Urban Company — 100% payment taken - work left unfinished

I had opted for painting service from urbanclap for whch:

1. They exceeded the service completion date by weeks

2. Took the entire money in advance

3. Noone from company end paid heed to by call or complaints since no painter was working

4. They left one room unfinished without paint

5. Quality of the painting was such that it started coming off in 2 weeks and i had to get rooms repainted. There were waves formed on the walls.

6. They never returned any money or compensated us for the quality lapse, it being a part of the contract.
