and received mark sheet for first two semester. Unfortunately, i didn't received mark sheet for 3rd & 4th semester and course completion certificate. I tried many times by person and through mail. They said courier returned back and agreed to send again. I purposefully wrote delivery address over the envelop. Even though my documents are not yet received. Since i am working in vellore, i couldn't able to travel to chennai many times. Though i visit the mba office in the university, no proper response from the staffs.

Iam studying in tagore college and arts and science (Chrompet). The stafs were very rude to all students.. They blackmailing the students in the internal mark with their personal vengence.. They torturing students daily with a hair cut and beard.. They did not allow students to college without clean shave daily. They black mailing us with clean shave even daily. If we ask transfer certificate and our original marksheet to join another college. But they black mailing us to pay the 3 years full fees and after you get your originals. This was very bad. All the students hate this college. Even if students asks, they black mailing us that they would fail us in internal. All the students of tagore college of arts and science were very sad to think about joined in this college. The restroom facility, classrooms, building were very weak. The wall of the college were cracked. They didn't get care of it. They were single-minded to get the fees. But they didn't give the value for money of education facilities. Please take care of our complaint and order the college to change their rules.. Please.. Please... Please... Please., please... Please... Please... Please.. Kindly take charge of if.. Please...

I wish to complain about my non receipt of provisional and convocation certificates so far. I belong to May 2018 Batch B A English. Even I wasn't informed yet whether I have to pay any unpaid fee!!!...? I was informed by many that though we approach them in person they don't try to solve the problems immediately. What should I do then to get my credentials at once?

Mca (Direct 2nd year) a18102 batch. Most irrespectfull teachers ever seen. Treating like school kids. Mental torture.. Blackmailing everything with marks or not allowing us to write exams. Yelling at everyone without any reason. Humiliating the students with unparlimentary words.
Giving the record content one day and expecting to submit the spiral copy the same day. Insulting students if they ask some doubt / question / help. Hod is also not responding to incident. Not teaching anything related to subject and asking us to blindly type what's in the text book. I really wonder are we studying school or pg? Really insulted. The college is really not taking any action. They even ask you if you turn your face, talk to you next person, or if even left our place to something from our bag. Treating the students like slaves if made even some small mistake. We totally have 6 classes, in that they expect us to print all the content within the lab (1 printer for 10 students) and same time we need to finish all programs and show output. Very silly rules and chilidish attitude. I think we are 2019 era, but if our lectures seen us girls and boys talking, they insult you right there with nonsense questions.

It is very strange and disappointing that such a big and reputed universisty does not have any email id mentioned on their website for customer service queries.

I needed to enquire about online payment and processing for my world education society (Wes) application. However, it is even more disappointing to find that anna university has online submission of wes application however madras university does not have any links.

People residing outside the country with no associates in chennai, will have no other option than to travel all the way or to trust some third party agency to do this for them at a premium price.

This is really shocking that they don't have an online payment portal when all are so keen about digitalisation and advancement in technology.

Total amount incorrectly debited for which session expired: rs 2072.

Above is the mail sent to the university last year and till now there is no response. Bank has intimated that the university has not granted any refund against this neither confirmed that it was debited twice.

I have completed my b.com corporate secretaryship in the year of 2012. But, when i collecting all my mark sheets the code is incorrectly pasted in mark sheet as arabic instead of tamil, with that cause i didn't get my provisional certificate still now. When i reaching out my collage my hod/principal responded this should be corrected by university of madras. I have reached out my department representative many times and still my problem yet to solved. I was really fed up to reaching out the collage and university and nobodies helping me out. Just now i got selected for the reputed company and they asking for provisional certificate. I have cleared all my papers even though i didn't get my certificates, could you please please help me to get my certificates. After a long time i getting a new job please help me out from this issue.

I did my m. Sc cfis (Reg. No:c17101pci6024) of the year 2017-18. I yet to receive my provisional certificate. University has sent it to my temporary address, but now i shifted to another place, so it bouncing back to university. I went to university to get the certificate, they say it's not with us reach the post office. So i went to post office they say vice-versa. Please let me know how i get the certificate.
