I sent an amount of Rs.30000 from kotak bank to andhra bank account through andhra bank upi app and I got transaction fail message.Amount is debited from kotak bank, but not received by the beneficiary .The upi transaction number is[protected].Andhra bank upi quairy no. is 1535 and it showing open till now. kotak bank account no. is[protected], ifsc code is KKBK0007873 andhra bank account no. is [protected], ifsc code is ANDB0001161 Was this information helpful? | |||||

My transaction is failed but my UBI account Balance is debit and my SBI account does not credit please look into this and do it in favour of me as soon as possible.

On 26/09/2017, my transaction failed for Five Thousand Rupees(Rs.5000) done through Andhra Bank UPI Mobile App.I have received a message 'Transaction Failed'.
But the amount got deducted from my A/C, No. [protected] and the transaction Id is[protected].
My emaild id is [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly revert back my amount into my account as soon as possible.
