Hi,
I had a consultation from rahul saraf to enroll in their course. He was 24*7 available to consult me through to enroll with them.
I made the payment right while talking to him and just next mornjng i decided to withdraw i didn’t feel comfortable in taking e course further.

Rahul assured that money will be refunded but i should rethink and be motivated to study for the exam. I insisted and said if i want to continue i’ll come back to him.

After that he has been completely ignorant and late in responding to my refund queries.
They were completely on their toes when it was the time to enroll, but as soon as refund was requested they have completely ignored the requests.

On 11 th september i was told i would be sew refund within 8 days. After that they have just been postponing the deadline and now they have stopped responding at all.

I’m living and working in new zealand at the moment and there’s no other way i could get hold of them to refund my 13000/- rupees which i paid through my international debit card on their ufaber portal.

UPSC Pathshala has helped me Clear UPSC Mains. I was trying since 3 years and then I found UPSC Pathshala online on social media. Even i am facing the same problem. I paid 15k and the next day itself i understood that they are not suitable to my way of study and whatever promised is a big ###..I asked them to refund the amount and now they are not replying to my calls

The same thing happened to me. they took a third-party loan from early-salary before any prior intimation and there has been a lot of conversation about closing that loan. all the time they forward me to the next available person and so on. but neither they refund the downpayment nor the loan has been closed and that is affecting my credit score. but I have all the WhatsApp screenshots and recordings of the telephonic conversation in which they mentioned that they already sent a mail to early salary to close the loan but still, I got reminders from early salary on a daily basis.
I don't know what to do. please help
